Remove your annoying ads notifications! I want to get only relevant notifications about my device, not ads! The app and X40 ultra work quite well. But the map needs exact positioning for virtual walls that must be starting and ending exactly on other walls and it's almost impossible to position them exactly since they are hidden below my finger while dragging to adjust the position.

Map editing is awful and when coupled with the stupidity of the lidar, it is almost more trouble than it is worth. Also, do NOT ever move anything after the space is mapped. The vacuums are too stupid to use the lidar..
updating to version 2.5.6.4 rendrred Dreame L40 Ultra practically useless. Among other things, network connectivity stopped working.

Very, very slow to use on my android phone. almost unusable. tried on a second android phone and just as bad. Slightly better performance on Bluestacks, for some reason, though still pretty slow. Seems a lot better on iOS. No idea if this is a recent thing or it has always been so. Am tempted to return the vacuum cleaner due to the laggy app.
App keeps on buffering/freezing. the app stopped showing current rooms being cleaned (on current room selection), and therefore I keep having to stop and restart the task to make sure rooms are being cleaned

$1000 robot to have an app that doesnt work...
A very disappointing app / hardware combo with the X60 Ultra. 1. The app is very slow 2. The app is not intuative 3. I can not edit a map without canceling the current operation 4. It's unclear when or how to save edits in the map. 5. The vacuum can not start a scheduled task because it thinks it is on the wrong floor. (It is not on the wrong floor) 6. It constantly vacuums a fragile carpet I have instructed it not to vacuum. It is not flagship performance that I expected for this high price
after software update not working well
super BAD app, after some days they appear new rooms which are not existing, and I can't remove them. if hide then they come back
good app... buuuuuuut, I think it's ridiculous that I buy a device. accept t&c and months down the road I have to accept a new t&c or I'm locked out of my device? ridiculous.
every time you open the app it has a popup asking you to subscribe. every single time.
Service stated to wats app but watapps for 1 week and no reply and this is an upgrade model but since day 1 giving lots of issue even after went back for service and parts change problems still exists and technical personal still ask me to swap both mop pad and when I asked is there left and right position and they mention no, therfore I asked them why do I need to do that everytime there is such problem they say it is to help slove the issue by hand.
Have been unable to log into the app for a few days. Please fix it.
unable to robot even when machine right beside router
l20 ultra was working fairly fine until a couple months ago that a suspicious update to the app screw it up. now it gets magically stuck in places it didnt before, doesnt clean as good as before, has trouble with vacuming into the deposit, the mop pads dont dry like they used to and they fall nonsensically, and it has lots of trouble to enter and get out of its home. you can't convince me you didn't do that on purpose so i have to buy the new products. never buying again from you.
the vacuum is just a piece of garbage if the app can't even send an email with the verification code. it's been more than 15 minutes and multiple times to get an email but nothing. Sending an automated email is the least a technology company should be able to do. It's getting returned on the very first day without even using

deleted map for no reason after update. lost all of that time. horrible company, get literally any other brand. If you do have this vacuum do not, do not let the app update. it will erase everything.

Every time I use the app I have to uninstall and reinstall it, or it doesn't work. The self cleaning button on my vacuum is broken, so I must use the app for self cleaning. Otherwise I wouldn't bother with the app because it is a hassle.
I can't even sign in to use the app. tried on multiple devices, reset router, switched to 2.4 GHz. When I try to login just says "network error"

this app is not working.. Purchased the product 2months the app is defective.. and service is slow.. Network issue. App doesn't connect with the Robot, will be allow to login using. password or OTP. Cannot change Password also.. when complaint raised they will service the Robot itseems and not the application.. now I am logged out from my device and can't use the Robot .

If you want someone to buy more, don't make them hate the app. They should enjoy using it. It may seem like a small thing, but it's not. The app is annoying almost every time you open it - and there is no way to turn off the pop-ups! Five stars if it wasn't so annoying.
While the robot vacuums work great, this app is incredibly naggy. Every time I open it, it tries to get me to sign up for email marketing. There's always notifications to buy more stuff. Pop-up ads in a smart home app is super cringe. For a brand trying to look high end, the constant begging is just bad optics and frustrating to the customer.

Not that impressed with a1 mower. nice on the surface but currently stuck failing to update and not allowing normal use until, you guessed it, it is updated.
Dreame make good hardware but AWFUL software
Very laggy. Shows my robot is disconnected. I have to restart the app multiple times to get the robot connected. I can't map my house. I click "start fast mapping", then agree to the message and nothing happens.
Too many annoying pop ups.
I've owned two Dreme vaccums and they are garbage . instead of taking long straight runs, they take short routes .. more start stopping , kills the wheel motors .. I thought maybe it was the first robots issue, but it's a software issue. garbage . don't buy the mopping version if you have carpet rugs . it really struggles
This is a dubious app. Constantly nagging to subscribe to some email list EVERY time I open the app. Now asks to accept a privacy agreement that cannot be read in its entirety etc.
The connection is less effective than with Xiaomi app, network informations needs to be set by ourselves. App doesn't work properly when connected to the device wifi so with no internet. Device connection doesn't work if you have a VPN
FP10 air purifier- the advance timer setting is not functioning at all.
