I'll never order a pizza from Domino's again. They are to lazy to deliver your pizza. Church Town manager and head office(customer services) says it's not the delivery drivers responsible to get out of his car and deliver your pizza. Yes, I couldn't believe it, apparently I must go to his car and ask him for my pizza. I've ordered a lot of takeaways in my life and I've never heard of its the clients responsibility to go to the delivery drivers car and ask for your pizza. Unbelievable.

One star because this app still makes stupid noises even though the media volume on my phone is off. and notifications are off. Please fix it.

I've used Domino's using the same email for over 10 years. I have now been locked out of my account for "my security" after trying to reset my password. I keep getting a message saying basic credentials invalid despite the email account being the same one I have used for years. This means I have lost access to my rewards.
App UI isn't user friendly. After adding pizza offer, app showed offer for wings, but wouldn't let me add them - no error, it just didn't work. I had to start order again with the wings, at which point the wings offer had gone, although pizza offer was still present. When I've used the Tip Jar before, it was inside the app, but no longer, and I'm not entering my card details into third party website. Also. no way of clearing Tip Jar link from screen.

when you don't update the redirect to the website doesn't even work. how many changes do you really make to block the prior version from working at all? am I gonna have an unfair advantage compared to other customers due to unpatched glitches?... stupid
massively overpriced and charging delivery on top is disgusting.

Was forced to use the app as apparently they can't take orders for the gluten free pizzas face to face. Was told by the person I was stood in front of in the store that I had to place my order AGAIN via the app for them to make my food. Ridiculous obstacles when trying to feed a family at the rush!
The App has now become glitchy, especially the Order Tracker element, so I have uninstalled it. Thank you for your reply. I doubt it's a store issue as the problem is the app repeatedly tells me I've not got an Internet connection when I clearly do as my other apps and devices work. Each time it happens I have to close the app and reopen it, it connects for a little while, then says I haven't got a connection again! If it helps you, the store is Exeter Sidwell Street
dont take cash on delivery. loss of a pizza is cost to business if someone doesnt oay, i get it, but loss of a customer amounts to more. well done dominos. cash is the way
prices change too often and deals that are too favourable towards the customer are raised constantly or just plain removed, decent food but greedily marketed
Collected 5 stamps. Clicked redeem and the offer just disappeared. No free pizza. Scam. Will not be using again.

app is terrible had to order twice and unsure if I got charged twice
You bring me food, so I can't rate you too low. The pizza tracker is awful though. It NEVER updates me despite notifs being enabled and requested. Often find driver at my door with no warning. Food marked as delivered before delivery. I provide feedback to the email address provided in app every time and have never, not once, had a single reply. Domino's why don't you reply to my emails or reviews!?
