FALSE ADVERTISING. Draws you in with 20-30 cents off a gallon but in reality they only give you 5 cents off; which is offered everywhere. Wouldn't work at BP gas stations close to me and wanted me to go to the gas stations in the very sh¡t areas where they charge more than what is less than a mile away. This is a joke and a scam. Deleted after I tried 3 times to get the discount I was told, but never was given the advertised amount. FALSE ADVERTISING. I WAS NOT PAID TO DO THIS, THIS IS TRUTH.

I have not been able to login using my phone number or email. Whenever I've attempted to login I receive an error message saying "Something went wrong please try again later". I've accumulated enough points to use and I can't use them for what's going on?
I can successfully use a valid credit card exactly once and then it gets declined any other time I try to use it. Then when you try to contact support through the app, the entire app crashes. Would love to add my bank account for transactions instead, but USAA is not available for some reason. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.
changed phones, put the app on my new phone and all my rewards are gone. only customer service is chat bot and nothing was resolved.
Extremely frustrating Payment declined every other time, frequent crashes
this app is useless. there are no had stations around to accommodate all users. I have a better chance at racetrack and quick trip

App is junk! worked for awhile. now says payment declined. I even have a card without a credit limit. still declined. never seen an app this terrible! zero stars!
Wish they kept the Thornton's app! As an Uber driver, knowing the gas prices of surrounding gas stations is critical information! And developer: Do NOT reply to this with a generic response unless you are going 2 make changes to the app.

Everytime I go to gas station that is supposed to be a participating station., I don't get my 10 cent. it doesn't even recognize me as a member when I put in my phone number.

totally useless. there aren't any gas stations near me that participate in the program. Deleting off my phone.
scam app. It says I get 10-30c per gallon off but the pump only does .3c like anyone cares about less than a penny
The stand-alone Thorntons app was much, much, better. It was simpler to navigate, gave fuel discounts every time I was at the pump, showed any further fuel discounts right at the top of the home page, gave nice in store discounts or freebies, and gave the price of the fuel at my chosen location. This new app does none of that and won't even let me pick a home location that's not in my city (just to be clear, I won't be using any of the locations near me). Huge disappoint!
After initially installing and asking for my location, the app doesn't open. Restarted but takes forever to load. Very irritating to use...oh well guess I won't save on this app. I'll keep Shell and Speedway, they've never let me down.
so why hvn't developers fix problem yet. ever since ernify replaced bpme I'm unable to log in and app won't fully load. The help number only takes info-no help received. It's been over a year now and still have same problem. somebody's not doing their job... This app isn't even worth 1 star
I created the account and than linked my Amazon and it would not register. I then uninstalled, reinstalled and signed in with my phone # and my profile info is missing. when I add the info and email it tells me my account already exists even though I chose to SIGN IN when I reinstalled it, not register. when I add my card info, it says it's already linked with another account. Then when trying to fuel up it gives an error message and the station doesn't allow you to input phone # as an option.
garbage, data mining app. stall app to get $0.20 off per gallon. declined my credit card after acknowledging and absorbing it into the app.
This app and program sucks! I downloaded app and I'm a Prime member and I've never once gotten the gasoline discount. the whole reason I downloaded the app was because there is a BP station down the street from my house. what's the use if it never works. process is way too complicated the app and website says you do not have to put in a credit card in the app. that you can just put in your phone number your loyalty number and zero denada absolutely nothing happens. I don't want to link my CC!
I've installed this several times to take advantage of the Prime benefit and it won't let me sign in. It keeps kicking me and telling me there's an error after it asks me to create a passkey. That doesn't make me feel comfortable creating a passkey.
Sucks... what a horrible roll out. NO ONE at the gas station knows ANYTHING about it. So frustrating. Horrendous directions. Unbelievable.
got forced on this app from the shortens app. earnify gives a whole lot of information about nothing. at least on the shortens app you could see the fuel price at every station. this app is useless.

The app still doesn't work after installing and reinstalling it. Doesn't connect to the pump when trying to fuel. Missing the correct discounts.
this app is frustrating. I used it 1 time to save money and now im locked out . if I was homeless and didn't have a job it would be great because I would have a bunch of free time to waste but im not and I dint. I will just take my business elsewhere. the one star i gave them was on accident

I like the Thorntons app better. it was easier to understand for me and the people that checked me out at the counter.
This app only works when it wants to, when I open it goes to a white screen with the Earnify logo in the center. I make it to BP gas station, get gas, so I miss out on my points :(
Not In-Tune With Reality - Transactions Performed Inside The Store Aren't Reflected In The App.
Haven't used it for months, it has been showing the payment method is declined but the bank. Tried quite a few BP gas stations. Guess the BD gas station turned off the portal.

Used app at thorntons and got my 30 cents off once and not again. feels like fraudulent advertisements
stopped working...it worked well for quite a while, but last few times the app gets stuck waiting to unlock the pump and I no longer get rewards or discount. Suggestions by the chat bot and not helpful.

Doesn't work
It's very annoying that the earnify app wants to track your exact GPS location. I set it to "approximate" so it knows which neighborhood and gas station I'm at, but it keeps nagging me every time to switch to "precise location" so they can track me even more, and they break the app if you don't give them full access.
The App is always crashing. Never works right especially when adding or deleting a payment option. Sometimes the pump will connect and let me use my card in my payment wallet and other times it won't.
Nothing in Oceanside, San Diego or San Bernardino County. So useless to me. I thought because it was from Costco, it would be better. Very sad to be so useless from a great company.
