App is terrible! Too slow and too many technical difficulties. This is supposed to SAVE time, not take an hour to order a coffee.
DD is now getting greedy with its increased prices and reduced rewards. Not only did they choose not to put out the Mobile Monday bonus points for 05/04/26, but they just released it today (05/06/26) for only 50 points now. It was 100 points every Monday. I'm using my rewards and I'm done with DD!

THERE ARE NO FRIGGEN PRICES ANYWHERE IN THE APP! 😡 I downloaded the app so I could check the menu and decide what I want before I go in, and price is part of that equation! I've even gone to the official website and only found AVERAGE prices?? it looks like Dunkin partaking in dynamic pricing which means I'm never going back.
I placed a mobile order which I know processed before driving to Dunkin and waiting 20 minutes for nothing. I then looked at the app which indicated that the order was still in the cart. I pressed submit again and received a message that an item wasn't available. How can a half dozen donuts not be available? I saw donuts at the store. The app removed the options for a dozen and half dozen donuts. I had to leave before I was late to work. I hate this app.
6$ drinks, haven't been worthwhile promotions in months, mobile Mondays have to be manually activated and only give 50 instead of 100 points

I am not happy with app. Needs more offers and a spot to write special instructions. Also, point system now horrible. just found out that points expire now. B.S. I have 1 day to use 2100 points or they're gone. Just used 950 for a free frozen drink, used to be 900 so that has gone up. now I got to lose the rest of my points. they shouldn't force customers to use the points. if we spend our money at their stores and use the app we should be able to save our points.

why do you make it shard to add a new gift card? im on a Samsung galaxy S24 device and adding a new gift card is a pain. I can't copy the gift card number and paste into the app. what a PAIN!!!

Used to be good. Now it's so slow to even open. If I literally have to wait more than a full minute for the app to open, it is garbage and deserves a 1 star rating and I most likely won't use it ever again.

The milk options for ice coffee needs to be fixed. Almond, oat, coffee, and protein should not just be a selection, they need a number amount so that when we make the drinks in the store we know what the customer wants. Your employees shouldn't have to be guessing what people want because the options on the mobile app are vague.
I went 2 dunkins, my coffee was all watery horrible. worst drink of my life...
never works like it should
being told my email is invalid after being a member for years and can't log in. update: I called, was told they would help, they didn't follow thru. it randomly started working again and stopped working again. glitchy app, and they're literally losing business over it.

Bring back the old point system. The drinks you want cost 950 points you have to spend so much money to even get to that level. Before you were able to get more free drinks with the old school system. BRING BACK THE OLD POINT SYSTEM.... DRINKS COST WAY TOO MUCH....

Laggy, unresponsive, and cluttered app.. customer service also doesn't exist. If you're trying to check your card balance and call the number, it'll text you a link. Go to the link and try to do it that way - cannot find my card, to please call the help number.. the one that simply sends you the link to the very page that is broken. So, its an endless loop of getting absolutely nowhere.

This app is good when it works but sometimes it tries to rob you, happened on multiple occasions where I submit an order and I get an error "something went wrong" and the order doesn't go through but they charge me for it, luckily the store I go to would give me my order when I show them the app and the charge on my card.

Actual scam of an app? Listed price of medium iced coffee IN THE APP is $2.99 but when I actually add it to my cart the price goes up ($3.19). No modifications/add-ons, and not due to size. Watch your selections CAREFULLY to see what you're actually paying!!!!!
I had to drop some stars. They now only offer 50 points for ordering ahead on the App. They already increased the amount you need to to use your points. Navigation of the app is easy. If you call the customer service number, they're very helpful. But I gave it 3 stars because they stopped the weekly deal drops. It was a perk , I looked forward to.
Absolutely scummy practice by forcing users to continuously keep a balance and reload at set increments rather than allowing people to pay only for what they're purchasing. This practice ensures you'll always keep at least some of my money, even cents, because there *will* be a moment in everyone's life that they stop have Dunkin', but a balance will forever remain and ultimately lines Dunkin's pockets directly.
