notifications stopped! use the app all the time and this week all my notifications stopped, I've missed out on some wins. very disappointing.

I'm not sure if they purposely have terrible customer service but I paid for the upgraded subscription and the app never updated from "basic" to "upgraded". I decided to screenshot in the app where it says "you've already subscribed to Mobile Plus Monthly" and I cannot upgrade. I email support and they offer no help and say "we can't see where you purchased a subscription" this is after showing them the screenshots of my SoleSavy account showing the error message. terrible customer service

Upgraded to mobile plus took my money but no Upgrade still says you need to upgrade wast of time and £10.99 out of pocket

Update 10/23/23: I've reached out to sole savy support per email, as recommended my their response here, will update again soon once issue has been resolved. App won't open on unlocked Pixel 8 pro (vzw service)
Horrible App, claim they give you a heads up for the drop which they don't, when you answer their drop questions you get error messages. Waste of money. Not to mention the App notifying you claiming shoes that are sold out are in stock. I don't normally write reviews but this was really disappointing.
This app is useless in any country other than the US. The extra charges incurred due to reshipping and duties are significantly higher than buying from any other online reseller. This is not stated upon subscribing to a $15 a month premium service advertising the fact they indeed have Canadian support. When you contact them asking for more info or other plan options they simply ignore you. App won't load, customer support won't respond
DONT BUY PREMIUM Bought premium member status and took over a week to update on the app. So I basically missed out on the drops I actually wanted Going on 2 weeks and still hasn't given me upgraded status
Good people horrible app. Created an account, paid for mobile plus features and was never able to use those features. Continuously got the buy mobile plus to access this message, which makes no sense because I had already paid. Clicked the button anyway just to be sure, and got the message .. "you've already paid for mobile plus". After going in circles for a while, I uninstalled then reinstalled and now it won't even load past the initial load screen. Waste of 11 bucks.

Definitely not the sneaker community I was told about. I had a personal sneaker tradegy occur when I was member. The theft of over $40k in shoes and another $10k in merchandise; was given 1 month free off their supposed "sneaker community." No one was empathetic or helpful just omg sorry bro that sucks. Other than that most of their info is late/slow so you can never really hit on anything nice. Cancelled my membership because I was fed up with the grandstanding the employees do.

Customer support hardly offers any answers when I have questions regarding their subscription plans. No real effort is made to make one that supports my limited needs. Group provides solid info but a faulty pay scale and hard to deal with support staff make this experience not good.
The app isn't opening. In my previous phone it used to work just fine but now when I try to open it, it just shows me the loading logo and thats it.
Anyone else's app crash after paying for the subscription. The company refunded my money back fast, which was appreciated. but I still can't get the app to work. I have one of the newest phones running Android 13.
