Now, the duo isn't working. He said I need to update my Duo apps. When I check the Play Store, there is no update. A few weeks later, I found out my Android phone was too old to run the apps, so I bought a new one. I log in using my old email. Now, even worse: all my account access is disabled. I click on reconnect, but nothing happens. Please Update your apps so I can log in using my old phone. Because it's still sending push notification every time I try to login
garbage token app that is only in use because of corporate marketing. unreliable, slow and constantly crashing. I waste more productivity trying to get the app to work than anything else.
Poor, it does not work when my cell phone is not listed in my School. This is not an acceptable app for me and others.

This app makes it so much harder to use 2FA with a password manager because it hides TOTP seeds, forcing users to use yet another app for 2FA on just the one or two systems that don't use standard, non-proprietary 2FA like Duo. Absolute anti-user, greedy, garbage design.
it's no longer popping up when I am supposed to receive a push notification even though I have my notifications on.
i lost my Instagram account because of this app. after one reinstall it doesn't gives you the code and says something about security and ... but google auth is best

I changed phones and am now locked out of my account, cannot access course registration for my university. Duo is a pushy and buggy mess that does way more harm than good.
Terrible watch interface. You have to have your phone open to even use the app on your watch. The reason I put the app on my watch was so that I didn't have to use my phone. I don't always have my phone right next to me when I'm using Duo. What's the point of a watch app if you still have to use your phone?

inspite of having account on this app, i loat the access on this app and due to this i can't get the other account's access. there is no support for user.
I need to install the app in my phone for my office work but it fails to install in my phone, while all other apps are getting installed except for this one. However, it is getting installed in my mothers phone!!?? Why this discrimination ???
Need more app icons/a way to add one and just implement your own cloud backup options already! I can't have my Google account that I happen to protect with 2FA, as the backup option!

the app just locks you out of your accounts when u got a new phone.. I am now locked out of my account because it"couldn't find any accounts"..it could have an automatic backup for accounts ... truly frustrated
garbage push notifications. literally isnt sending duo push notifications.
not only do i have to approve or deny a login but now I have to enter a 3 digit code to get into it. eventually figured it out but the 3 digit code is displayed all tiny on the computer its hard to find

Horrendous and absolutely atrocious! I had to switch phone numbers and as soon as I did, DUO disabled all of my accounts. Some of them I can't get back because DUO doesn't know how to operate correctly. I am officially locked out of several accounts AND LOSING INCOME now because I cannot change 2FA settings without signing into the accounts... which I can't do because DUO disabled my 2FA codes just for switching phone numbers. I will never personally opt to use this trash system.
2026 review: stupid app is even more useless than before. 2021 review: Stupid nonsense a company will make you download and then you can't even login if you dont have your phone or the thing glitches. Which it does glitch, all the time.
