There should be a way to allow only notifications related to orders and delivery without being bombarded with promotional messages. No one needs push notifications telling them to order a pizza at 10am on a Monday morning.
The quality of service is so poor.
Their address and tracking system could do some work. My suggestion, maybe hire some professionals to do it instead of interns.

Dumbest app that doesn't let you modify your address or delete old ones..... Terrible.
The worst app I've ever used and the service was also worst. I've ordered 2 hours ago and Ii didn't arrive till now .after2 hours when I call the store they said it'll take one more hour.i literally just 20 minutes far from me by walking
This app just received a new updated that is totally flawed on Android but works super well on iPhone, go figure. It is almost impossible to go through with an order and if you do, you will loose the tracking. FAIL

This is by far the most useless app I've ever used. I haven't been able to order for about a month. Dominoes should stick to making pizza instead of forcing us to go on this rollercoaster ride of IT they have no idea about. I wonder how much money they have lost.

I can't seem to change my language settings on android and the address translation (auto-translation) is incomprehensible. Just let me input my address in Japanese, PLEASE.

Coupons become unaccessible in the app. There is no coupon box. So there is no reason to use the app when the coupons are only available in the browser.
New update erased all my coupons and made it impossible to login into my account.

USELESS APP, ITS TOO HARD TO USE THIS DOMINOS PIZZA APP.
I'm not IN Japan, I just use a VPN. But the U.S. app that I had isn't sending emails to reset my password after it logged me out... And now all I find are apps for the company OUTSIDE of the U.S. I'm never ordering anything from this company again. -_- Not even going to the shops to order in person.

3rd world trashbag app. Not only does it hate English users, but it seems to hate foreigners in general. Attempting to add a home address in Tokyo kicks back errors & dumps you at the main login screen. Whoever hired the shenzen hamper-worker to program this got r'ipped the eff off.
It's bad. Jebaited with a coupon that I couldn't even access. Trash.
So slow
Awful. Apps are supposed to work better than website but this app does worse than the website. I ordered once for delivery ASAP using this app and it said to come in 40 minutes, it never came so I called the store they said "it's because of the app issue, it actually won't come for the next 2 hours" thank you for waiting my time. Today, I order using this app again. Got a call from the store asking about my address although I input my address manually. Thanks again for wasting my time.

Really bad overall.
This is the only app that supports Apple login without Google login. I have never ever seen any app likes this. Additionally it is slow.
Even after correctly putting in address multiple times, the app continuously messes it up after ordering. This results in having the driver call me and having to explain my address. This invalidates the use of the app instead of just calling in the order.

Not usable. Menu is different from website. Plz fix your website first before moving into mobile app. This is a absolute trash.
It was great before the update. Once I updated it crashed over and over, charged my credit card and then never put the order through to the store. The update is trash.
Hope you could help edit the address I can't remove the old one and make a mistake....
