App language depends on the country. If you are in some country and don't know the local language thus app is useless.
Most bugging app ever
I have never seen a worse application before!!!! full of bugs, permanently glitching! I spent the whole hour and still didn't order anything because of the completely non-existent UX!!!!!!! I have never seen nothing worse!!!!! STOP DOING WEBVIEW "APP"!!!!! HiRe NoRmAL dEvEloPeRs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know who these mentals who gave you 4.8 stars. this is a scam!!!!

De app doet het niet, ik krijg alleen maar de melding dat er een fout is opgetreden bij het openen van de app

I already reported about a bug long back ago, but it's ignored. I enter my postcode for delivery *76, click "weiter" and it is automatically changed to *86. Both app and web. I can't get my orders, they automatically returned because of the wrong passcode Douglas systems generate. Please fix it!
why is no English in this app?
App is low visual quality, tried app in Slovak, half of the texts are in Czech (including call center number which by the way doesn't work) please make it more UX friendly

Douglas retun my money now. I paid for a item, €56. You sent me a wrong item, i complained immediately as I open the package. A return label was sent to me to send it back. Which I did plus a file for complaint form which I filled and sent thru email. But to my surprise I received an email telling me that there is no other help me they can render for me. I Don't need help, just return my hards earn money. My €56. I will not keep quiet in all social media until I get my hard earned money back
The app has bugs, and instead of correcting them, they just cancel your order. Never buying anything from Douglas again.
Sortiert und ladet sehr langsam
One of my least preferred beauty apps. Firstly, whenever I click my "favourites", I cannot scroll down normally. At some point the app brings me back to the top again. Secondly, the app is glitchy; once I want to check out a product, the screen moves again, and I end up clicking on a different product. Another potential point is that if I want to see what's new in makeup, I have to check out each category one by one. Just give me an option where I can see new makeup altogether.
