App tells me I have sucessfully made a purchase, and debits my credit card. Then nothing happens, despite having an order number. Store are helpful but can't see the order. Credit card does get refunded, but I've had a load of hassle and two days on I have to start all over again.....
even though the store had stock (I could see 5 of them on sale in the store) the app would only let me buy one. I tried ringing the store at least 6 times and the the voice message said no one available to answer .. try again later. I would have given zero stars if that was an option
downloaded your app pressed open several times it just opened and shut again ,so your app doesn't work
I'm sat in a Dunelm store, in the Pausa cafe, I've tried to use the app (a free drink would hv been nice, but also there are things I wish to purchase & I'm unable to access the 10% off voucher which express tomorrow). I've tried using my data, & using the store's WiFi, & all I get is "something's gone wrong somehow". it won't even allow a change of password, so I've uninstalled the app and I've sent a "delete account" request. Annoyed former customer.
can't find how to get the free drink
#Unreadable Product Titles# There is no way to view the full title of the products. When the description is too long, it is trimmed and hidden behind ellipses. So for eg a duvet cover with no selectable size options you can't tell the size if this is only mentioned in the title and at the end. Needs to be reviewed.
