I will be deleting the app. I actually love shopping at Dollar Tree in person BUT the app defeats the purpose. There's really no point in having it if I can't order anything. You can only browse and "favorite" items. That's a waste for me and keeping an app that operates like this one is only taking up space on your phone.

I downloaded this app but I forgot i already had an account, and I forgot my password. I did it through an email link. I tried to change my password but my keyboard comes up then goes away in an instant. This app is too glitchy. Update: nobody from the dollar tree nor the creators of this app has replied to my rating to fix this problem. Thanks a lot! Now I make my rating update to zero stars! They don't care!

glitchy glitchy glitchy if you already have an account but are trying to change a password tells you to go to the main website it takes you over there and there's nothing there for you it's just is 100% glitchy
does not have everything in the store listed. if you want the app to save you time looking in person, this isn't going to help
I love the new glow up the Dollar tree has had. I even had a manager from the store across the street from my work tell me that I can find items that might be out of stock at the current store that could be found at the warehouse but when I tried to find such items, such as the perfume body oils. I've had no success finding them on the app. same with trying to find them at other stores. and what is up with the 30 limit on favorites?? please fix the app!!!!!
At first glance to a Dollar Tree lover this app looks awesome. If you're going to use the app just to browse, don't bother downloading, just use a browser. To expect the app to do what everyone hopes, you will be disappointed. The app is very buggy. So many things wrong with it, the review box doesn't allow a high enough character count. My suggestion is, just browse as a guest to see what's new, or what to lookout for- you'll still have to store hop to find what you want.
smaller commodity sizes, higher prices I'm finished with them. when they 1st started that was it 10 for $1 down to 6 and even 4. I quit, I'm out wealthy oliGarcHs
please fix this app. ltem search is awful you never get the right answer no matter how you describe the item. App is a dinosaur very slow.

I just got a blank Green Screen and that was all, just the Blank Green Screen and after 10 minute I tap my home screen icon to get out of DOLLAR TREE APP ANDROID.
The app shows delivery by Uber and Instacart! Neither one delivers from this store in my area! Also they show all these items and you check in the app or in store and most items are always out of stock!!! I have been to a lot of stores and hardly ever does the popular items ever get restocked!! It's pathetic and all these stores around my location within a 60-70 mile radius is NOT in stock!!! STOCK UP YOUR STORES REGULARLY IF YOU ARE ADVERTISING THESE ITEMS!! If not, DON'T advertise!!!
couldn't get it to work, first won't let me set up account cause invalid email that I use everyday, then can't set store in guest mode, waste of time
I was originally excited about this app considering I shop here at least once a week and the price points are sometimes inaccurate. My excitement turned to disappointed after scanning my 3rd item and the app returned a message saying"item not found." I scanned several similar items, all giving me the same message. I ended up having to use the store scanner. Also, if your screen times out, the scanner option will freeze forcing you to back out & start over. I don't recommend this app.

I get nothing, does not work
One of the worst apps ever used. Can't enlarge pictures to see the product. Search doesn't work correctly, I looked for one product and then tried searching for another and the previous product kept appearing. The price check doesn't work. The app states the product is in the store, but not really in the store. Same for the stores just trash.

The app sucks when you try to change your password it takes you to another site and all it does is glitch and you can't change your password.

it doesnt even have a buy option i had to go to the website, just to see that it won't even let you get just one, it makes you order 48-384 just for some chocolate. plus it arrives in 10 days

scanned one item in store then try again and scanner screen is blacked out. cleared cache, force stop still occurs
people need to watch out bc with the government getting rid of pennies stores like dollar tree think they can keep your change if u dont have pennies you suppose to give 5cent, they're ripping the people off with pennies told manager couple people offered i said not the point they need to give bc they say correct change , then dollar tree should as well. not fair.

I found an application out they told me they were hiring and then all the sudden the next day I go in and they tell me they're not hiring never made sense to me

Uograded Dollar Tree App has Pricing Issues! The scanner shows Full Price items as Product Not Found. the Upgrade is worse than the original previous App version. The IT department need to Bug Test this App and do a backwards regression testing to fix the glitching of their Upgraded Dollar Tree App! I'm not happy with this newer Dollar Tree App version! 😞. Please fix this App! People are complaining along with myself that this version is glitching!
the app sucks as far as accuracy on products in store and identifying the right prices.... and I caught a BIG NO NO - Bc the employee chose to scan the same items twice even though one was $1 more than the second.... two different brands same type of product, same count in each so the employee scanned the first twice and i didn't catch it until after I left and checked my receipt and had left the store already but noticed several price errors. Definitely am going back to speak or calling..
In-Store should also mean In-Stock somewhere. Even so, give the user a check option to not include "nearby stores" when they initiate a search. Don't waste their time having them click on search result items just to find they are out of stock at their "my store" IF they aren't willing to drive to other stores. If you must list items that are out of stock in the search results, indicate their status right on the results list with a small icon so the user can see whether to scroll on past.
