Giving 1 star because the restaurant manager says we are trying to get a free cheese. Ended up paying for the specialty + delivery AGAIN. Terrible app, terrible service.
I like most of the app. My issue is how the app handles tips. It's like you don't want the delivery drivers to make money. It won't show the tip area until you select the payment method and it then appears where it wasn't before. I know a couple drivers haven't received tips from me because of it. Smack me in the face with it.
iam a repeat customer and have problems logging in every time.
App makes me log in way to often. I will choose Papa John's ( store cowabunga blows )

The newest version of the app is terrible. They took away options to hold items on their sandwiches. They are many other features that were overlooked when they released this revision and it will hurt the business. I have since stopped making purchases because I can't custom make certain items on the App and that is basically the only way you can get the National Deals.
I was just told by an employee that they're not allowed to spread sauce all the way across the dough even though I requested it. They said they'll get in trouble if they don't leave enough crust on the pizza. Seriously domino's? That's pathetic. I paid for the food and I should be allowed to get it however I want. I don't prefer pizza with crust but I guess I don't have a choice since you all want to micro manage your employees and piss off your customers. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
App has become trash. It is insanely slow no matter what device I try it on. It gets fairly buggy in the most annoying ways. example: weird errors when placing order like invalid payment amount. most anoying is trying to upsell after almost EVERY button press! wait even worse than that is the pizza tracker that is never right. realy hate pickin up a piza thats not ready and employes looking at me like im stupid for folowing the apps directions. wish little ceasers was closer. so tired of dominos
5-6 here we go again. an error has occurred please try again. lol. the app has bugs. I guess they don't want me to order I'm on 2 phones and I can't place an order for over 2 hours whether it's on the app with errors or on the phone. I have to say I'm pretty frustrated. that was 4 - 24. I'm on hold (4-25) for over 45 minutes. unacceptable.
this app as fallen down hill, it never works anymore. It always signs me out and makes me get a new password everytime I use it.... sad really.

This app has been horrible lately.
the app worked until a couple weeks ago when I had 50 points and it's been really difficult to get to 60 points and haven't been able to cash it in about to say forget it and delete the app and try pizza Hut
The old app worked way better. The new app is complete trash and frustrating beyond belief. Tracker doesn't update unless you force close and reopen. Notifications don't work. Text updates only work when driver has already arrived. This is going backwards and the delivery fee is becoming increasingly insulting. Clearly it is not being put towards the app improvement.

don't earn points on delivery unless you tip at least $5 i live less than 3 minutes away and you guys charged $6 fee so use that as a tip you greedy azz lol
Since the update, the app doesn't let me use any rewards or deals. It's completely useless!
The app takes too long to download
this app is horrible and has been for months and months, the website is just as bad with taking forever to load any time you select anything, and emptying your cart in the middle of ordering. yes I'm sure it's the app and website not my internet connection lol last time I tried, I actually got so frustrated I ordered Papa Johns instead. And I hate papa johns.
they need to add what is available for the pizza's on like the sandwiches. I ordered the pepperoni in the cheese bread. I want to add more pepperoni's and add sauce to it. options for all your products would be a better idea than only just for your pizzas. please add these issues to the menu.
If I could give this app a rating it would be 0/5 do not recommend. I love domino's pizza and the former installments of this app have been easy to navigate until this new update. I hate. Hate. Hate this new interface. I have to sign in every time it closes. the app will half sign me out while I'm ordering food and I have to sign in multiple times. also it doesn't track your order in the background I have to resign in and 90% of the time that I have curbside pickup it won't notify the store

The app never wants to load and my payment never goes threw when I pay from the app. But as soon as I go in the store it works. Might as well stick to just walking in or calling your order in.

they were having a 50% off stuffed crust pizza. ordered myself my spinach and feta stuffed crust and the app removed everything except my additional toppings. that's so frustrating. I was really hoping for this pizza and now im upset. I even double checked my order before confirming.
Not mandating that your free pizza bypass delivery minimums on a company-wide level really makes the pizza not free. Raise your delivery fees if you can't justify it. Yes, I know this is a franchise issue, but if I can't order delivery from another franchise nearby with better policies, it may as well be corporate policy. Pretty garbage on a slow night where the estimated delivery time is under 20 minutes, so it's not like you're saving money with delivery drivers sitting around, jerks.
