basically: "Pay to recover" I just want to recover photos, but they want to sell you the option of recovering photos. I don't want to. There are better options.
I have contacted you 3 times via feedback in the app as you requested me to about the app & a refund & you haven't replied. All I get is AI & not a human! I have been into Dr Fone app it only recovered picture from year 2025 and under plus ones I deleted on my mobile. This week, I wanted all pictures from Jan 2026 upto 21st June 2026 in my picture library which it doesn't seem to have found. I have selected dates (30 days etc) in the app and it comes up with nothing found!

Please read before downloading or purchasing anything here: 1. Bought an upgrade that didn't work at all. 2. Requested a refund and provided all required proof (invoices, app logs). 3. Support refused to refund me or fix the broken upgrade. 4. Support keeps asking for my PC info, even though I clearly stated I only use the app on my phone. Save your money and time. This app is a fraud, and their support team will not help you when things go wrong. My Problem is Not solve yet Date-13/06/26

I never signed up for this app but they charged me $16.99....This will be my top worst Review I've ever done. The app might be just fine for whatever your using it for, but my complaint my WARNING IS DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. Because they give the worst customer service NONE. To cancel your subscription doesn't exist. It is a nightmare and way to many steps to cancel this program so you are stuck paying for it.month after month. They are basically stealing from people. Pick a different app.

I have not been doing good with this app and I had some issues getting my phone unlocked and its a problem with my phone and when I went to check on my computer and it said you dont have an account on computer why is that and I want my refund back I dont like this app its terrible cant do anything with my phone and wanted to unlock my Samsung phone please and thank you please send me my refund details and I dont trust this anymore then I can say
