Every time the app is opened it automatically initiates an unlock of the apartment front door. I could be on the other side of the building trying to unlock a different door and it will still unlock the front apartment door first. Massive security flaw that I'm shocked made it into the app given how consistent it is across all the users I've spoken to in the building.

Does not work without cell service. I just got locked in my building's parking garage for 20 minutes. I do not know what brainless morons developed this app without local caching to UNLOCK A DOOR but I will be writing to my landlord and asking them to move off of this product. With threats of legal action included.
Great idea, but I do miss my key an fob.

not having a choice and having to use this app is terrible. last night I had to stand outside for awhile for my app to load and kept saying " can't find my property". My other apps work perfectly fine at the time so. it's not my Internet. I also had my hands full so I had to stand outside for a while when the app was trying to load I had to close it at least 3 or 4 times with one hand in my other hand full of stuff. The app needs to be more quickly to respond

I spent hours removing stuff and installing updates just to be able to download this stupid app! then, when I finally did an opened it, there's no option to create an account. so, if you don't already have an account, there's nothing you can do

Never works with Android. Total garbage
please just give us key fobs or something. This app is so slow, unbelievably slow, I end up blocking traffic trying to get into the garage, and the elevator starts moving before the app loads and lets me unlock it. zero stars.

Fob keys are much better. The app keeps losing my buildings and is hard to access.
I shouldn't have to stand at the locked door waiting for over 1 minute (yes I timed it) for the app to load. it can't be my Internet either because other apps load quickly at the same time. and once the app finally loads, it takes another 20-30 seconds and a couple of failed attempts in order to actually unlock the door I'm standing at. I'm asking my management company for a physical card because this is easily the worst app I've used in a long time

this app is awful. After they switched from the Latch app, there's constant connectivity issues. it takes forever to load too

Worst App - Does not open doors when phone is put to lock
a glitchy unresponsive mess. app via Bluetooth doesn't work. NFC doesn't work. I get a door to unlock with 5% success. on a modern galaxy S phone.
Very flaky, lots of bugs, MOST of time trouble in unlocking doors/elevators
