points expire! I went to redeem my free medium drink after saving up, and came to find out I have over 100 points missing. apparently dutch bros can take them away!
it tells me my phone # isn't authenticated, and then says my email doesn't exist AFTER it sends me a link.
there app keeps glitching out
Order ahead is always unavailable. What's the point of the app without that feature??
My experience was so bad that I couldn't even type out my whole review because they didn't allow enough space.
The app regularly will acknowledge when you reload it with currency but also will just not submit your order to the shop.
Garbage. When you switch apps to get the confirmation code it resets. No Google integration.
The whole pending waiting game is ridiculous !
It keeps not letting me sign in saying authentication error. It says there's no email or phone number with mine, when there obviously is.
Why does the app keep saying order online is temporary unavailable? It's been like this for a while.
15 minutes pass my estimated wait time I got my coffee, seen another guy just walk up to window and ordered his, took like 5 minutes then he apologized to three ladies and I about it!! no employee's apologized about the wait.
