why does the app have to be so large. every update I have to delete more stuff I have on my phone this sucks. your apps keep getting larger and larger. Why?? is it so nobody uses it that's what it seems like. the only app you can have on your phone because there's no room is Dutch Bros. Starbucks app is not like that.
They charge you for rewards drinks, and Customer Service does NOTHING about it.
download to get a gift card for a friend but it doesn't even let you purchase. worthless app. 20 days later I finally get a response. it's way past that and I got them a digital gift card from their competitor way easier.

Dont get the Green Apple Smoothie, its actually a 711 slushie. Thanks for the free reward when signing up on the app for the first time.

well my coffees were all wrong.. I didn't get my Boba in my teas and they didn't put the wip or caramel in my coffe..
Don't bother. This app makes you see an ad just to open it, then it will spam you with emails and notifications that mostly aren't deals just more ads. The 'reward' program is a joke. $1 spent is 3 points, and a free drink of choice is 325 points. You'll need to buy about 25 drinks to get ONE free. This is the worst ratio I've ever heard of. Even little mom & pop diners with punch cards usually give you a 10:1 ratio. I really like Dutch Bros, but this app is going in the trash.
app stopped working and just keeps my money. I keep putting money in it and deleting and reistalling but nothing has worked. attempted to contact a few times and still not been contacted. went to website to order and that's not an option. $185 on the account. no rewards the app was working.
