I had high hopes for this new version because i can see myself using it but im just going to uninstall it. 😕
I've added my Chase bank account 3 times and it still says connect bank account... I've already paid for the account for the month...
I gave it an honest shot. I couldn't get past connecting my bank. They could obviously see my bank and as soon as it went back to the app "an error occurred." I tried about 7 times. This makes me think those hydration drinks may not actually taste so great. I had higher hopes for this app. Big 👎!
app doesn't work
I downloaded the app, connect my bank and get to the page, finish connecting dollarwise and it takes me to step 1 to connect bank. ive tried multiple times including removing and downloading app again. doesn't work.
can't even login.. "network issue" nice..
Input your personal banking information AND THEN we will ask you to pay a subscription fee. Need to have it more upfront that the app REQUIRES a subscription prior to entering in and connecting sensitive information.

This app seems to be exclusively American.
awful. don't waste you time and money. you can get this information for free from almost anyone. just a way to cash grab. buggy and doesn't work .ost of the time.

I got to put my email in to get a code to get in and it never sends the code.

I would honestly pay for this app if it worked correctly. but unfortunately 😕 it does not at all. it almost feels like it was never tested by a human before launch with the amount of weird things.
Editing because after trying the new updated Dollarwise, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. The app had potential as the categorization and tracking elements were useful. However, glaring issues, such as duplicate accounts/purchases, inability to remove accounts that are duplicated, and intermittent functionality remained, and have lead to me removing my subscription as the cost outweighs the benefit. Hopefully things improve but it seems unlikely for the foreseeable future.

0 stars should be an option. Tried to cancel during the free trial and the app literally wouldn’t let me. Had to go through support, got TWO emails confirming cancellation… and still got charged. Never got a refund, and now I’ve been charged AGAIN. even though I don’t even have access to my account anymore. This is unacceptable. Broken cancellation, double charges, and useless support. Avoid this app.
Big fan of the YouTube channel but this app doesnt work on my S23 ultra 😒 I will check back in a few months hopefully things are fixed by then. right now it loads to one corner of the main page but I cant scroll or adjust the size or interact with the app. *Edit* almost a month later still the same issues.

Every time I try to log in to my bank, it says "wrong credentials," even though the password is 100% right because I used the exact same password to log in to my bank to make sure it was correct.

I tried 3x to connect my accounts but it kept throwing back an error. I really wanted to try this app but I'll wait until I can actually link up my accounts and not pay for an idled app.
I've tried multiple times to link my bank account and it doesn't work. I don't know if the updates are breaking things, but if I can't link my bank account then this app is just useless.
I'm really sad because this app seems great, and I want to support Caleb, but as others are saying it doesn't connect with Canadian banks. hopefully someday!

it took forever for my credit union banks to load. then not all transactions were loading even do it says live. I paid for the years, I believe it would be a good app only if is actually live and transactions from all accounts are loading. it was hyped to be a grate app. it needs more improvements.
sorry I love you followed your channel. I need help budgeting. but I can't afford 100$ for a year to track what I can track on my own. you want people struggling to buy more stuff when you talk about unnecessary purchases non stop on your channel. just a harsh
install it three different times and it's just not working. I have an Android s26. the app simply doesn't work. unless app. doesn't work. and don't even bother trying to contact. they don't answer. shame.
Unfortunately, I was unable to connect my bank account. No point in keeping it. Just glad I tried the 3 day trial to find that out first.

doesn't even update daily, tons of obnoxious alerts that you can't clear, has you confirm transactions but continues to alert you to review the same transactions every time you open the app.

I've had multiple issues with my income going in and out of the app for tracking. if your gonna pay for a budgeting app the bare minimum it should do I reliably track money in and money out
I'm sorry to give this app one star, but it won't connect any of my bank accounts. It's kind of frustrating to deal with.
the page makes it look like it uses AI to sort your purchases... it does not you have to sort everything manually and half the time the app makes you redo multiple selections. not worth it.
The App appears to be incompatible with my CU, America First Credit Union. AFCU gives the same account number for a member's savings, checking and personal loan accounts. Consequently, when I tried linking my three AFCU accounts with the Dollarwise app, only the transactions from my savings account downloaded into the app. That makes Dollarwise virtually worthless to me. If I even wanted to, there appears to be no way of entering transactions and balances manually. I had high hopes dashed!
Giving a 1-star for now because I can't connect my bank account. The Mastercard verification they use for security is somehow not compatible with the "text to verify" my bank uses instead of security questions. UPDATE: Able to connect bank account but now the only sub-account it will detect is my vehicle loan with my bank, it will not pull my checking or savings accounts to show transaction history. Still 1-star.
Doesn't work for Canadian... Come on Caleb, just advertise it as an American only app.... people are paying and spend hours trying to make it work before they realize it can't connect to their bank account and have to ask for a refund. Waste of time..... still love you tho 😘
So I can't even set up my first bank. I get to the bank website login and finish it, but when I click on the link to go back to the app it just stays at the step right before sending you to log into your bank. So it's just a loophole.
really bad for the amount of advertisement and hype. I was going to pay for Founders edition but didn't make it in time. I downloaded the app, immensely slow. I couldn't link my accounts, and when they finally linked after 3 days, the app took linked accounts on my banking app instead of my main checking and savings. i couldnt delete them. tried to relink accounts, impossible. i couldn't get past the first 2 weeks. 0 stars if possible for the amount I have to hear about it. more to say no room.
Sorry Caleb. Can't even get my main bank account connected due to verification issues. Enter all the info in (yes, it's entered in correctly) and not getting the verification codes required to move forward. I was excited to give this an official try, but can't get past the first step of connecting my bank.
I have tried for the last week download dollarwise and every time it is just a frozen screen, you can't do anything!
unfortunately I had an even worse time trying to connect my accounts. the first bank I tried kept failing for no apparent reason. reloading the app showed it was connected on the one tab but the transactions tab kept saying I need to connect an account. no amount of deleting and re-adding worked. my 2nd bank account just would not connect at all. tried a few times and it never worked, never threw an error. I wanted to like dollarwise but Rockey Money has never given me a problem like DW has
I cant even sign in to use my three day free trial. I cant cancel anything. its got all of my bank information but I cant use it. I need help ASAP!
yeah it's the worst one on the market.
Unable to even use the app without connecting an external account, but when I tried to connect my bank, all it said was "website unavailable". Can't give a positive rating if I can't even use it. 3 day trial wasted. I would appreciate if you added manual entries as I'd still like to track my spending.
