Muy mal servicio pedí perfume y no lo recibí hace 15 días. ahora los contacto y tampoco tienen ninguna solución.

No hay forma de pedir la devolución ya que en tienda no pueden atender sin la atención al cliente desde la central, y la atención al cliente no contesta ni email ni teléfono. Seguiré intentando que me atiendan para que pueda tramitar la devolución, pero no volveré a comprar en druni online nunca más ya que no tienen ni control de calidad ni atención al cliente.

Me han cancelado un pedido realizado por la app sin avisar, y cuando voy a borrar la cuenta me dicen que no es posible porque tengo un pedido reciente
I have been a customer of many cosmetics brands and apps all over Europe and have never been so disappointed. Ordered a package on 25th of Feb. They didn't send it until I complained on 5th of March (so much for their 48 to 72 hours for shipment). They canceled 3 items at the starts. If you are out of stock, shouldn't someone keep track of that on your app? Addionaly, my package was broken and now needs to be returned.I could fogive that IF ANYONE EVER REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. 0 COMMUNICATION!
Pesima sistema y atención al cliente, mas de 14 dias sin recibir mi pedido. Nadie da respuesta no en las tiendas en fisico saben que hicieron el pedido.
Compré un perfume que especificaba en la información incluía un neceser con minitallas. No me enviaron dicho neceser, atención al cliente me contestó que el artículo de regalo debía aparecer en mi email de confirmación. Les envié capturas en las que se ve que dicha información está tanto en mi email de confirmación como en la web. Ni me responden ni me han enviado mi artículo. Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente y publicidad engañosa.
Druni is making fake marketing. I've been to police station in Castellon and made a complain. They are selling perfumes with half the price just to bring you to the website and after buying they cancel the order with no justification. The reason that there's is no stock. There's stock I've just checked. The customer service threat you very bad saying that there's no stock. I've been printed and handed over to the police the pictures with the stock. Shame how they cheat customers. Avoid!!!
Compré un dispositivo electrónico que no estaba en stock en Amazon. Ahora sé por qué lo tenían en stock, porque no son una empresa legal y profesional. Quería devolver el pedido en línea, ya que la ley de la UE/España me lo permite, pero se niegan a hacerlo en los 14 días legales. Esto es una clara violación de la ley, solo confían en que la gente no haga los trámites legales contra ellos. Compra solo si sabes que no hay riesgo de que necesitas el servicio de atención al cliente o de devolverlo
This app does not work properly. If anything goes wrong with payment all the itens were removed and you have to start pickup again. Also other functions like back and ahead does not work properly. Have to improve a lot.

honestly I really don't recommend, most of the packages I've received lately come opened missing the free samples they usually bring and I'm talking packages of 100€ and up and most importantly sometimes missing small stuff I ordered, I leave a complaint throught the app many times no answers no one ever budges, they let you order products then cancel them they, let you cancel your order through tje app and still proceed to ship it and send it and you can't get a refund
They not publish what credit cards works, just double orders and later make one canceled. Meanwhile you have to stay more than 48h aware not to be double charged. The CD reply comes too late. On other hand they include promotion(presents from brand) that no exist and later they just include some rubbish, nothing to do with the one you have chosen. Will not repeat, druni not worth the trust

Los pedidos siempre llega con retraso, nunca llegan a tienda a los siete dias. Algunos productos con muy buena relacion calidad-precio, como por ejemplo de la marca Cyclax o de su propia marca los quitan sin previo aviso

I ordered 5 face cream for a great discount. Very quickly the order got canceled. Reason is out of stock, but the real reason might be the staff put the wrong price. So druni will not ship them to me. Either way, this is not what a responsible company would do. Therefore, 1 star for you, druni.
NO APLICA CORRECTAMENTE LOS CUPONES!!!! Hay un cupón de 5 euros por usar la app por primera vez. Estaba ya introduciendo los datos de la tarjeta pero la app daba error y cuando volví a iniciar el proceso de compra mi cupon habia desapatecido sin poder usarlo jamás!!!! Ahora no me deja introducirlo, es ridiculo y muy INJUSTO.

Una experiencia nefasta! Hice un pedido para probar, ya que normalmente compro en Primor, y qué error! Me mandaron un producto defectuoso y no han querido ni enviarme uno nuevo ni devolverme el dinero. Además, tienen el peor servicio al cliente que he experimentado jamás. Les mandé como 6 emails y no me contestaron a ninguno, por lo que después de intentar llamar por teléfono varias veces conseguí hablar con ellos y fueron bastante desagradables. No vuelvo a comprar aquí!

Da errores, es mucho más cómodo comprar online. Eso sí, la atención al cliente es rápida y te solventan los probelmas. En concreto, gracias a Laura, la agente que me atenció.

It's a mystery. With them not keeping stock updated I now missed on the deals of black friday from other places. I won't be using their online shopping any more. Can't trust it.

Debería mejorar su servicio! No teja opinar sobre los productos ni en el app ni en el web, y las compras suelen ocurrir problemas.

Siempre me ha funcionado muy bien la app. Pero recientemente, desdes que actualicé el teléfono a android 12 no funciona, cuando abres la aplicación aparece una pantalla negra. Ojalá lo arreglen, ya que la app es muy buena.
