We were subscribers for 8 years. One of those sleeper subscriptions that annually renews. I cancelled a few days after this year's renewal since I had been surprised by my credit card monthly statement. Tried to reason with the company, constant denial from support. Found out that under NJ law they are required to send a 60 day notice, which they failed to provide. Now we will have a different type of conversation... Frustrating that they decided not to engage in a customer right conversation

My boy was bored almost immediately and I was appalled to find American spellings and pronunciations for words. DELETED 💩
Please PLEASE do not download this app unless you are willing to pay. It is so difficult to cancel the subscription, I cannot express this enough DO NOT USE. I am still having to dispute charges on my account after canceling my subscription! PLEASE do not if you don't want or need to get this app!!!!

ABC mouse is not fun it is only for kids ages 2-4 and roblox and minecraft and sprunki are so much better
This app actually made my daughter get very mad and its because the app is ALWAYS freezing the screen and we would have to restart her phone to get out of the app BUT THATS NOT ALL THATS HAPPENING!!!! My daughter has also tried to get out of this screen that has to do with a paid 1 month subscription and there wasnt an exit button to get it off the screen so we uninstalled the app and never used it again
I don't know how I ended up subscribing to this. I don't see this subscription in my Google account. I didn't even download the app. When I go to their website, I can't get to the main page or find subscription information. They're scammers! they charged me $15 and I have no idea how to cancel that
lately it's been freezing making you close the app and open it again so you can continue using it
If you read reviews, please definitely take in consideration the amount of low stars this has earned. I feel like this program has lost its potential and I agree with lots of people that you can't skip simple "lessons", the ticket currency seems good but they can get them too easily through videos and other means that's not as educational. It's more of an expensive distraction with a sprinkle of learning. Also, the parent section will not load for me at all on any platform.

dirty. said I didn't cancel my free trial, Even though I did (the same day). it wasn't on my iPad, no emails of any kind, paid $80 unknowingly, nothing notifying me not even in my spam folders, then they say oops that's part of the terms and conditions. I have never dealt with this kind of sneaky customer service on this level. I'm disgusted.
This app is sneaky, no refund through cancelation. Everytime I tried to cancel I was directed to a different website that doesn't even show the parents account. Child outgrew super quick.

this was a decent application when my son used it before and after starting pre-k. he is now in 3rd grade and has not used this app since the first grade. It just renewed today(granted, I had forgotten about the subscription). The fact that you cant request a refund for the subscription(which is the only way to gain access to this app) is predatory in my option and feels more like a way to scam people out of money than to help kids learn
this is the most dangerous app ever it rips me off and the app keeps saying error code 101 this is the most disgusting app 1 STAR GIVE ME HR NOW

the old version was awesome this one sucks. the update they did they need to undo don't fix something that's not broken. this new version they changed how you can learn the ABC & 123 now they choose it for you I don't like that. you can't focus on certain letters or numbers they choose it for you. they should have left it as is my kids don't like it anymore. I think I'm going to cancel because it not benefiting no more. I use it for 3 of my kids and my youngest are not engaging like they used to
This app is not working. I installed and tried to use it. After entering payment information, it asked me to answer a survey on where I heard about the app. it says the survey is optional. I can't skip the survey, but I get an error whenever I try to select any option. The app won't go past the survey. it keeps saying, "There was an error." It's unfortunate that the app would have such a serious bug on the first page. Cancelling my trial.
My kiddo quickly outgrew this app, I got the subscription for a year but after a couple of months it was no longer useful for him. Now granted I should have marked this one in my calendar, but for one of those rare companies that has a strict no refund policy, you would think they would send some sort of notification before the renewal. Nope. Siphoned off another year, with an encouraging message that I'll still have the subscription for a whole year. Sneaky company by any standard.
I cancelled my subscription and you're still trying to take out $15 from me. Edit: my subscription was cancelled through ABC Mouse AND Google play. months ago. even after my BBB report, they verified the account was closed. and guess what? this morning, there's another attempt to take out money from my bank! looks like it's time to make a good, viral video or newscast! people should know before they sign up with you that you're thieves and you cannot cancel!
Dont use this app. Even if you try it one day, it's not free. They still charged the full price and refused to give me back money

couldn't even use it due to issues with trying to redeem codes on multiple devices and multiple browsers. Kept getting need to update browser even though it was newly downloaded.

Sneaky charges, app is impossible to navigate due to a constant need to ask to download the app while literally in the app. No warning of pending subscription costs. Beware of shady tactics and they will not refund subscriptions.

purchased a year upfront thinking I was getting a 30 day trial. one day in in regretting it. It rewards wrong responses.
I suddenly cannot switch from one child to another or update my subscription/account settings, on app or web site.

Don't trust their cancel button, I forgot to cancel and got charged the first year, my mistake, went into my account and cancelled my account so I would not be charged for the next year. Surprise! apparently I didn't cancel all the add ons and got charged for everything again! That aside, I really liked ABCMouse before, the games were about learning, now it has a lot of distractions around the learning that kids just can't focus and end up just losing time and not learning.
