Honestly thought this app would work way better. Super cute but not a single person could take pictures and upload them satright up.

Very slow to upload images and videos
I have to say that overall I'm really unhappy with the app. The app is marketed as being an easy way for family and friends to share images, however it's clunky and unusable. Every convinience involves a further payment, which still does not fix the issues. I have paid for multiple upgrades and yet my guests are still prompted to pay so that they can upload more than one image at a time, resulting in noone uploading images. Overall the product is poor and I'm disappointed to have paid for it.
Read reviews as these are not wrong! Asks million questions, forces to log in and payment to set it up, scanning QR code as a guest still requires to log in. No one during the party wants to install another app or to log in!
i dont know why but this app is glitching for me i have heard so many great reviews for it i was expecting so much i am sure its not my phones problem but i dont know like whats wrong with it ?

THIS APP IS A SCAM. I've paid for premium album features so i could download all files at once, but never been able to. Still had to download everything 1 by 1. Reached out to their "help" service which is their Instagram account and got nothing back.
I paid for the plan with unlimited videos, photos, etc. But once you're on the app planning for the event, you have to do all of these steps to "unlock" the features you've already paid for, so now I'm stuck with a 300 photo limit simply because I don't want to create a 2nd album or pre- invite 3 people to join my album. This is a scam and I'm disputing the charges.
the app first didn't let me paid for premium album, then it didn't let me log in. And there is no way to recover te account no emails are sent to recover.

Nothing like the marketing. We've tried on Android - controls don't work on the cover photo page because they're literally at the top of the screen, and the cover photo is required so... Tried on iPhone - confusing setup, limited to 20 shares... We didn't go any further, especially since other reviews mentioned getting all the way to the end and finding out that it really isn't free.
Doesn't work, AT ALL. Link to shared albumn doesn't work, QR code doesn't work. There is also no contact information to call or get help. Will be filling a complaint and asking for my money back. Scam-R-Us
Two issues. 1. I can't login after reinstallation. 2. QR code not working nor the code of album.

Downloaded this app at my friends' wedding so I could upload wedding memories. The app said there were too many people added to the album but I could gift the couple a larger file and guest size. So I purchased it, paid $30 and NOTHING happened. Still gave everyone the same notification that there were too many guests added and to contact the album owner. The brides informed me only 3 people were on the album so it couldn't be true that there were too many people added. I want my money back!
When i click the picture it says "Memory Not Available" it also says its been deleted by the creator when I'm the creator and didnt delete it. What is happening???

Not all of the pictures taken by my guests were saved in the album. It was for my wedding :/ I paid for the unlimited photos & videos using the web version to upload. But many of my guests realized that their pictures weren't being added to the album. They all followed the same steps, so it's pretty weird that some pictures did upload and others didn't for other guests. It's pretty frustrating because I lost those memories and didn't get what I expected from what I had paid due to that issue.
If u need it for an event, you gotta pay

I subscribe for a year. This app need to improve. No select all option. You cannot upload without date in the picture, otherwise you need to do it 1 by 1 time consuming. You can upload 2mins video only even you bought the premium.
Get it all set up then it tells you have to pay

Everything about this app is good except that it doesnt allow you to download photos from its web version. you need to download the app for it. This is not informed when you buy premium version for uploading photos from web itself.
App just keep crashing on Galaxy S24 and IPhone 16.
Debería leer los metadatos de las fotos por sí sola para poder identificar cuando se hizo cada foto. El concepto de la app me parece una maravilla pero ese simple aspecto fastidia la experiencia. Por favor, arreglenlo.
