Not Good At All
rip-off. scooter didn't react, because battery dead. app says no charge. PayPal says: 2,50 have been deducted.

Very expensive, very slow 20km/h but this because of EU "elites" regulations- people who don't have logical thinking. Probably taking many drugs and using a lot of alcohol so their brains are already damaged. Normal bicycle is much faster than these scooters. Parking spots inconvenient. You have to park at these spots. First and last time i used it. Right Now using car or bicycle is cheaper, faster than these scooters and e-bikes.
Errors while log in
only 1km radius around city center in Erfurt. is that a joke? the main city is by far bigger, the scooter is useless if you can only drive 1km until the allowed area ends
£6 for a one-way journey that costs me £2.60 on the bus. Pricing is totally obfuscatory. The 30 mins and 100 mins passes work out exactly the same, 2 rides pass is better value but makes no sense as to why it's set up like that. Dott Pro requires you to do at least TWENTY rides to make it the same value as the two rides pass, and even then you're limited to 20 minutes each time, which makes absolutely no sense becauseyou can just park up, end ride, and start a new one. Just make it unlimited.
Trying to load the app but keep getting a 'Track my activity notification' screen that freezes the app.

"Something went wrong" when trying to register, support link opens a page that gets stuck loading... Sorry, I tried. Back to Voi, for me.

So far, the app leaves much to desire. the layout is lackluster and confusing, often leading you to scooters that simply don't exist. It'd be nice if you guys added an extra help finding the rides, maybe in a google maps format where it leads you towards said ride. Because honestly, I don't have the time or the nerves to play treasure hunter. i'll keep using it occasionally and I might change my review if the experience changes.
Fradualent misrepresentation from one of the staff, unclean scooters, surpluss charges inadequately explained. This app and their scooters are a scam.

worst experience, first of all near my university of Bristol when I was trying to end the ride it was saying cannot end it here as the parking spot is full, then I have to look for other parking spot and still the same as you thing, I have taken £3.99 pass in which they give 2 passes and as it was not allowing me to end it also deducted additional 0.25£ , as a student I would never recommend to get on these, they make you late for lectures no customers support only AI, and thats also useless
The automated scanner kept saying it couldn't read my ID, despite trying new pictures as well as a picture that has been uploaded as proof to numerous apps. It now says it has failed and that customer support will email, no email has been received so far. This app is nowhere near as good as Voi's.
You need a driving licence to use the bikes. Which is ridiculous! In the UK, you don't need a driving license to ride an ebike. But the app only accepts driving license as proof of ID. Why not National ID cards and passports? They're valid photo ID for everything else!

this is hands down. the worst experience I've ever had with anything ever. everything is done through an AI response. I have no response from anyone who is genuinely real. am I still paying for this scooter? is it charging me per hour? I have no idea. this is absolutely terrible
Bankkort registrering vil ha bekreftelse fra kodebrikke, får ikke bruke bankID app. Ganske sikker på at bankene ikke bruker kodebrikker lenger. Paypal fungerer heller ikke. Vil ikke la meg logge inn vi Dott. Vipps lar meg registrere meg men må betale 100kr. Hver gang jeg forsøker å betale står betalingen i uendelig buffer, kan ikke gå ut, må restarte appen. Betaling går likevel gjennom selv om appen kræsjer når betaling skjer. Var likedan med Tier. Uninstall.
More often than not the bikes and scooters malfunction and the parking zones are horrendous

La qualità dei veicoli è peggiorata (metà dei veicoli sono sfasciati inutilizabili o PERICOLOSI, i costi sono duplicati Quando chiedi aiuto di supporto ora spunta una chat ai che è insopportabile, non aiuta e chiede mille domande inutili solo per proteggere i loro prodotti, chi utilizza sti mezzi è completamente dimenticato da chi offre il servizio, siamo solo visti come recipienti di soldi da rubare. 0.25 per minute 🤣 they asked me for 4€ for just 4 mins
if there's 0 star, I give them 0 star. 1star not deserving. this scooter not recommended, avoid this scooter. so expensive. I paid 3.49€ for the 30mins pass. then I use twice only I was shock because i paid 6€ for the twice that I use it. so 3€ every ride that's insane. where's my 30mins pass that I paid why every ride I need to pay 3€. I had 17mins pass but I decided to delete my account why? even you have a 30mins pass that you paid, every ride you need to pay again cost 3€ .
Such a dogshit app. The feedback system is probably the worst I've seen. A lot of the bikes and scooters show up as having a "high" amount of charge, when in reality they last about 4-5 min. Parking zones are horrible. The subscription doesn't automatically renew, and the app doesn't notify you that your subscription has expired!
Broken bike that lead us to walk for 30 minutes in the middle of nowere. Not applying the passes on the 2nd ryder. Customer service just dont care. They even dont want to refund the ryde with the broken bike.
charged me 27.3 euros for 59 minutes ride while I did use the step for max 10 minutes, furious ! 😡

App just honestly isn't functional. I can't even sign up - just keep getting a message that something has gone wrong and I should contact support if it persists. I tried all the usual steps to resolve (restart phone, force stop, clear storage etc) Then you actually try to contact support and it starts with a poorly tuned AI agent which repeats advice (even though you've said you tried everything) and then when you ask to be passed to a human it says it's going to and then nothing happens. 👎
Hidden fees and no refunds! Please avoid this app and brand. They offer a 30-minute ride package, but if you go even slightly over time in Poland, they charge an additional 40 PLN fee on top of the extra usage time. For example, a 35-minute ride ended up costing me around 53 PLN extra, in addition to the already paid 30-minute package. When the time is about to run out, the scooter does not slow down or stop, it continues to operate normally, and then the extra fee is charged without clear
They show a lack of concern for their clientele. When an issue arises, you are stuck with an AI chatbot that repeats itself, and the support team only provides template-based replies. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
Avoid this scam! On the bike it was written "First ride for free". But there was no way to put that code anywhere and in the end my "free ride" costed 12 EURO for 34 minutes. It was late and I was tired so I wanted to get home fast, but if I knew, I'd have taken a bike from different company. I'm uninstalling the app and I'll never use dott again.
Never downloading this app again! The riding area is so small, it didn't even allow a few km outside the main city. The app shower high battery and with just 3km the battery died. Would rather use Lime, which is much better and cheaper.
I was fined for wrong parking when I parked correctly. The scooter or app was at fault. Support did not respond. Avoid this provider

Doesn't even let me scan my ID to ride. I have rode before. The ID scan always fails.
the worst app i ever used
Scooters are great, app makes the scheme unusable. Just spent 10 minutes trying to end my ride and it saying I wasn't in a parking spot even though it clearly showed I was on their map. The only option was to use my camera to verify my location which didn't work so stuck next to the scooter until the sever worked again. Won't be bothering with it again, I hope they lose the contract.

The app does't work at all. The support AI is scammy and retarded. The app is probably dead but somebody forgot to turn off autopaiment for cloud services, and somehow it still works... a joke, if you will...
I have purchased the ramadan pass in Dubai and rides are not starting. Terrible app.
