The worst bike app I've ever used. Bikes are slower and 3 times more expensive than the previous competitors, pricing is deceptive and the new bikes are falling apart in my city after just one month. Bikes often can't be locked even when in a parking area and, if they can unlock automatically, why can't they lock themselves? Before I always used rental bikes but now that dott has come to my city I'll buy my own bike

I used it in town calles Siofok. 1. The area where you are allowed to drive is very limited, with only few places where you can park 2. The special limited parking places were shown as "full" so I had to return to the same where I took the scooter, which doesn't make sense in terms of travelling, as I had to return to the same point. 3. expensive. Paid 10 euros for 30 minutes.
App doesn't allow to pay any payment service after taking monthly pass it useless. and customer care never respond.
requires more play integrity security levels than all my banking apps. They do that because they are afraid of google

The app seems to do what it needs to do, but the pricing of the rides is utterly insane. Immediately uninstalled as I won't be using this service.

Avoid this company. All bikes eather broken or discharged. One time after six times trying to choose a bike, I couldn't find anyone which is not broken.
i try using 2 vehicles both are unable to use not recommended vehicles fails to pick acceleration even after push start

Total scam. there just to steal your money. Riding area ends without any warning and even if you return your ride to allowed zone you will get fined. STAY AWAY and use alternatives.
very bad. the customer service is worst. Blocked my account without any prior information. I have purchased a monthly pass and now I can't use it. tried reaching out to the customer care but still haven't gotten any updates even after one week.

Couldn't even use the service. Got a free ride with free unlock, also on a Sunday when unlocks are discounted.Tried unlocking, and it kept trying to charge me the full +£2.00 which I didn't allocate on my card unless im using it non-free, but my active card was linked initially with no issues. Would been fine if it was an issue and was sorted by support but I believe it's AI and a bad one at that, as i was just going back and forth with a "nothing we can do" support. Late and time wasted.
ich hab aus Versehen eine 25€ Strafe bekommen, und obwohl ich den eScooter wieder zurück gebracht habe, konnte ich nichts mehr dagegen machen. Hätte gerne lieber ein Taxi genommen.
they give you a promotional code, which appears to give you 40 free minutes. but this is spread out over many rides, not your first ride. you end up paying a lot because their rates are very expensive

It takes charges for nothing. Did 1 ride which they said was free and after that got charged 5 dollars then in 2 days another 6 dollars. Do not recommend use better services such as bolt or smth.

Pathetic service. Pathetic application. Bikes do not work. Forget about working, bikes do not even start. Dott people take money from you upfront and when you go and start a ride, bikes are unavailable or have battery issues or simply do not start. So voila. Money gone to Dott's pocket and no ride. These people must be banned forever.
Criminal rip-off: Put bikes with your name on the street, get people to deposit money in your app (non-refundable), sell your bikes to another company... Bye, bye, money 👋
Attention, le service après vente est horrible. En effet mise en garde si vous achetez des pass, ils ne seront pas remboursés s'il y a un problème technique et aucune trotinette ne fonctionne. le message du service après vente : ( oui on reconnaît que nous avions eu un dysfonctionnement et que vous n'avez pas pu utiliser le pass comme prévu mais on ne vous remboursera pas car vous avez commencé à l'utiliser. or le principe des pass est de pouvoir les utiliser plusieurs fois. proche de l'arnaque.

The app won't let me register because it is not a stock rom, everything is present and installed correctly, this is the only app that does that. Stupid play integrity requirement

avoid them! I have been a user since they were called Tier, when they started in Budapest, then progressively they are harder to use and more expensive. my last straw was that i needed to get some place fast, but they required user to park at destinated area, which are near public transport station.. back then you could park in most places, now there is no point as I could've just used public transport. plus the GPS is not accurate and makes wastes your time to park until it detects properly.
Beware! Worst scooter company ever! Will rip you off with crazy fees if you leave the allowed area even just for a few metres and there is absolutely no prior warning. They even keep you from returning the scooter to the area, because it blocks the scooter. Why can I not even go through an area, where I'm not supposed to leave the scooter. It's just a scam to rip off users.
Completely broken on LineageOS. After switch from Tier can not reregister. So scooters stay unavailable. Still the case in 2026. Also does not Work on GrapheneOS. So all security hardened Android distributions are not working.
