These in real world driving are a must for safe driving, however your app doesn't factor this in and will cost the disabled there only means of transport. So glad im not required to use it. Its ridiculous and id love to see how the approval process went to launch it live. any chance of the meetings minutes in the lead up

This app was great for a time. As of recently it's been recording ALL my trips as using this bus. Uninstalled this useless app now.

can be buggy you can't always drive perfect theirs times where you have to accelerate to get out of a road or on to a roundabout. also the app doesn't allow me to add my license it just acts like it's not a clear photo.
Used the app for about 6 months hoping for a reduction in insurance. Comparison sites produce same or better quotes. It does improve your driving though.
wasting my time and battery with this ad app for a year only to find out it only takes UK driving licence, useless.
Apparently you have to be 18 to register. I dont see why this is like that as 17 year olds also need car insurance. Maybe I've missed something and it should be for people 18 and over, I'm not sure the description of the app was not great, it didnt really say what it was for other than car insurance. Any young drivers, don't waste your time. I guess they just hate young drivers? Probably won't come back to this app even when I turn 18.
thought this was about finding cheapest fuel but it's about flogging you car insurance
support this technology and soon it will be mandatory.
how naive and dum you have to be to even consider downloading something like that. it tracks you than insurance goes up for you if you drive bad... this is how they make money avoid this it is like black box.

Whenever I try to add my car the only response I get is "We don't support vehicles of this type". Unsure what types of vehicle they support, perhaps I should be driving a tractor or a HGV to be using this marvelous app.

Worked fine before, but now get "Your device isn't compatible with this version." So uninstall is the only option.
I have been using this app for just over 6 months and it has been brilliant and very useful. However since you updated the app it's no longer compatible with my device and will not install onto it which is very annoying. If this problem is sorted out I would rate it as 5*
App is a good idea but it JUST DOESN'T WORK. I scored 998 but it doesn't record most of my journeys, it records random fragments of journeys and sometimes adds the previous day's afternoon walk to today's drive! (Yes I have granted full persimmon for background running). To actually get your insurance quotes (the selling point of the app) you have to upload your licence, the link takes you to a website where there is simply no option to upload a licence! The finance offer is also fails to work.
My renewal: £1200 (120pm for 10 months) Drivescore: £1020 (£204 deposit then £80.04 for 11 months) CompareTheMarket: 550 upfront or £50 deposit and £45 a month. Drivescore will now be getting uninstalled.
Useless. App constantly plots a course that I haven't driven. Like I'd take a detour off a 60 mph on to a side road and back on again and then says i was hard cornering. Absolute garbage! Deleted.
Disappointed to be marked down for harsh acceleration. 3 to 15 mph in 2.8 seconds. Google search calculates this as slow to moderate.

Deleted before I even had the chance to use it as the adverts I received for it after installing were so incredibly irritating. Hate the adverts where someone runs up to a stranger in the street and asks them a question, please stop

After flawless feedback. the app has ceased recording my journeys since 22nd April. I've uninstalled and deleted the cache but it still refuses to work.
I gave up after about the 10th question setting up and uninstalled. The app wants too much freedom to watch your every move.
This app was working ok until the last few weeks, now it's not tracking all of my drives. Why has it suddenly stopped working properly?? **Update** still having the same issues with not all of my drives being picked up, but now it's gone up a level by tracking my WALK with my dog as a drive!!?? Seriously what is going on with this app.
So far OK but gives a minus for using your phone whilst parked up on a supermarket car park. Downloaded the app purely for my own info and to check on my driving. After a lot of use, it serves no purpose for reduced insurance quotes. Price comparison has given me lower quotes.
it's pretty good for getting lower insurance premiums, but I drive on temporary insurance so majority of my trips are with my dad where I'm passenger, i reclassify these trips as me being a passenger because my dad drives but I feel like the app still marks me down for it anyway... why is this? my drives are pretty good i think, there's been a few instances of harsh braking where I've had to avoid wildlife/other road users (I'm rural) and have addressed this in the notes and nothing happens

One thing about this app, it got me drive like I used to, and save myself a few quid. I had the app for almost a year, with a score between 980 990 regularly. Near my insurance renewell date, I was looking forward to a £400 reduction in my insurance, (I know!) After a bit of trouble and help from the help desk, I got through to the insurance bit. Only to find that I had to sign up to 'Creditscore' a credit card company to get an insuance quote,. with that, I am uninstalling the app.
It is extremely annoying, my anual score was 976 when I had disabled the app. Many times doesn't record, if you avoid to hit a pedestrian when she or he crosses stupidity, even if you haven't got speed, but you had to stop your car to avoid hitting him, the app consider it "hard breaking" and takes 10 - 12 points, after few days, even if didn't had other incidents, for the same previous avoiding it takes you again... and again, if no incidents happen many times doesn't even record... is annoying

I like this app but I find it frustrating. I have made 6 journeys in the last two days and it has only registered one of the 6 journeys.
The app itself is good but it has shared data that was quite positive with 850+ score and ruined my existing cheaper quotes. Uninstalled and never using it again!!
It's been ok so far tracking my drives over the past 2 months. but now it won't let me get a quote. as soon as I press "get a quote," it says: "Something went wrong We're sorry we've encountered a technical error. Please try to complete the verification again." I haven't even put my details to verify yet it's telling me to do it again.?? So after all this time tracking it's failed its purpose. and I've wasted my time and battery life for no reason. I've tried reinstalling, clearing cache
Not impressed
the app works well for a petrol or diesel car. on am EV, even the mildest acceleration triggers a hard acceleration event. the normal regenerative braking triggers a hard braking event sometimes. i have been driving in ECO mode and even then the app complains about fast and hard acceleration. the only way I can get a good score on this is by driving very very slowly . I drove a petrol for one weekend and the trip logged fine. I think I will be installing. if you are wondering my score was 935.
stupidly inaccurate! Alerts for cornering and braking are far too sensitive, it wanted me to go round a gentle bend on a National Speed Limit road at 14mph to not get an alert for hard cornering.
i can not find how to change address, changing of personnel details should be available through the users profile, even login out didnt help. This does not help appling for insurance & will i have a similar problem when i change vehicle? i think the cornering is a bit sensitive
Quite annoying really. I reinstalled it, used it for a full week, driving was great, no issues, yet my score didn't increase once. Touched the break a tiny little bit too much once and it drops by 25 points. It's not rewarding good driving, only punishing you if you do something even slightly wrong. On another occasion I had a bin waggon pull out in front of me from a side street, apparently I was wrong for applying the breaks a little. A good driver would have smashed into the side I suppose.
