worst app used in many years
Hopeless! Unable to pay for my order. I tried at least 10 times. Each time I reach the checkout it says "technical error please try later". The same happens if I try to make the same purchase using the website. I rang customer service. All they could tell me was that from their side, everything was working normally. I asked if I could pay over the phone. They said no, so it appears they have lost the sale. I wonder how many hundreds of customers per day are having the same experience.

I downloaded the app for 10% off on first purchases but this wasn't deducted. I also wanted to pay using Creation and already have an account but the only option to use this payment method is to reapply for an account so couldn't use it. Overall a frustrating experience.
Placed an order that was only available to click and collect (alot of glassware) Got it back to my bar and only 12 of the 32 glasses were what I ordered. Its like they threw the entire sale shelf into a box. Now I've got the hassle of dragging the whole thing back!
Website offered 10% off if you used the app, no such discount was applied. Deceptive practice.
What use is a retail app if its payment processes don't work? PayPal, "Sorry, something went wrong", GooglePay, "There was an error, try again". Deleted app and purchased elsewhere

delivery is split , barely have sets, I was searching for dovet set, but didn't pay attention bought just duvet cover, now can't find matching pillow cases , basically better do offline shopping, at least u know what u buying and colour.
discount does not apply even when downloading app, disappointing. it would be simpler if it automatically applied, instead of customer going hunting for it as there was no info on where to find it!
paying via Google Pay or visa doesn't work. large yellow 'FRAUD' banner at the top of payment page and a hanging 'payment processing' message at the bottom. not great if users cannot convert

App tells me I have sucessfully made a purchase, and debits my credit card. Then nothing happens, despite having an order number. Store are helpful but can't see the order. Credit card does get refunded, but I've had a load of hassle and two days on I have to start all over again.....
even though the store had stock (I could see 5 of them on sale in the store) the app would only let me buy one. I tried ringing the store at least 6 times and the the voice message said no one available to answer .. try again later. I would have given zero stars if that was an option
