i have been dashing for over a year I have a 4.9 customer rating and I was platinum status and I did well at my job but because I didn't enjoy being harassed 24/7 by there little follow crew gave them the green light to railroad me out the made fake orders so they could demote me back to silver they are a trashy company and I hope they get what's coming to them
Recently it's been awful. Had to restart phone with every order cuz it wouldn't load the navigation. You get constantly penalized for things beyond your control.
I hate this company. Give us an option to block problem merchants and customers before I snap.

Doordash you cant expect you're app to stay alive when you dont wanna pay them enough and also charge a lot for the people ordering. Fix your policy because that is ridiculous
Fake top priority.They cheat drivers $Mile/Tip/Time and more even Prop 22 active time. Not even 1% get healthcare they idle app. Wait times at merchant dont count as active. Waited 35 minutes at merchant told me would take another 15-20 canceled none counted. Retaliates towards all things even with high rating they put top drivers idle. They give orders to only certian drivers. biased TEST IT suport works4Uber stealing dasher drivers.They Retaliates targets drivers biased. Ban Ai, Form Unions.
The pay for drivers is terrible. Gas prices are skyrocketing and they won't pay more. I've had to wait around for hours getting no orders. They pay below minimum wage in my state. Fire some lazy executives and useless bean counters. They don't make money, we do!

app keeps crashing during sign up
always gets stuck in a loading loop. when accepting offers, when trying to click "arrived at store," and when trying to upload the drop off photo. very annoying being penalized for reasons outside of my control
This company needs to get it together, you've had plenty of time. You guys lie about mileage. I hate the fact that they only send you one order at a time, unlike instacart - that actually gives you a choice on which one you want to pick. it's always far distances for low pay. and then when their app is constantly malfunctioning- it will affect you negatively by lowering your acceptance rate-giving you lower paying orders. You could be stuck in a store trying to cash out, for 15 min. Fix it
can't login keeps going back to lets dash over and over I've restarted my phone several times uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled don't no what else to do
I have no idea how this app has 4 stars! doordash has to be paying for reviews. horrible company, pay as little as 2 dollars for 5 to 10 mile trips, their customer service is full of a lot of people who are less qualified than a toddler in a mechanic shop, they never take any accountability for their mistakes, constant tech issues, their rating scale bs makes it impossible to get scheduled and they punish you for not taking the unsafe and under paying low orders. DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE.

needs update. It will say times but won't give me dashes! AND STOP RAISING THE PLATINUM STAGE! I made it twice and each time I get dropped back to gold because the points gets raised! thinking about switching companies!
Your navigational system sucks, I didn't think you could get worse than Google I was wrong. You're ordering system is horrible, four McDonald's in town order from the farthest one away. But my million biggest gripe is the navigation system I have spent more time backtracking because of it than actually delivering orders it seems like. Which cuts into my money. You guys been doing this for how long and you still can't get it right? The remake of late deliveries, that's a joke also
Working with the DoorDash app is like looking for something valuable in a trash can.
can't even open anymore. have looked for updates, mine available. tried uninstalling and re-installing. all it does is say 'signing in' until my screen locks from sitting too long.

my physical card arrived but the app won't let me activate it because it says it hasn't arrived. this isn't the first issue I've encountered since signing up 2 weeks ago. Chat support is always down or doesn't answer the question asked.
They edit your order (tips). The app is run by the middle east.. and they don't care about you. Good luck. They are vindictive.
This app sucks!!! Everyday when I try to start dashing it says page isn't available. I try all the troubleshooting, have to log out and then it takes 30 minutes to get logged back in because it keeps circling back to the sign in page. Besides that, I spend more in gas than I make. I'm switching to Uber.
I like that im on doordash support right now and they have me on hold for nearly a hour no help at all what's more craziest when I asked to speak to a manager they will have me on hold and the same person that I was talking to earlier try to change their voice to be the manager what the hell
won't let me work
Doordash has a gas relief program going at the moment. get 10% back on gas, small mile reimbursement. but to fund this they lowered the base pay rate of ALL orders to a measly 2.50-2.70 per order. they want to then punish you for not driving 15+miles for a 3$ order. weird nonsense is going on at corporate, and I hope a class action Or something similar to new york happens soon.

They rip u off and the app is a glitch fest also people be stealing food so u only get half pay which isnt worth jack.
useless app keeps freezing often when I take an order, showing just a red check mark, started happening since the last update.
keeps logging me out in the middle of a session update... it did it again, the app freezes when im at the end of my dash schedule, when I accept my last order and then kicks me off. I have to reinstall and then use the Google maps to finish my deliveries. I then I loose points for being late all because of this.
new update broke everything no orders no offers no money
I go to do some orders. first order 30 mile drive for $10 obv i decline due to my car getting 12 miles a gallon I've lost momey. they will still say 1-3 estimation time but as im writing this ive been waiting 45 minutes for a order and havent gotten a single one. and if they disable your account good luck getting it back. they have better security to keep that account locked than the government does for its firewall.

Do not work for DoorDash this is the biggest scam of your life. I've been fighting DoorDash for my pay for the past two weeks and it's still ongoing. Once I get my pay, I am quitting. I'm not going through their BS again and dealing with 10 different people just to get everything sorted out properly. I got bills to pay and food to buy, I will not have this happening again.
This app is a real frustration: it crashes very often and won't function until I restart my phone, poor GPS accuracy, unfair rating system (you either accept bad offer or suffer poor ratings), virtual red card doesn't function... etc
wish you could just make the app work properly. seems like after every update there's another bug in the app.
There's something going on with DoorDash Support! I have held on hold for over 2 months for a simple background check to be processed. Uppon following up with CHECKR, they have not received a request from DoorDash!!? I am being a middle man in this situation and DoorDash Support Representatives ARE A JOKE. I have had called support for over 10 times and the live agents are acting like a random person! lying to me like they pretend I'm a kid!! they're not there as support AT ALL!
1 whole day of driving using up 50 bucks worth of gas just for a miserable 20 bucks of profit since I needed to fill up my gas tank that same night and that doesn't even cover the wear and tear on my tires.
husband uses it to dash on a bike and they promise short distances but give him 5 mile bike rides on hilly terrains. they are horrible with keepingnit short ranged and dash support is the worst. not to mention there built in gos system is bad and has the whole map flipped. sent him the wrong way 3 times causing him to be late

it always messes up and alot of the features doesnt do whats said .also drains your battery real quick if given certain permissions
If I Could Give Negatives Stars I Would App Never Works Always Gives Wrong Locations Adds Stuff Onto Your Order And If You Dicline Goes Against You I Have People Order Food Has Me Pick Up Food Then Add Orders For Me To Shop Before Dropping Off Food Then People's Food Gets Cold Happens To Me As A Customer Of Doordash Too Waiting For Over An Hour For Food So someone Can Shop For Groceries First Its A Joke Can't Believe Its Still In Buisness!
this app is too weak. it will be hacked very easily as my account hacked. the Dasher support doesn't do anything to recover your account. my money in my account has been stolen by hacker. I strongly recommend that not to work with this weak app.
my account got deactivated the same day that i stared doing doordash, I didn't even got a change to do an order because when I tried to accept the order it kicked me out of the app, when I try to open the app again it said that it was deactivated because of violations of the rules, I DIDN'T EVEN GOT TO DO ONE ORDER, HOW COULD I HAVE VIOLATED THE RULES?!
