bugs...so many bugs every time i open the app imidiatly order window pops up to pick up or deliver. what if i just wanna look at the menu? also when i wanted to pay it didnt open rabo app but a website the website sent me to the rabo app (absolute dogshit coding) and then when i payed for it and it sent me back to the app IT RESTARTED AND I HAD TO CHOOSE DELIVERY OR PICK UP AGAIN?!?!? HOW THE GUCK IS THIS CODED?!?!?! litterally i dont even know if my order went through. cant check old deliveries

I dont know what they've done but the app already used to work only 60% of the time with slow loading times and buttons not registering often. But they thought "let's make it worse". now the loading times can take minutes. images simply don't load at all. pressing "back" to get out of a menu cancels the whole order. buttons react EXTREMELY slowly. it's like they L i t e r a l l y just straight up downgraded the app.

The app doesn't work at all. Domino's management chose the most inbred developer possible to make this app at the cheapest price, and the result is this frustrating bunch of nonsense. If you want to make an order better go in person.
I don't know what you did, but the app works sluggish and half of the UI isn't loading. I spent 20 minutes placing an order and couldn't even change the payment method, because that part of the UI decided to not load too. This is not the experience I'm looking for, and I don't expect monthly changes to the interface, I expect stability and responsiveness that will let me order what's on the menu. Because the last damn thing people want when they're hungry is to troubleshoot your app.
Completely unusable, pages wont open and it sometimes turns into an infinite loading screen. I cannot even open the menu sometimes.
I paid the order but the app did not show it. There is not option to contact a support in the app. Some links in the app do not work: Privacy policy, Terms & Conditions I don't understand why such a big company has so bad service
Absolutely unnacceptable. The app is extremely slow and sluggish, loading pages takes multiple seconds, all text are placeholder and do not contain actual words or sentences. For a multi-billion dollar corporation an app of this low quality is completely unnacceptable
they send you Discount 7 euro to download but the minimum amount is 23 euro.
App keeps getting slower, loadscreen for location permission popup everytime and adres extra long, just stop asking. Menu loads extra slow, stop the popups, make a new tab for repeat order or suggestions. Deals are in 3 different spots in the app. Checkout has slow loading item suggestions after confirming. Checkout load time SLOW. Checkout frequently crashes, have to log in on pc browser to see the order. Notifications take you to phone browser instead of app. Load times give y2k vibes.

app is so slow that you wouldnt think it is still in active use, let alone that they are trying to make money, sell stuff or run a business. going to the store and ordering there is quicker. help yourself, dont download it and go cook yourself, thats faster.
Has nice push notifications for the status of your order, but at the cost of getting spammed by ads with no way to turn it off...
Komen wel steeds updates van jullie app, maar de app wordt telkens steeds slechter. Loopt vaak vast en soms doet die het helemaal niet. Kun je beter via de app van Thuisbezorgd bestellen dan jullie eigen app....
i can't even fill in my adress it opens the keyboard and closes it immediately
one of the worst apps of 2025, this is a joke of an app. features barely work, you always need to request them not to spam your email box, which they do anyways. sometimes you're waiting for an order and it disappears, so when you go back to the app and press the "last order" button, it doesn't find it... it's just awful, just buy any other pizza, it's not worth it
PAINFULLY slow app
App freezes after selecting the address while being logged in.
A big waste of bandwith and storage space. As a software engineer I can smell the mistakes that have happened during the development of this application. Errors during payment, not be able to load the first screen of the app, the app randomly signing me out and hanging on the login screen, constantly having to clear the cache after each usage. Had it not been for the free 2nd pizza voucher every other week, I would not even order at Domino's, purely because of this trainwreck of an app.
The whole app is so slow, you tap something, and while it manages to finish it, you forget what the hell you wanted.

Ordered for the very last time at Dominos: There is now an option for an "In a hurry" fee, giving your order prio at the cost of patiently waiting people. That is unacceptable for me. It is regrettable, because the rest of the app works fine, and the pizza's are delicious.
App is sending Marketing notifications over general channel. If I disable those notifications, I lose delivery track notifications.

Ordered 1 margarita and 1 pepperoni pizza. Received 2 margarita. There's nowhere in the app where I can leave a review, get help with my order, open a dispute, nothing. In the confirmation email there's a review button but it doesn't work and just redirects to the order page. Guess domino's doesn't care about customers issues or experiences....
March 20 updates won't let me look up my local domino's. You just made the app unusable. So dumb! Terrible update. Fire them!

After payments with ideal, through browser, doesn't return into current order. Just starting over. Only confirmation of succesful order is by email. No tracking, ETA or whatsoever. Hope you'll fix this issue soon. After that, i will add 3 stars extra.
Log in page is inactive (grey). Not possible to log in in order to save my points!

Please improve the functioning of this app with cookies. The app constantly switches back to pick up with every delivery. But my orders are always delivery. And since the update it suggests an address at the top, whereas I just want it to use my address as a saved address since that is my address for 99% of the orders. The address of my neighbours, which it suggests, differs one digit. As do most neighbours
