TERRIBLlE, awful, and incredibly frustrating.. they cancelled two insurances because they found a 'cheaper' one (which was a monthly instead of yearly price). they changed and cancelled another one without any request or desire from my end. and they keep bombarding me with whatsapp messages, but don't actually listen to my repeated requests, so it's either a horrible chatbot or just sabotage.. repeated requests for an employee were not answered. DON'T ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY, WISH I'D NEVER!!!

They changed my energy contract without my explicit consent, not okay!
Can not update a category name or logo. Even if the function theoretically exists, it is not working in practice. The API seems loading forever and I cant update or create a new group (getting stuck in loading mode)...
Edit: 3 stars to 1 star. they started sending random mails saying they will switch my contract to another provider (without request!) - Lately it's gotten unusable for me, because it's really slow. On average I wait 10 seconds after each click. Hope there'll be an update to fix this.

after a couple months I felt like the payment for the use of dyme premium wasn't worth the profit of the negotiations on behalf of dyme. after a couple months they continued negotiations on my behalf, which I refused buf they still used auto incasso for their share, after many back and forward mails they finally refunded, only to send out a new auto incasso for the same negotiation. all while I wasn't a premium member anymore.

Ridiculous Company!!! Dyme had fraudulently cancelled my existing electricity contract with Vattenfall and registered me with Oxxio. So far I've received debit order notifications from Oxxio for: - An address I've never lived in - My old address which I moved out of 8 months ago (I've just been charged for this today) - My current address Over and above that, Dyme are unwilling to help me rectify this issue. Beware of this company. It's not worth the risk!
No phone number to phone in urgent situations. Take forever to respond on email and WhatsApp. They were supposed to cancel a contract which they had arranged incorrectly and then they confirmed that it was cancelled, but it was never the case. Now I sit with a more expensive contract and I needed to deal with all the admin. A disappointing service.
It could be a VERY good app if you would have the option to add an account WITHOUT the need to connect your bank and have to give permission to your personal information. Now when you have a private account and a conjoined account. You have to choose which one you are going to keep track of without the need to connect to your bank. If you have only 1 bank account its a great app!! Unfortunately I have multiple, household, private and business, and you can't separate without the bank connection
I got the premium free trial as my main point was to be able to customize categories. Unfortunately, it was disappointing that you can't delete the preset categories...:/ Anyway I tried to create custom ones just to be faced with so many bugs! I can only edit/rename a custom category once I'm categorizing a transaction...but both the remove and edit buttons do not work; icons do not work either; so the Insights graphs show all custom categories with the same icon and colour! Useless :/

I had to renew the connection with my bank account. It won't reconnect.
App downloaden/ installeren gaat prima, maar daarna opent hij niet. Krijg enkel een zwart scherm. Zelfs niet na meerdere keren opnieuw installeren en telefoon herstarten. Beetje jammer! (Android v.14)
It is no longer possible to log in, and therefore, I am unable to access my financial details. Tell the tax man next year that you are unable to file a tax return due to an app. When I try to log in, I end up in a loop asking me to log in. Hopeless.
Edit: Dyme verteld me na 20 dagen niet te reageren op whatsapp basically dat het mijn probleem is, dus ze naaien je gewoon waar je bij staat! Oh, en ze verkopen je gegevens aan OpenAI met een opt-out systeem ipv opt-in, naast dat ze constant om geld vragen. Origineel: Ze switchen je energiecontract zelfs als de oude nog draait, nu moet ik door hun een TWEEHONDERD EURO OPZEGBOETE betalen!!!!!

Very buggy, linked my account but then could not go any further, had to reinstall the app and login again, couldn't see anything about my DD subscriptions anywhere, seems a lot of the advertised features are stuck behind a pay wall
Useless : need to link your bank account in order to use it. Why not give the ability to manually input expenses.
Buggy app. The reason I used this app is to link transactions. And it's get cleared after a few days. I have to link it back again and again.

Good app to keep track of your bills, but it's very irritating that you HAVE TO add your bank account if you want to keep track of other expenses and your income. I just want to be able to put the info in there manually. It won't let me.
Doesn't work. Repeatedly loses connection and asks for permission to access my account with differing error codes. I gave up. In hindsight, I'm a little suspicious.
Two issues before I could even start using the app, registration via Google was impossible as the confirmation button can't be clicked, it's rendered outside of the screen;I registered with personal email and then linking with the bank account simply didn't work.
They keep taking money off my bank account eventhough I said I didn't want their services since it costs money which I don't have in the first place

Hij pakt geen van mijn abonnementen en de enige die er wel in stond was geen abonnement... getallen klopten niet, gelijk maar weer weg. Nee waarom zou ik mailen? Het staat hier 🤦.
Could be a very nice app, but missing many features: 1. No Credit Card support, not even cards included in ING or ABN apps. 2. Impossible to split a large transaction (such as Credit Card!) into different categories. 3. Impossible to add transactions manually for integrating unsupported banks or Credit cards. 4. No possibility to search transactions by categories. 5. Impossible to see insights for more than 1 month at a time. 6. No Support for French banks or even NN banking
Sinds een week of anderhalf krijg ik alleen een zwart scherm bij het opstarten, ook een volledige reboot werkt niet. Verhoog uiteraard de sterren weer als hij het weer doet :)

Buggy app. Registered and attempted to log in, but the app endlessly loops back to the login screen. Unfortunate since I heard good things about this app. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Using: Nothing 2a phone
The app itself is useful for seeing all your finances in one place (although it still misses support for some accounts). However, it's notifications are spammy and beyond useless.
works pretty good, but the "link transaction" feature still isn't working properly even after more than half a year
Frequent glitches in general and crashes when trying to use the budgeting by month feature. Took many attempts to successfully link bank account and transactions are miscategorised. Does help to start getting an overview of transactions at least.
Na weken wachten geen betere aanbiedingen gekregen, gebrekkige informatie/statistieken ( geen pie charts bijvoorbeeld) daarnaast geef je bij het zoeken naar een betere aanbieding/prijs voor je verzekering/abbonement bij voorbaat toestemming voor het afsluiten ipv een voorstel. Rare gang van zaken, maar wordt wel van te voren vermeld.
You can only look back 6 months from the moment you start using the app, so don't expect to be able to see long term trends. Also the payed version of the app is filled with spam from Dyme itself prompting to lower your bills. The iconography used throughout the app is not great and makes analyzing expenses complicated. Lastly the app is also really slow when categorizing expenses. I also started receiving daily emails from the people at Dyme trying to sell me their services.
It works really well when it's properly connected. But somehow when connected to Bunq, it keeps losing connection and you have to keep reconnecting it. Happens everyday so many times and it hasn't been fixed since a year ago.
Now that Abn Amro made Grip unavailable, Dyme seemed a good choice but needs much improvement.Credit card linking is not possible, the user interface of Grip was much better with daily "left to spend" graph & comparison ability to previous months, monthly overview graph over a year etc. Also lacks yearly & 6 monthly trends and averages as insights. In its current shape below expectation, so I switched to Spiir, which has much nicer user views
Het voegt niet veel toe ten opzichte van de Bankieren app van de ING, behalve dan dat het ook tips geeft en dat je budgetten kunt toevoegen. Dat is best handig, maar ik zou ook graag grafieken willen zien. Het zou handig zijn als ik mijn financiën deze maand kan vergelijken met vorige maand, om te zien of ik het beter doe en, zo niet, vanaf wanneer het slechter ging
No ability to import dat froma a csv file that is a shame as I have a huge history
