impossible to login. both my wife and I are trying to login with existing accounts, but instead it goes to create account. Maybe it would be possible with Email, but we've had account with Google...
app itself is ok, nothing special. but the prices are absolutely ridiculous, who pays 15 Eur for a tiny Pizza?
I use the latest Pixel phone, but the Dominos app experience is still too slow. Clicks on the menu items are not quick and responsive, when switching between menu tabs, the menu position resets and it begins from the top. Also, even though I am logged in, the app asks for a delivery address every time and even selecting the previously used address requires 2-3 seconds of unnecessary waiting until the GPS finishes locating. Also I received a call while ordering, after that the basket was reset.
App doesn't work properly. Tried entering my address both from the automatic drop list generated and from the manual search option. Even tried sending location data to get it to move forward. But it doesn't go beyond address search screen. I guess I got to thank them for helping me save my money by not letting me order the past few times I attempted. The app's also not very responsive. It really needs to be improved. In its current state it's more of a deterrent than a convenient way to order.

falschen Store ausgewählt, obwohl ich direkt daneben stand... netter Weise hat dann der falsche Store die Bestellung umsonst bei sich gemacht. aber das darf nicht passieren...
I really like the pizza, but the app is beyond good and evil. It's a botched website pretending to be an app, with corresponding experience constantly loosing your login data, slow loading, terrible ui and all the other good things. It does have funny marketing baiting you to order though, props to whoever is responsible. Do a native app, not this abomination.

logged me out without consent
Too many bugs after latest upgrade in UI. Cannot login with Google. Cannot reset password for my account. Lost my account with collected points. Even after latest patch, it has gone worst.
Die App war so langsam und schlecht zu bedienen, dass ich lieber einkaufen gegangen bin und mir eine Tiefkühlpizza geholt habe. Die App war immer noch nicht geladen. (4G/LTE Internet)
They cancelled my order twice. No confirmation, nothing.. the tracking page said contact the store after showing it was placed successfully. ordered it a 3rd time with delivery free. not a good experience

6-7 minute drive is apperently too far for delivery. The addresses included in the delivery range, you might as well pick up at the store yourself.
It doesn't work. I enter all the information that they ask me for, choose the payment method "cash" and then nobody comes.

Application said my order is delivered, but in reality it was not. We had to call (not them calling us), and then we learnt they failed because they could not find our ring (they found it many times before in other orders). Total disappointment, and misinforming app. You cannot even see which branch prepared your order. We had to search on our own. Highly not recommended. Horrible app, you cannot even see which store is sending your order, and you have to somehow guess.

Äußerst schlampige Geschäftspraktiken. Ich habe es geschafft, nach vielen Monaten 60 Punkte zu sammeln, nur damit die App so tut, als hätte sie keine Ahnung, was ich versuche zu tun, wenn es darum geht, sie für eine kostenlose Pizza einzulösen.

Dominos has to be the most backwards, p!sspoor excuse of a pizza franchise in Germany. The app is completely unusable and their delivery areas are getting more and more ridiculous. At this point there's only very limited areas in my city that they deliver to. I live about 10mins by car away from a shop and for the last 5 years and going they don't deliver to my address. It really is pathetic.
Worst experience when it comes to UX. Regularly signs you out of your account and then it takes ages to log back in. Good: my pizza consumption is only half of what it would be with a working app.
App is disfunctional and works maybe 1 out of 5 times. I had a lot of points collected in my account, and now it wont leg me login for the life of me.
Trier to order but the vouchers always dont seem to apply. I kept trying but it already took me 30 mins doing this. Decided to just stop and go through Lieferando instead. The devs should really fix the app.

terrible app..not working says u have free pizza but u can't add it,if u add voucher its not working u need to pay normal price and u can't get to check out for some reason ...web site is better
The points system doesn't work. I have made orders that should have earned me 10 points each but instead I didn't get any. Until they fix this I will rate the app 1/5.
Cant log in
Update: This app gets worse wirh every update! Now it wouldn't let me log back in after constantly logging me out for no reason. This app is nothing more than a really bad written web wrapper, design wise it comes from the early 2000s and it constantly logs you out and no way of seeing what vouchers are available. The Domino's app we used to have back in Ireland was wooooorlds better and an actual Android App!

Seit dem letzten Update kein Login mehr möglich. Selbst in der Anmeldemaske versucht er einen neuen Account zu erstellen, 'die Emailadresse wird bereits verwendet', ja, von mir, ich möchte mich ja auch anmelden. Schade
