I was looking for some specific summertime furniture that the app said was available in stores, but it had "low stock" for every store. No stores actually had it available, and the employees said they'd never seen the product before. It's not available for shipping. So basically they offer things that they don't actually sell.
I created a new account the app still kept locking me out. I can't get to any coupons or deals.

noooooooo! 6.3.26 - recent under diff mail. same as first time. will not let me log in. waited way more than 20 min.
clipping coupons sometimes doesn't work and app needs an update half the time I open it. Tried it again. Still garbage.
Bait and switch the app. listed products are not in stock, waste of time going to the locations for items.they dont have or lesser quality

I can't even create an account!! It asks for my first and last name; I enter my first and last name in the appropriate text boxes; and get an error message, saying "Not a valid name"! Obviously this app has been programmed by incompetent amateurs.

I've cleared everything uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled cleared everything again reinstalled. still same message says ooops. there's no reasonable excuse for this.
Used only once, immediatly got a pop-up add. The app crashed twice while I was trying to compare prices with my Wal-Mart plus acct, ever single item I compared was cheaper on Wal-Mart. I'll still stick with DG when going in store since it's so much less walking, but WM+ is definitely the goto for delivery, it beats DG and Amazon by miles in that area.
My family of 7 have all been locked out of our accounts. None of us are able to sign back in to our accounts on the app or online. Every time we try it says, (WE ARE SORRY, BUT SOMETHING UNEXPECTED HAPPENED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.) It has said this for several days and none of us can log back in. We have tried uninstalling the app, waiting several hours, and then reinstalling it, clearing the catch and data, restarting our phones, among other things. with no luck. Also note "IT IS NOT OUR INTERNET".
The coupons are difficult to figure out. I bought a large bag of charcoal thinking it was $4 off but the clerk said I accidentally clipped one for $1.50 so it takes the lowest one. I said I didn't want the charcoal then so she blocked my account. All of my 56 coupons magically disappeared after leaving the store.
can't correct my phone number. same reason I uninstalled it the first time. it keeps saying phone number already exists. done trying.
Digital Deals never work right. Please scrap this app and just give the deals when a phone number is entered! This junk app is responsible for long delays at every location I go to now!

Horrible app. I re-try using it from time to time. Same song and dance. I have cleared cache and data and re-installed numerous times to no avail. If I don't log in, I may be able to navigate for a bit, but upon login, the error messages immediately begin popping up with nearly everything. Can't even search. I have the same issues with the website. It generally let's me snip a coupon, but I don't trust it will be applied at checkout in light of all the other app issues and reviews.
DG has one of the worst shopping apps. It forces you to select delivery. I selected in-store, but it has a delivery charge and driver tip. It won't let me checkout be used It wants me to select how I'm shopping, AGAIN. This is despite the fact that it shows the store information at the top and not my delivery address. Very frustrating.
every store is nasty, the employees are thieves and caught one having intercourse in the bathroom. they can't keep up with their expired, and their management, is atrocious. from district to store managers. if only the consumers seen what I've seen in their stores, especially since I covered about 15 to 20 of them. just a fair warning to people shopping at their local dg, be careful what your buying, not everything there is as it seems .
can't login app is ridiculous
bad app, digital coupons do not work the majority of the time. I think it's mostly based on location though.
Every time I use valid coupons it ends up not working. Sale on Pizza and a Free two liter, refused to work at the counter. Why even have sales at all if you can't even honor the ones you put on the shelves? the only one that really works most of the time is the Sat Sale
App sends me in circles. Asks for phone #, but will not accept input. Store manager could not make it work either, so there's no clipping of coupons. Disappointing.
The app is again not working, doesn't show any coupons available to clip. Also didn't get the $15 off $30 coupon everyone else got. App deleted all the coupons I did have clipped. DG needs to fix this!
customer service is not working hard enough on getting my account running again. very disappointed
it won't let me download the coupon it keeps saying im using the wrong email or password but won't let me reset it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing it's so aggravating
Cannot log in. App wants me to verify my phone number and when I do it says phone number already exists. Unable to see weekly ad or clip coupons. Cannot go around this phone number screen.

Had gotten so much better & helpful app. After this last update I can't use the shopping cart still so it's useless and now I can't search for items that I know ARE in my store yet it says this item isn't available in my store so I can't even shop. Thank you so much for listening. Will the problem ever be fixed? I've waited a month yet Shipping Cart checkout still didn't work 🤷♀️
difficult searching product in addition at checkout can't go back and shop to ad items
everything is out stock or not for shipping or deliver and its frustrating when they only give coupons to some people not every one like family dollar
