app broke when using coupon
Forced ads through notifications is grounds for a bad review and uninstall. This kind of scum behavior should be illegal.

I'm poor on a fixed income. I have been adding up my points slowly. went to redeem them, and because the confirmation link failed several times I'm no longer able to redeem a pizza I earned to feed my kids tonight.
can't order pizza but everything thing else works
Good job making the app useless and confusing for anyone attempting to use a coupon, use a reward or just trying to order food in general. Someone needs to check and see if scrapping the latest version and rolling back to the previous one that actually made sense and worked is an option.

Doesn't work half the time
Terrible experience. The app constantly crashes and forgets my login info. The worst part? Paying with Venmo completely breaks. It prompts you to log in, but then fails inside the app. It only works if you switch to a web browser, which totally defeats the purpose of having an app. Out of pure frustration, I took my business elsewhere. Think of how much money this company is losing by running away customers over a poorly functional app. Save your time and shop somewhere else.
App does not work most of the time. They are wasting my time.
If you have an issue with your order, you can only call the store. If you have a problem with the store (like being locked out prior to lobby closing at store #8801 and the employees blatantly ignoring you), you have to email. There is no way to look at your previous orders. I have made well over 100 orders though this app through the years, but this pizza order order was my last with Domino's.
Awful. Randomly signs you out, then password doesn't work, and then reset password gives you a generic error.
This app never works anymore
I just updated the app, 6/27/2026 @ 5:15pm, and now the app doesn't work at all. Unable to put in my info or even place an order.

After the recent update you cannot use this app with graphene OS. Not buying from dominos anymore.
The pizza is good and the best deals are through the app but the app has to update Everytime I open it. That is such an inconvenience.
a bug in the app im ordering pizza it gave me a free 2 topping large pizza but when i click to redeem it it says it has expired it doesnt expire to the 30 of june

the app has a suggested time. no real time tracking.. and wait estimates are a flipping joke. it's not the fault of the store it's a faulty app.. damn you app engineers. get it right.
The app doesn't track the order and log you out of the account all the time.
Never works anymore. App has been broken for weeks and when it makes me call the store to place the order, the store never has the deal I had through the app. Bait and switch in my opinion. Going to give other pizza places a try
Soccer Shootout did not give me the reward that it said was won.
our local store, 409 A University Dr, College Station, TX 77840 Sucks. last few times Ive tried they turned off the order to pickup. despite having been open over an hour and set to be open for over 5 more hours. Giant waste of time typing in the orders. Rough Draught is right round the corner, slightly more expensive but MUCH better....
I'm gonna quit using this app if they can't figure out how to make it so I'm not donating to St Jude every order! I donate to them already on my own I don't want to give MORE money to some major corporation & just TRUST that they are actually donating to St Jude on my behalf which is why I donate to them myself already! fix this issue or I'm not using this app & may stop eating at Domino's all together cuz it is infuriating to me that I'm being FORCED to add almost $1 to every single order!

Someone straight dropped my pizza sideways while it was still hot. All of it is slid off in a pile in the side of the box. 20% off my next order is all that can be offered if I pursue the "insurance policy". That is in direct conflict with the guarantee.

New update sucks. Constantly refreshes and I have to check my order multiple times. Alerts me that my pizza is ready and the store tells me it's not. The app was a little outdated cosmetically before, now it's absolute garbage.
These soccer rewards are so lame, lol. Free dip cup that expires in a week? Also, don't sign me out when I'm in the middle of placing an order.
For the past few weeks, when trying to order via the app to get the app ONLY deals, it displays 'Having technical difficulties please call local restaurant' if you order via phone or in person, you cannot get the deals. So the app only deals are a SCAM.
can't login
they double charged me and acted as tho it's common business practice to do so and repay me later. when following up with the store they said there's not much they can do. I guess don't use their app if you don't want to double pay for orders.
App constantly crashing at checkout so we couldn't order the $10 deal they were advertising, website wouldn't work either. Stores can't apply the deal themselves so it's basically a scam.

One star because somebody doesn't know how to do their job. I haven't had this app on my phone for a year, so of course forgot my password and it's not saved. Go to reset my password. reset left password function not working. so apparently nobody bothered to check and make sure they're field was working. uninstalling, sorry Domino's you lost a customer.
Needs gps. Placed order at wrong location. Now I have no pizza and used my points for nothing. And Gateway Park location could care less. Uninstalling and avoiding Domino's for a good while.
Went here today and got food, well they didn't give me any Ranch for my wings, not so good. Won't be going there anymore.

It worked fine for a while but randomly removed all topping from my pizzas. Sent in a complaint and I was ignored.
6/26 update. Has been almost a year since I wrote this review and contacted their support! Support writes back, "Sorry you had trouble we changed your password, it works" You did what?! I JUST got the password finally working! HORRIBLE Horrible experience. forgot password function not working, login in by code not working. finally got to end and pressed order. app crashes, no pizzas in cart, everything gone. at cart it says est time 16 min. get the checkout it says 33 minutes! horrible
This app has become pure trash. Once industry leading, it doesn't work most of the time anymore. It's become completely unusable with multiple errors including payment errors and errors just trying to view the menu. So many times I've just ordered from someplace else because this garbage app doesn't work. Terrible.
