For the second time, you are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ich verstehe nicht, warum es Sie überhaupt gibt. Das Paket ist seit fünf Tagen unterwegs, obwohl man die Strecke vom Absender zum Empfänger in zwei Tagen zu Fuß zurücklegen könnte. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben mit einem so unzuverlässigen Unternehmen zu tun gehabt. Sie werden immer schlimmer, und ich hoffe, das bleibt auch so.
Mein Paket war fast drei Wochen unterwegs und wurde am Ende als „unzustellbar“ an den Absender zurückgeschickt. Der Kundenservice reagiert überhaupt nicht - auf Anfragen erhält man keine Antwort. Von vier DPD-Lieferungen kamen nur zwei an. Eine Zustellquote von 50 % und ein nicht erreichbarer Support sind schlicht inakzeptabel. Wer DPD nutzt, geht ein unnötiges Risiko ein.

Very bad, clicked on chose neighbour, and without doing nothing, my 12kg package was redirected to packet shop... No option to change delivery preference. Called the support, they could not do anything about my request. Total disappointment...

Handynummer lässt sich nicht ändern bzw krieg ich keinen Aktivierungscode für die neue Nummer. Sowas sollte eigentlich gar nicht erst passieren. Das Ändern von Kontaktdaten sollte vereinfacht werden. Ich warte seit mehreren Minuten auf eine Nachricht und der erneut versenden Button ist grau markiert, funktioniert also gar nicht. Bitte sorgt dafür, dass sowas in Zukunft einfacher gemacht wird

The app always logs me out and now it's not even possible to log back in because it's bugged and rapidly flashing between screens.

Eigentlich schade dass dpd mit schwerbehinderten Packetlieferanten arbeitet die den unterschied zwischen Haustür und Briefkasten nicht kennen, und traurig dass die Meisten weder Deutsch noch Englisch reden.
Ich würde immer noch ull Sterne geben. bis heute ist die App nicht mit meiner Empfangsadresse verknüpft und Pakete sind nicht aufgeführt.
Startet nicht mal. Bekomme auf meinem S26 Uitra nur einen roten screen mit dem dpd Logo ganz tolle App!

DPD app does not support reroute or reschedule by receiver/sender.
This app is just useless. I chose a packet depot where I wanted to pick up my package, the app said that it arrived, I went to pick it up, guess what? no package there. It turns out that my package was given to my neighbour and I didn't get informed about it.
dpd sucks
Simply THE worst delivery service I experienced. you cannot do anything inside the app, and they don't even show you the actual position of your delivery. + they are attempting to deliver my parcel for a week now, every day(as they say in daily mails). and every day they fail and try again and again. leaving it at the parcel shop doesn't even come to mind of these people (I selected that option). what an absolute trash business you guys built. Amazon delivered my parcel a week ago already

Bad Service I ever had.They are lying. couldn't find the address or refused to accept and returned my package. Since two months they can not find the address or deliver the package. Very disappointed 😡😡😡😡

i dont understand, i have paket shop for my orders. DPD they bring allayes when i am not at home and i never receive my order. They return to the seller.
Shows recipient name instead of neighbour name, had to call to find my package. Least convenient tracking on the market, even Asendia does better. Be ashamed.
No attempt was made to deliver. I was home all day. They decided to drop a 9.1kg package 3km away :-( They have approval to drop it at the front door, or a parcel shop 1lm away (in the opposite direction). 0/5 for service.

I am so disappointed with this delivery team, honestly you could do better. how do you hold a paket for 5 days, saying you've missed the directions.
The live tracking does not show the map itself, just a blank square.
dpd is going to loose ypur package or just not deliver it.
Not even one star worthy... the app either is stuck in a loop of constantly trying to open or it just straight up tells me that i would not have an internet connection (which is obviously not true).. even a karaoke set would be more useful to mute ppl than this app is overall
dpd ist müll. ich habe ein Paket mit DPD bestellt und habe zwei Tage später die Benachrichtigung bekommen das es in 1-2 Werktagen im Pick Up Shop ankommen sollte. 5 Tage später ist es dann endlich in Deutschland angekommen, im verteilzentrum. eine Stunde später bekomme ich die Nachricht das es zurück ins Startland geschickt wird. absolute respektlos
almost useless... I can't even select a neighbor in the same apartment building as me as it shows it outside of the radius! It is the same exact building where it was sent, just a different apartment number!!!

very bad experience with driver behaviour. they are not waiting 2 minutes on the door ..and going back immediately...everybody not ready in front of door to attend the driver
the application is useless, they don't ring the door , they just say no adresse found , i was running behind the delivery truck with mu car and every time i ask a one they say no we don't have tou parcel, so the app shows different truck adresses . i was all day at home, but nothing. this is the worst delivery service ever, not like, dhl. i have never faced any problem with them
failes to update parcel status unless I restart the app

sehr schlechte app.. Und dpd service auch.. Ich habe jetzt problem mit mein paket.. Es würde lezte woche am Samstag geliefert werden. aber dann Fahrer bring mein paket wieder zurück zu dpd lager und steht gar nicht an der Sendungsnummer was da los war. und jetzt ist 2 Tage schon um und paket liegt immer noch da. ich habe dpd service angerufen da geht auch kein echte person rann sondern ein Automaten machin Prozeß.. und dann habe ich per email versucht und kommt dort kommt auch kein antwort..
worst delivery service. Do not use! In Berlin they almost never deliver. When they deliver they just leave the parcel in front of the apartment building(that's not what I call door-to-door). But most of the time, you see the car on the map passing close to the house and you wait for days to come and they don't come but they set the status to "failed attempt". When you redirect the package they just send it back... They deliver 1 of the 7 packages that I had from them. Ridiculous!

Zum zweiten Mal in Folge wurde gemeldet, dass das Paket zugestellt wurde, jedoch haben wir es nicht erhalten, obwohl wir die ganze Zeit zu Hause waren. Leider hat uns der Kundenservice bisher nicht weitergeholfen. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und werden künftig keine Bestellungen mehr bei Ihnen aufgeben. Außerdem kann ich den Service derzeit nicht weiterempfehlen
Ich habe zwei Tage auf mein Paket gewartet. Der Zusteller war in der Nachbarschaft, hat aber nicht geliefert. Obwohl ich den Ablageort an meiner Haustür angegeben habe, steht im System fälschlich, dass ich nicht zu Hause war. Das ist absolut unverschämt! Einen schlechteren und dreckigeren Paketdienst als euch gibt es nicht. Ihr habt mir große Probleme verursacht. Ich werde nun eine Beschwerde und einen Fall gegen euch eröffnen. Ihr verdient null Sterne.

Die Daten in der App stimmen nicht immer mit der Realität. Die App sagt Paket wurde umgeleitet und wird bald geliefert. aber wurde schon zurück geschickt

The app is just as useless as their customer service. It is impossible to contact them, which leads to packages going back to sender automatically. Avoid DPD at all cost
My experience with DPD was very disappointing. Honestly, they are one of the worst companies when it comes to customer service. It’s almost impossible to get proper support, and they show no real interest in solving customer problems. Delays and lack of reliability made the whole experience very frustrating. I would not recommend using them.
Das schlechteste und unzuverlässigste Lieferunternehmen, mit den schlechtesten Fahrern und dem unhöflichsten Verhalten. Verspätungen oder das Verlieren von Paketen sind hier fast normal. Gestern erst hat der Fahrer behauptet, ein Paket an mich zugestellt zu haben, sogar mit meiner angeblichen Unterschrift, während ich den ganzen Tag auf der Arbeit war. Absolut inakzeptabel!
