EDIT - they said refund in 10 business days. Their reply - "When a reversal occurs, you won’t see a refund credit on your statement. Instead, the original transaction will gradually fade away after a few days, making it appear as though the transaction never took place."
when you decide to pay for a subscription? maybe just don't because it's impossible to cancel. It doesn't show up on your Google Play store and there's no button that I have found yet to cancel it on the app.

DramaShorts is continuing to charge my account even after I have cancelled them. The number that is listed is always busy and I am in contact with my bank to take legal action. This is the 3rd time they have charge me. I would not recommend this for entertainment purposed.,

Daily video ads for 20 coins per video are not working. Either they don't load or they load and play but no coins get added. With how much it costs for each chapter, not good enough. If not fixed soon I will be unistalling

it would be great if I was actually able to watch full series without spending $5 to basically watch 5 3 minute episodes. absolutely insane and if you ask me, they probably would make more money if they showed ads between episodes rather than making people pay for a low amount of credits or buy a bogus subscription that offers credits instead of full access to everything. still forcing subscribers to buy more credits AFTER buying a subscription! SCAMMMMM

not worth your time downloading. I was charged for a subscription that I had canceled. I figured since I paid for it id have the perks of it. Sadly I didnt. I did contact customer service and they told me that I had purchased the subscription through the website and not the app. ive only been using the app so not sure how that works.

this app has a lot of hidden purchases and they have been trying to hit my bank account over and over and over for stuff I don't authorize. this app is a joke
I subscribed it once but it take multiple cuts of subscription I even cannot stop auto subscriptions they are responding very late for customer queries it's beyond pathetic

Very misleading app. I paid for what looked like a small trial, but the app immediately activated and charged multiple subscriptions without clearly informing me. This feels like a trap to make users pay more than they intended. The pricing and subscription system is confusing and not transparent at all. I had to cancel everything right away to avoid further charges. This is not professional behavior and I would strongly warn other users to be very careful before entering their payment details.
This app is a total scam. I had multiple unauthorized charges to my account when I didn't even use the app. SCAM!
they will sneak in 3 charges on you. they let me pick on plan but they charge you for all three. the way they word things on the agreement is messed up. you think you are picking one choice but you end up picking all 3 and they charge you $50 total.
