None of my deleted photos were recovered. All that is in my phone's memory is showing up again.....Beware of this app, it is completely fake, it does not recover any photos, this app does not bring back any deleted photos, it brings back what is currently on your phone, it is a complete fraud.

UPDATE: still won't reply to pleas for help even after public responses below! AND when cancelled WONT REFUND as stated in policies! BUYER BEWARE!! ... EARLIER: get this app if u wanna pay for app you CAN'T use & can't get reply from support. I paid, got receipt, & can't access any features OR get support. fortunately they offer 3 days free, so I can cancel before I'm charged. the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I planned.

Just fraudulent. This app advertises itself as a way to back up and restore "all" your files, but after backing up my android I found that I had to pay a subscription fee to restore my data. After I got my subscription, it turns out that Dr. Fone doesn't even restore local app data, so I lost a lot of my notes and browser bookmarks. There is no customer support except a phone number with an unhelpful AI that can only troubleshoot basic issues and tell you that no humans are available

i just wasted money on this app, firstly it didn't recover the most recent picture i deleted from trash, so i tried the rest of the features and the results were very pathetic. highly not recommended.
disappointed, before purchasing I asked AI if the software was able to recover info from 2025 and it said yes. However, only recovered from June 29, 2025 to day of purchase.
