Scam practices. this is a great way to lose money as they bleed your investments dry (with hidden fees) subscriptions, and short sales that you'll have to pay for on your taxes. Despite not having all my money invested into something when I went to cash out they stole $53 randomly. Good luck getting your money back from these thieves.
I don't write reviews often and I fully understand the risks with investing but what I do not understand is that even after diversifying my investments on this app and spending a few hundred dollars I couldn't even break even after almost a year. In fact, as of the time of this review, I've lost almost half of my money. I would have been better off spending my money on a video game or something. This app is a total rip off and it seems like the portfolio managers gave up these last few months.

absolutely bunk. Unless you can invest 10k min, this application's monthly fees eat all profits.

After reading a years worth of reviews it appears that there is alot of the same problems being reported.. Even though they respond to each review and or attempt to fix and or fix... They should just simply fix all repeated items.. Also they should ask more questions to consumers b4 assuming the is the user fault or lack of doing something... This is a serious app asking for your money and investment. There should be no glitches or problems in or out and should be way easy to use. I'm doubting
otp codes don't work

deducted the subscription amount without confirming and now not refunding themoney. they are cheaters.

don't get this. it has lots of security issues and it's very sketchy. on top of that think of it the long run. this would kill trading. why would it be legit?

What is interesting is that the week trial you spend signing up and getting cleared to trade, gives you ZERO time to mirror any trades and they scam their yearly fee off you. This is a really cool concept, executed like a scam.

I have had the worst experience with this app trying to login and check the performance of my account! everything was fine up until a week or so ago. I clicked on the app icon, then was told I needed to provide a code sent to cell phone, no problem. gave them my cell phone, received a code, then got an error message stating they couldnt perform what I needed and to send them a support ticket. I have sent over 5 support tickets. there isn't any other way to contact support!!!
It's just bringing me a round and round in circles.... saying we need to download, and then we do and then DUB doesn't accept it? ARE THEY STEALING OUR MONEY?

the app keeps telling me to update but when I check my play store their is nothing to update and app stop working
The App requires me to download the version, I downloaded the new version, however when I open the Apps, the notification of notification is still showing to download the new version. it seems there's a bug on the new version.

Uses plaid for linking your bank. Plaid doesn't support venmo, Cashapp, or other similar accounts.
Google said I could simply do an ACATS and transfer my brokerage account from robinhood which it clearly does not allow. probably have to pay for that feature too in some weird freemium style way. 🤣 NO THANK YOU!!! You'd have to be high to pay the yearly subscription fee for this app! 😅
No response from Support. I have tried to contact them multiple times over last month with no response.

after updates I'm unable to access the app. No longer compatible download new version, but there is no new version. I guess I have been scammed.
