bugged - you cannot get off the boat once you have it in this current build.
Great game itself. This game and all the other DQ titles (not sure about 8) have a severe audio crackling bug on Android 14. Have tried everything and cannot get rid of it. Will change to 5 star when this is fixed.
Android 13 with latest update June 1 2023- The game won't trigger the flag to find the tunnel to travel under the river, to reach the Alltrades chasm (Somnia to Port Haven path) after meeting the dwarf with his woodshed. The game is broken at the first path-sequence past the tutorial dungeon.😖
the casino is broken. no one wants to spend 40 hours per week spinning a slot just to gain 100 tokens. so if you plan on getting some of the best stuff in game. you can forget it.

I killed murdaw, did the Amos quest, and now I'm just running around killing stuff. No guide or hint from game. I'm SOOO tired of this ridiculousness I'm uninstalling and will NEVER again waste my time on Square enix products.
3 Times Now, Although I've "CAREFULLY - SAVED" My "GAME PROGRESS", WHEN I've LOGGED BACK ON to THE GAME, "ALL OF MY PROGRESS IS - GONE, LOST, ZERO"???????
None of the Dragon Quest mobile ports work. Battle screen transition blacks out my screen and won't come back. I have the most updated version, re-installed multiple times, tried on various devices and all have the same problem. Emulate on PC and save your money. This is a joke.
Does NOT work full screen on tablets.....why do they lie ? Is this app owned by DJT .
You would think that with all the promissions that cloud needs it would be able to transfer my saves from an old device to new one but you would be wrong
Horrible imprecise controls, no controller support, unfriendly UI, unhelpful world map, meh graphics and terrible pixelated font face. That's what you get for 17€. Nothing new though, that's usually the case with every Square Enix mobile port. Do yourself a favor and save your money for something else. Uninstalled after 2 hours struggling with that thing.
Game is not working. Try to open and it always continues to say "keep checking licence"
How is there no way to mute the game without muteing the phone as a whole? Even on the lowest volume setting the game is loud. What were you thinking? You realize that a high percentage of buyers are playing on their phone while in public? Personally I want to listen to audiobooks or music, not the game audio. I guarantee I'm not the only one bothered by this lack of sound option. Major design miss.
Would have given it 5 if it wasn't fir infuriating stumbling blocks at every turn stopping you from progressing thru tedious tasks such as talk to everyone in said village or wait for something only for u to have to trigger it by back tracking over all old ground looking for an answer to a tedious task. High frustrating. If u have low patience avoid this game
2* can only run the game by coming onto playstore because the game icon is missing in the apps menu on my phone.
Great game. The slime minigame literally takes 3 stars away. It's that bad.
Took away monster taming and replaced with a few slimes.
