Used this app twice. haven't been able to use it since no matter where I go. there's always a problem please try again later. what good is 50 cents off a gallon if you can't use it. Uninstalling. I'm tired of trying.

Arco does NOT honor gas discounts. They have a current promotion of 50 cents a gallon that was not honored by their system. i went to use this app on Friday night and it kicked me out after using the app to pump gas like you are supposed to. I want the credit for Arco Carpenter Road's failure to honor the discount. This is legal and false advertising. It also did not honor my discount on my soda with Cookie deal and charged me full rate.
This used to be awesome...I mean, click on the pump number and boom... it opens the pump and you can fuel till you're full up... now, every single time I try to use it, it says payment declined!(I've tried it every time for the last 6 months... now, I have to go to the pump, put in my phone number, then put in how MUCH I would like to put in... I've gotta GUESS how much to fill it...I still get the rewards, but the app is useless

terrible sign up doesn't work
Won't allow me to register... I am attempting to connect this to my Amazon account, however, I am unable to get past the one and email verification. I have deleted and reinstalled to no avail. Very disappointed to say the least and I will lose the 50 cent of d as promotion this holiday weekend.
Should be 0 stars! Downloaded app from invitation from Amazon Prime. app does not work at gas station. Tried to contact customer service and was just left on hold until their system said their office was closed. Used chat within app and it was no help. Was told I would get copy of chat emailed to me. Did not get. Contacted Amazon to report failure and disappointment with app and they said they check into it. Told them it is a bad reflection for Amazon Prime. App is waste of time!!!
have tried it 10 times now in 4 different states and only 2 locations honored the gas discounts...I have Amazon prime which supposed to give me extra discounts and they don't honor it either
confusing and hard to use. I have opened and do the prompts several times to do anything in the app and it takes me back to the homepage to again do what I just did and get nowhere. the other gas station apps do not have any of these problems and are very easy to use.

just says it's connecting to pump forever. useless.
they make this so extremely difficult to sign up for! when you get a verification code and you have to go out to your email when you come back the page is refreshed and you have to start over. thus making it almost impossible unless you have a laptop in front of you. absolutely ridiculous app. I stood in the gas station for 20 minutes trying to get this right and finally gave up!! no wonder they offer 50 cents off because no one can get this app to behave correctly!
not user friendly additionally app doesn't work half the time
It's a joke. It worked at one point, but that was months ago. Doesn't matter how many times I delete/disconnect it, and re-login, etc. Have a few friends that it doesn't work for anymore either. Right now, the app "flickers" when I try to connect to prime re 50c off deal that starts today. I've googled the issue, and nothing comes up. Don't waste your time, energy and bandwidth.
terrible app, really unnecessary. they promise greater rewards for connecting to Amazon but every time I try the silly thing just "spins" wasting my time. worthless
the coupons doesn't work at the checkout and nobody responds to the emails!
This is not looking good. Buttons don't respond to taps, app force closes on any and everything, and it says I've saved 10 bucks with them "since opening my account" like...5 seconds ago. Just want to set up ahead of time for the Amazon gas deal, but it looks like this is not an app to be trusted and that i most likely will not get my discount on those days and that i will also be uninstalling it shortly. I just feel it in my bones. That and the developer copies and pastes replies.
This app is absolutely infuriating! Set up is fine, but trying to use it is another story. After set up, the pump asks me for a code, but the app never gave me a code and I couldn't find anything for a damn code. The pump canceled my transaction, so I had to start over. This time, it didn't ask me for a code, the app asked me what pump I was using. I chose the pump I was at, got told it couldn't communicate with the pump, and the pump canceled again. I GIVE UP!!!!!

Great on paper but really scummy in reality. It's a way to make bp, amoco, etc SEEM like a really good deal but they don't want you to actually save money - they just want you to get used to only filling up at those select gas stations. The rewards that you get should be permanent. They are too slow and sluggish for such little reward, so if you were like me and thought that eventually you'd be saving a crazy amount for gas, think again. It takes $200 to get one 5 cent off reward and it's gone
The app will not activate the pump. This happens at multiple stations. The app hasn't activate the pump properly in many months. please advise.
the app is great when it works, but it only works 50% of the time. I'm sure the only reason why most people have the app is to save on fuel costs, but you can only get your full savings if the app can connect to the fuel pump, and as I mentioned, it's a coin flip as to whether or not it will.
