I've never had so much issue trying to refund a missing item in the past. Now I'm so mad I dont even want the credits, good riddance doordash, get this ridiculous app off my phone pls.

Horrible app don't waste time
I placed my order at 4pm and got it around 6pm and it showed the driver had 2 more stops before me and the pizza was cold and hard. I used to enjoy using their service and now I do not recommend them as the allow driver to pick up all these food at lots of different stops. if I ever experience this again I will delete my account because it is to save me from cooking, if I get food hours later when i am hungry that is cold then I might as well use hello fresh and cook it myself.

I had multiple times where the deliverer did not bring my stuff and just took it for themselves. Most recently they delivered to a house a quarter of a mile down the street with a delivery that contained alcohol. They were not only supposed to check who they were delivering to but also ID. Doordash failed to check identity and left alcohol on the doorstep of my neighbor's who I can only assume have minors in the household. Doordash supplies alcohol to minors and they do deliver to customers.
Increased fee calculations are atrocious. I don't care if adjustments were needed to meet new local regulations, you will lose my business if it's 5x more expensive to work with you than your competitors. Only thing going for them in my area anymore is selection. Edit: it's even worse these days than my previous review. Chat support is AI slop, dashers have left with my order with only a minute of notice, and refunds are refused. How is there not a class action against these guys yet?

used this app 1 time. if missing a $30 dollar item and the resolution is a $6.89 refund is standard. I dont want to use this app anymore. the delivery photo even showed the missing item. and I have dash pass. why am I paying monthly just so more money can be taken. such an inconvenience.
they shouldn't be allowed to do so many orders at once, and I think they get negative consequences if they dont? so bad for the drivers and the people ordering

I placed an order. I received a message saying it was confirmed. 10 mins later I get a message saying it's canceled and I can get doordash credit now or wait 3 days to get refunded. Not cool. Really wanted that sandwich and now they're gonna hold my funds for 3 days?!... Never again.

Door Dash customer service is useless. They won't refund when their stealing drivers don't deliver orders. Use Uber Eats!!!!!
I placed my small order at 4:22pm, etd: 5:08 cancelled at 5:58a bad reflection on the restaurant even though the driver picked up on time, he didn't deliver. Maybe he was angry and making me pay for him not getting a bigger tip by making me wait. That's no way to do the business you're representing.
Deliveries are unstable, had my orders stolen from me more times than I can count! Won't be using them again!!!

this is so messed up and we should all stop telling ourselves this is acceptable just because it presents as convenient. how many incorrect or cold orders have you received? why do we have to tip before even getting the order? if it's incorrect, who is at fault - the driver, or the restaurant? well, it you. you should have gone there yourself and corrected the order in person
Selected items then hit order and the system said food was being prepared. No page to indicate delivery address and no confirmation of payment method. So I had to drive to a random address to meet my driver. The driver said the app has alot of glitches. I will never use again.
Worst customer service known to man. People constantly steal your food and YOU get punished for it. Cancelled my dash pass and uninstalling after leaving this review.
My order was listed as delivered, but I NEVER received the Bagel University order!!! Door Dash refused to redeliver or refund my money. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
dasher broke my fence and gate by forcing it the wrong way then I went to help him understand he forced it the wrong way... he then pushed it so hard the right direction t hit my jaw... I complained sent video proof... they banned me
Don't fall for the free $25 scam, it is fully a lie and you will never receive the money. You can Google it at this point, they are illegally scamming customers.
I am at work and couldn't leave to go get something so I downloaded doordash. I order my subway sandwich and it comes out to double the price of the sandwich and they are only 2 minutes down the road, then I open my order and it has the wrong bread. I opened a claim and they only offered me $2 back on the order. all I ordered was this one sub and it's a bread I hate so now I'm stuck with this lunch and I have to eat it cause I can't waste more money. I likely will never use doordash. uninstalled
It's great until you have an issue. It's extremely difficult to reach customer service. Had to escalate twice before reaching an unsatisfactory solution.I ended up spent $15 (after my "refund") for food that was not edible. Will never order anything through Door Dash ever again. Will be deleting the app & using a different service (after my refund procceses).
Horrible user experience, can't even look at how the app works unless I share location or give an address. I would give zero stars if I could.

Scammed me out of 8 dollars for a delivery that couldn't even be completed. Only a partial refund for something I got nothing out of.
app has really decreased in quality. seems overcrowded now with sections like "cheesy dreams" and "cozy nights in", and there's no more tab or button that shows all the stores that have a deal on anymore. big downgrade and difficult to sort through.
Fees are super high and it just seems more like greed and 'continuous growth' than an actual necessity

Unable to rate the driver, or I'm unable to find out how. It should be a simple process to let drivers know I appreciate their hard work or to show that improvement is needed.

the really high added on fees makes using this service crazy overpriced
