wish I could give a zero. literally never works! I have tried to open the app for 2 weeks now every single day and it only stays on the loading screen no matter how long I sit there. YES I closed it and tried again, YES I reset everything and tried again. the app literally sucks

if I could give you a one-star I would every time I have installed this app. every time I put my username and password I end up having a safer got password. hoping to get logged in. never getting logged in. when I lived in Florida and I had this app I never had this problem. so what is the problem now that I am in North Carolina? and it always tells me that I need to call a 800 number and when I call that number it takes me straight to this bogus scam person saying that I qualify for Life alert
trash app doesn't work too many bugs and glitches and plus it's take forever to load up then once in a while it kick you completely out of your account very irritated please fix this or remove the app instead of wasting my time.

Worst app ever. Never works when you need it to. Always logging me out every time I open the app, and its always the longest thing in the world. Horrible. Never works in the store either. Thanks for the coupons but no.
This app never seems to load any of the coupons to be clipped. I have tried everything. it's not my Internet bcuz I have excellent service. it's definitely the app. It almost seems as if they don't want you using the coupons. I have reinstalled this app several times and completely went through the setups, etc. Nothing is working and, this app used to work excellently.

Noticing the app closing and logging me out. have to uninstall and install it back to have some access for a short time before it kicks me out again. been working great before.
I can hardly get this app to work and no matter how many times i clip coupons they never are honored. I just had a $5 off of $15... yet after spending $185 recieved nothing

They advertise to get coupons for products on the app. these coupons ads run for months at a time. if you use it once, its gone forever. even if the coupon leaves and the promotion starts again 3 months later, nope. not available. 9 out of 10 times employees wont take it off even though they verify the discount. also dont bother emailing about the issue. they ignore it. the app is useless and dg overcharges people.
this app does not give the $5 of $25 spent on Saturdays, that should be an every day savings, even though I clipped it. I really hate this app. It doesn't work correctly and is more trouble than it's worth. Especially in this very hard days it would be nice if it worked correctly 😞 Every time I shop there the prices always rings up incorrectly, obviously because they don't update the prices on their computers. It's a sad sad messed up app. It is an EXTREMELY horrible app and experience.
I'm going to stop shopping there. They are liars and deceivers. Do not use.

I would absolutely love to be able to use this app but I have tried many, MANY times and different ways and I always get an error message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. I have emailed customer service MULTIPLE times and nothing works. I can finally get through the whole create an account only to be met with an error on. And sometimes the stupid app says my whole name is invalid and will not accept it. My teens could make a better app than this. 🙄 Will you EVER FIX IT????
Didn't install digital coupons!!!!!
set up a list to go shopping, get to the store at 2:00 p.m. and it's closed. The Bryson City North Carolina stores in nastiest store I've ever been in.
app doesn't open upon launch, it just says there was an unexpected error and makes me sign in again each time. even with biometrics enabled it won't log me in. I have to manually sign in each time I want to open the app. please fix

one of the worst. the store charged me $ 45.00 for gallon of sweet tea. store employees n manager were very rude when went to tell them...
This is the worst app I have ever used! It is a colossal pain to log in because it constantly 1)doesn't recognize even the same IP and sends a code, 2)frequently kicks you out and to the log in screen (often after submitting a code and looping the progress), 3) none of the information is accurate about availability and 4) some of the deals aren't accurate either. When it works it can save money but it is extremely frustrating because of how poorly it is designed and maintained.

This app doesn't work as it should. If you search for an item, it brings up an item that has nothing to do with what you're looking for... For example: If you search for international foods, nothing having to do with international foods show up...

well when I used the delivery service they can let my delivery after charging me. then they didn't refund me back the delivery charged or tip for the person doing the shopping and delivery. after calling customer service they said that I did get a refund and after a while he hung up on me. I will never use the app again.
I updated the app and now it won't load
Locations near me don't deliver to my address. Soda prices are lower at Walmart. Some clearance items can't be shipped .
This app always has errors on coupon days. This seems to be design. Dollar General really needs to update this issue.

The app is average. The stock levels are almost always incorrect and the in-store teams are open about stating the app is inaccurate. The coupons are the only reason to use the app.

Forgets your coupons regularly. When you clip your coupons it will conveniently forget to apply your coupons to the end of your sale. Many times its more convenient to go to Walmart.
this app needs a step by step for the users. the customers get upset the cashiers aren't fluent with it. there needs to be a DG for dummies to it doesn't affect the stores flow
