Die App l, die ich gerade installiert habe, startet nicht, bleibt im Loading-Screen. Auch Tracking über die Webseite funktioniert gerade nicht.
The most incompetent delivery service. Classic situation: you're waiting for them at home for hours, tracking them via the app. Eventually, you get "we were unable to catch you at home." Really? I have windows, and I saw that you never came. Last time, they were unable to find the address. I tried to redirect to the nearest parcel shop (500m) and got "the parcel shop is not within the 10km range".
Terrible, nothing works on this app, can't choose a pick location, or anything all the functions don't work.

I had to go down from 4 stars to 1 because the app isn't working at all! I can't even login, I deleted the app, updated it, and tried everything possible and it wouldn't even work so yeah there you go guys here's your 1 ☆ have fun
App does not even start. I tried deleting cache and reinstalled the app twice. I waited for several minutes with both WiFi and 5G and does not load. if it takes so long to load a simple app that is a development issue as well.
Wieder schlechtes Designkonzept der App: zwanghaft ausgeloggt, dann war's nicht mehr möglich wieder einzuloggen, und zwar ohne Fehlermeldung. Erst als ich die Webseite probiert habe - Datenschutzerklärung dort akzeptieren, dann hat das Einloggen auch in der App wieder funktioniert.
Sehr schlecht, und dort arbeiten Leute, die weder Zahlen noch Adressen sehen und lesen können.
Ich habe meine Handynummer hinzugefügt, aber ich erhalte keinen Bestätigungscode!

For the second time, you are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ich verstehe nicht, warum es Sie überhaupt gibt. Das Paket ist seit fünf Tagen unterwegs, obwohl man die Strecke vom Absender zum Empfänger in zwei Tagen zu Fuß zurücklegen könnte. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben mit einem so unzuverlässigen Unternehmen zu tun gehabt. Sie werden immer schlimmer, und ich hoffe, das bleibt auch so.
Mein Paket war fast drei Wochen unterwegs und wurde am Ende als „unzustellbar“ an den Absender zurückgeschickt. Der Kundenservice reagiert überhaupt nicht - auf Anfragen erhält man keine Antwort. Von vier DPD-Lieferungen kamen nur zwei an. Eine Zustellquote von 50 % und ein nicht erreichbarer Support sind schlicht inakzeptabel. Wer DPD nutzt, geht ein unnötiges Risiko ein.
Most time it just doesn't work. I login and then it just shows nothing. It also forgets packages added manually all the time. It also doesn't update the live tracking.
not able to refuse shipment after first message of DPD. refuse at delivery is not possible as DPD drivers throw box in garden and run away.
Very bad, clicked on chose neighbour, and without doing nothing, my 12kg package was redirected to packet shop... No option to change delivery preference. Called the support, they could not do anything about my request. Total disappointment...

Handynummer lässt sich nicht ändern bzw krieg ich keinen Aktivierungscode für die neue Nummer. Sowas sollte eigentlich gar nicht erst passieren. Das Ändern von Kontaktdaten sollte vereinfacht werden. Ich warte seit mehreren Minuten auf eine Nachricht und der erneut versenden Button ist grau markiert, funktioniert also gar nicht. Bitte sorgt dafür, dass sowas in Zukunft einfacher gemacht wird
They not deliver my parcel,they not call or write something if they don't know the exact address.My address stated all but they returned it back to the sender. So Frustrating,,But Hermes or DHL they deliver my parcel fastly.
The app always logs me out and now it's not even possible to log back in because it's bugged and rapidly flashing between screens.

Eigentlich schade dass dpd mit schwerbehinderten Packetlieferanten arbeitet die den unterschied zwischen Haustür und Briefkasten nicht kennen, und traurig dass die Meisten weder Deutsch noch Englisch reden.
Ich würde immer noch ull Sterne geben. bis heute ist die App nicht mit meiner Empfangsadresse verknüpft und Pakete sind nicht aufgeführt.
Startet nicht mal. Bekomme auf meinem S26 Uitra nur einen roten screen mit dem dpd Logo ganz tolle App!

DPD app does not support reroute or reschedule by receiver/sender.
This app is just useless. I chose a packet depot where I wanted to pick up my package, the app said that it arrived, I went to pick it up, guess what? no package there. It turns out that my package was given to my neighbour and I didn't get informed about it.
dpd sucks
Simply THE worst delivery service I experienced. you cannot do anything inside the app, and they don't even show you the actual position of your delivery. + they are attempting to deliver my parcel for a week now, every day(as they say in daily mails). and every day they fail and try again and again. leaving it at the parcel shop doesn't even come to mind of these people (I selected that option). what an absolute trash business you guys built. Amazon delivered my parcel a week ago already
Der schlechteste Paketdienst, den ich je erlebt habe. Katastrophale Zeitplanung, eine völlig unbrauchbare App. Ich warte seit zwei Wochen auf mein Paket - jedes Mal heißt es „heute“, aber es kommt nichts an.
Bad Service I ever had.They are lying. couldn't find the address or refused to accept and returned my package. Since two months they can not find the address or deliver the package. Very disappointed 😡😡😡😡

i dont understand, i have paket shop for my orders. DPD they bring allayes when i am not at home and i never receive my order. They return to the seller.
Shows recipient name instead of neighbour name, had to call to find my package. Least convenient tracking on the market, even Asendia does better. Be ashamed.
No attempt was made to deliver. I was home all day. They decided to drop a 9.1kg package 3km away :-( They have approval to drop it at the front door, or a parcel shop 1lm away (in the opposite direction). 0/5 for service.
Just Worst service ever.
I am so disappointed with this delivery team, honestly you could do better. how do you hold a paket for 5 days, saying you've missed the directions.
The live tracking does not show the map itself, just a blank square.
dpd is going to loose ypur package or just not deliver it.
Not even one star worthy... the app either is stuck in a loop of constantly trying to open or it just straight up tells me that i would not have an internet connection (which is obviously not true).. even a karaoke set would be more useful to mute ppl than this app is overall
dpd ist müll. ich habe ein Paket mit DPD bestellt und habe zwei Tage später die Benachrichtigung bekommen das es in 1-2 Werktagen im Pick Up Shop ankommen sollte. 5 Tage später ist es dann endlich in Deutschland angekommen, im verteilzentrum. eine Stunde später bekomme ich die Nachricht das es zurück ins Startland geschickt wird. absolute respektlos
almost useless... I can't even select a neighbor in the same apartment building as me as it shows it outside of the radius! It is the same exact building where it was sent, just a different apartment number!!!
