Scammers. Tracking fails all the time the "team", can't override despite being given screenshots. And now all rewards changed to pennies. Not worth installing. I shall wait for my payouts and will be I installing.

Absolutely shocking app, customer service is terrible, the whole app is dodgy. I was put on a 7 week Temporary suspension, never got told why then the suspension was lifted but still no reply to my numerous emails, they still owe me money. there weekly and monthly winners Are a rotation of the same names. don't waste your time or efforts. Emailed them after reading there reply but still no help, haven't a clue what I've supposed to have done. If I could have left no stars I would have. DONOT USE

Or a share code or such. first of all why ask for all these for pennies this in itself makes it garbage, I am here to get paid and get rewarded not BS
After following tasks and completing them on time they failed to reward me it & even when I asked for help they just completely ignored me. They owe me between £150 - £200 in rewards as that is what they advertised. Not sticking to what you advertise is known as faulty advertisement and against the law. For those who experiencing the same problem should file a complaint & get this app shut down.
same as other customers, got to the £25 cash out, went to pay out and then my account was suspended for no reason. once I got that sorted and still haven't received my payout months later, customer service just ignore your messages. Please dont install this app, its a waste of time. Other apps actually payout. I will report them shortly if they do t resolve the issue.
total rubbish app been waiting over 3 months for a withdraw of £25 ive been trying to withdraw my £25 for over 3 months i got a message saying it was getting manually reviewed would take 7 working days and id get an email to let me know ive heard nothing
games have a decent selection, payouts are a nightmare & they charge a pretty much 50% withdrawal fee unless max withdrawal of £25 which has no charge but also seemingly never comes. yet to have an actual payout (submitted my first 9 days ago for it to be cancelled and have to wait another 8 to see if it cancels again) support is useless, AI chat bot and the "team" never actually respond although it says they'll be with me soon. stick to mistplay or earnstar in my opinion.
got up to £74 would not let me withdraw at all! tried 4 times then went into review and has been that ways for atleast a month had no reply from admin at all! wasted my time and money as I paid to get certain checkpoints!
Epic scam. Would have given negative stars if possible. It worked ok for a start. Then after making my first withdrawal, my account was suspended for no reason. They then claim it will be reviewed within 8-10 days. Several months later, my account is now frozen. So much time wasted to earn the small pittances only for them to renege and not pay out. Cheats.
edit: so they have restricted account even though I do not believe I have done anything wrong. Having seen others with the same issues maybe avoid this app. I actually really like the app. You can accumulate cash pretty quick. I've had some issues with withdrawals but I'm hoping they will be sorted soon.

never received my £6.99 after fees. emailed customer support and was told I "broke terms" and are not eligible. never said I rule I broke and refused to elaborate. seems like a good scam to get people watching ads non stop.
another site offering free cash for playing games spent ages earning money went to cash out only to find you need government I.d card or drivers licence, why dont they tell you this at the start instead of wasting my time

finally deleted it, after 2 withdrawals i wasnt allowed to withdraw anymore. leaving over 200 in the app. no help from customer service bots. stay away, once you have an issue customer service wont help. was missing close to 100 usd in rewards and they sent me 1 usd in compensation. good payout but at first but any issues you have wont get solved

Terrible. I wish read reviews first. I hit the tasks, Ive even spent money on in app purchases. Ive £240 waiting to withdraw and can only do £25 at a time. Ive been waiting more than 8 days to be told a problem so I can withdraw again. Tried to withdraw and says I can't because already waiting a payment. ridiculous. I got 3 tickets on the go.
initially I was getting weekly payouts. then all of a sudden they said the next payout is under manual review. says expected 8 days but my last payments was maybe 6 weeks ago. They used to reply to tickets on customer support but since they manually reviewed (which they said is just standard to do at some point) they stopped replying to my tickets and would close them with no reply. It seems they don't like how much they were paying? I'd be willing to delete this review if they start responding.

I've waited over a month for my payout and its going on the 4th time being reviewed after being denied 3 times. its ridiculous and the customer service is garbage. $21 just sitting and its already bad enough your going to be taking $4 for fees.

Appalling, please AVOID............so I've been using this app and at first I was impressed, but the second you start collecting big amounts, they stop registering your bonuses and when you message them about it. They leave you for well over a week with no answer. Then claim you'd done something wrong so they restrict your account.
takes longer than other apps to pay out but it dose pay out just wish I had the surveys aswell for some reason I don't get them. scam app got up to 44 also paid into the games to get a restriction on my account when I have done nothing wrong but play your games now I can't even get my money I've made days wasted not happy at all
very disappointed on game screen it might say £1 when you go onto app it then says £0.70 then when you cash out a £5 PayPal you actually get just over £3 where's the rest go ? and over a month later the small amount of funds is still not available in PayPal
It's been 6 weeks since I tried to cash out £35.It's been reviewed 3 times now still no voucher as for customer support they take at least 3 days to reply if they do. I should have checked the reviews.DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!! WASTE OF TIME
not bad for extra cash but i have experienced numerous times the higher rewards dont track. i made about £50 from one game over two weeks and when i completed the final 2 tasks for over £200 the game suddenly stopped tracking. When i went on customer support all they could give me as a maximum was 100 propoints which converted to about 76p and message time was rediculously slow and the support overall is very unhelpful
I downloaded progard first few cashouts were fine have been trying to cash out a bigger amount as in my account balance I have £24.04 emailed support and now my account is blocked due to apparently violating their user police do not download. Their is other genuine apps I have been using for nearly a year with no payout issues
edit - avoid this app as you will not be paid, they will tell you that terms and conditions haven't been met so they don't have to pay out. I will be deleting my account and not use this app again!!! it's annoying that you can only withdraw a maximum of £28 a time and have to wait up to 8 days to receive payment. it's a good app but there should be an option to withdraw more than £28
Review update 30/6/26 - App appeared to be ok to begin with, no issues tracking and a good selection of options to earn from. Then it came to cashing out - over 2 weeks ago I went to cash out a voucher, not only do they take a fee from the lower valued vouchers and they only have 4 different options of vouchers. My cash out in question has still not been processed to this day and still under review. I'd recommend one of the other play and earn apps over this one. Shame as this had some promise.
they a scam i dont know who own it now but at first they was paying i got 128 on the game but now they stop responding and I haven't received my payment it's going on 3 week today is June 29th 2026 and still aint get paid and I cash out then it cancels it
There is a problem with withdrawing the earnings. I started a redemption back on 29th of May and after 6 weeks I still didn't get the earnings by any method they offered. Opted for an Amazon voucher but I think it doesn't matter what you choose. The point is I have tried to withdraw in 4 separate ocassions and every time it got rejected with no information or reasoning behind the refusal. Last time it says it is being checked by a member of the team ,but no response at all... Disappointing!!!!
I was offered $15 just to download the app. they offered $5. what's up with this? If you say no questions asked, then that is a straight up lie. sorry, I say it as I see it. I will change the star rating if the problem gets fixed. stay tuned.

I had high regard for this app when I first installed. Played for 2 months or so and got regular payouts. Then it mysteriously stopped tracking games and I've been waiting over a month for my latest payout. Customer service has stopped answering my emails for help and/or an explanation. I'm beginning to think I'll never see the £100+ in payouts I've earned to date..
this is most unreliable app i come across, first experince i thought its simple then other paying apps want you to do it quick so u can make big profit and i tried to redeem, its says up to 8 working days while other give you the money up 72 hours and also its go up to £25 withdraw seriously
