please fix the apps! I have download it to my new phone Xiaomi 14T Pro and the apps simply would not load at all! just black screen of death.
Force kicks me out. Got new phone. Download app and when I go to manually enter DVR info. It kicks me off the app and says it has a bug

Why does this take so long before I can see the nvr ? Was not like this before, when are you going to sort this app out? It was fine before December 2020 and has been bad ever since 😡

Installed Lite version but was extremely lagging so paid to upgrade to Plus version. Sadly the result are the same, equally lagging. Singapore, Sungei Kadut Area.

Sick of 'ip not being accessible' message at two diff locations despite both setup well & work fine (one location even has static ip) yet still eagle eyes goes through periods where it decides not to talk to the cameras

installed 1.6.0 which is the last version that worked before they screwed
it up. Install it with Package Installer then set it not to update you can
at least view you cameras. You are stopping 1000's people checking there
cameras Why can,t you roll back to a previous version that did work. It was
not perfect but at least we could all check our cameras Installed the
suggested replacement app ATLASINSITE but it has exactly the same it's just
a copy provided by another company problems as Eagle Eyes I am having to
ask friends with Apple phones to load Eagle Eyes so I can check my CCTC I
have repeatedly emailed you for the special version but you do not send it.

This app sucks Since the upgrade, it does not work on android however I
found that it works on iphone. Hopefully this will help app programers fix
this very irritating issue. Help please. 1.7.3 still not working, how can I

New update is a mess. Doesn't recognise my ddns link. Please sort asap.
This update bring this app can not resolve ip address from hostname. if you
put ip address explicitly in configuration it can work. Please fix the app.

Error application after updated
On Android 8 it just switches to landscape mode and the app is hopeless.
Worked a treat on Android 6 which was what I had on my previous phone. The
PTZ functions don't even appear when on Android 8. Sort it out AVtech!

Update for tablet doesn't support portrait mode and can only view all the channels in 1 small block of the 4 blocks on the left panel and cannot change the view

This app doesn't work. I can not playback video as specified and is the only reason I upgraded. I am furious and wish that the developer would rectify this issue immediately or refund my money. 😠

Family have successful logged on for ages then after update it stopped. We can log on through direct ip address but not through the app.

clunky at best. if you hit a menu icon you can't figure out how to get the menu removed.

Why export and import feature notworking? And i think if you add a search feature by ip address or title it would be much much easier.
