Started off good. I was able to cash out $40. Then I started Bus Rush and 2 of my rewards went pending. A few days later they magically disappear from my pending section and when I try to cash out, I keep getting error messages. Every time I contact support I get automated messages with no real information as to why this is happening. Very shady company.
this app ripped me off after I spent money I tried to cash out and it wont let me

I reached out to their so called customer service with all.the screenshot and date stamps but they told me to wait 72 hours. Waited the 72 hours recontact to just be told yeah didn't track ticket closed. Avoid and save yourself the time wasting better apps out there that really do what they say.

had high hopes for this app. first payout came out instantly to my account. second payout still waiting almost a week. starting to look like all the other apps out there.

I am deleting this app period customer support completely sucks. they never give you credit for the Milestones that you complete I've completed two for one game 14 and 16 and never got paid for it they say 72 hours but the thing is is earn star is only protecting the developers and they do not care about their customers. stay away from this app because you will have the same problem that 300 other people have had when they didn't get credited the right credits.

This app started off WRONG. It's Frozen from the start. Now I'm wondering if it has put a virus or spyware on my phone.
you got where you give me an ad after I write one sentence by the time I get back after that one sentence they're gone how am I supposed to get anywhere with the ladies if you keep blocking me like that so no I'm not giving you a good rating you need to fix that
fake game
terrible this game used to let you cashout but know it does not. i asked for support and they said my account is under review. when it is done with the review it still does not work. cashout do not work anymore.
terrible support terrible app. I earned about 300 from this app. stagered earnings and goals that you can't complete within 30 days. one game I spent 60 bucks on and at the end they didn't release the money I earned to my wallet it's just gone. support basically said oh well you didn't finish in time. so if you start an off you need to make sure it's doable. idle weapon shop and we are warriors aren't possible to beat so don't try you need at least 60 days. Benjamin is better than this
TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I reached a huge milestone and should have been rewarded $68.58 and when I did not see it as being credited I reached out and they said because the tracking data on theor end failed they were not able to credit the money. I asked how can you fault the player when your system fails and we have no way to know you tracking system failed and they basically apologized and said try other games. no thanks, you cannot be trusted now when we spend hours on these games for no reward.

started out good. But now I can't redeem because of technical error, contact support. I have contacted support multiple times and no response. So it would get more stars when I am able to redeem again. update, even after contacting support I still cannot cash out and it's been months. Maybe I will be able to cash out in the new year, but I'm not holding my breath. 9 months later and still can't redeem my rewards. And their support team stopped responding.
Horrible i played a game and of course it didn't track it so I was missing 113.25 in credit and customer service tells me oh sorry we can give u 10 dollars for it so I wasted my time for nothing. once u get to the big payouts it conveniently stops tracking

said a 5 dollar bonus for signing up they lied I got nothing that they give u pennies for surveys give you like 4 cents for a 4 min survey it's bs
Takes a long time to earn rewards and you need at least $17 earned for each game in order to add it to your balance, and the cash out minimum is $20. would not recommend
i like earn star but I wish dominoes's was one of the game to play

i spent on several casino offers dont do it as they dont pay out what they say they cant track them and make you wait 3 days to tell you its something on your end not that the system is rigged to do this its a scam to get the rewards major joke if i could give a 0 instead of 1 i would

they change the rules as you complete certain targets. they will hold certain awards to stop you reaching the target. customer service is useless. Surveys and special offers won't complete, just keeps you going around and around in circles, impossible to complete offers. offers disappear when you complete them and they say they can't track an offer. BS
I gave this app a chance but it takes way too long to even earn any money. So I have uninstall it!!!
updated: I've been using this app for a long time, and I never had a problem til last week. I didn't get credited on a game that I'd been playing for weeks, so I sent them a message. I am now getting the run around about getting paid for it. I'm supposed to do a recording of the screen of me opening the game in their app. What the f? Is that even possible? Obviously I've been playing the game, I was credited for the first 5 steps, but not the 6th and 8th step. Dumb. I'm looking for a new app.
this app will be getting reported for fraud and false advertising... I SPENT DAYS SAVING ON MY EARNINGS JAR TO GET $40, when I cashed the earning jar it made me verify I was a human after I passed the account verification th game progress I was playing was reset like I didn't complete it and now the earning jar reset and I got NOTHING,My boyfriend has $20 he has been trying to cash out it will not let him and suppkeeps telling him to be patient someone will contact its been 3 MONTHS

Bad experience being a first time user I decided to try zombie waves bad move on my part as I was told that the developer declined to reward me and Earnstar was not on my side as well even with the validated proof that I earned my reward after I decided to threaten with legal issues Earnstar changed their story and will now work with the developer to get my earned reward Be careful WITH THIS APP AND ZOMBIE WARS
I was going to sign up for this all they asked me for my password to my email u don't not need that personal information that's invasion of privacy u should only need the email address... u should never ask anyone for that personal information that's how people get hacked.. scammer's & viruses.. no thank you.. keep your game I'll remove it..
Don't even bother first they say there's no limit to withdraw which is a lie they make you earn 50 dollars before you can even cash out and then once I finally got to the limit needed to cash out I go to cash out and all of a sudden my account is under review to prove I'm human which they already did when I first signed up and then all the games you can play along with games I was currently playing disappeared saying no games at this moment try again later emailed support yet to get a reply

90% of the survey's screen you out. has a minimum cash out, when you finally reach that point it tells you you need to earn nearly double that to get a gift card. it's a huge scam. you'll be lucky if you earn $0.01-0.03 per survey. not worth the effort or time. Any of the positive reviews you see, are fake reviews. Absolute garbage app, even their response is fake. Don't waste your time. download Leo or isay payout is way better with few scam surveys.

scam now hi the games are good but earning stop now level of games going up no more pays counts after level goes up many games don't count level pay 5 games don't count levels pays counts is $00.00
it was fine when I started but after a while for some reason when I would get to the end of completing a game. this app "wouldn't track" my completion and they basically told me "oh well" and that I couldn't do anything and that "I was free to do other offers" and they have done this multiple times and I've lost about 25$ because of the app "not tracking"
haven't been receiving most of the points I earned lately and it's frustrating. no matter what I do or how many times I explain it to support. it's not their issue if the app stops randomly tracking, even though it still tracks select few games. how does that make any sense.? the ones I make the most on I won't get accredited. typical.
I was not given my rewards and once I got to 4.00 it was hard to earn more money
variable payouts. sometimes they'll pay you, sometimes they won't. they NEVER take accountability for anything. EDIT: I've done all those things multiple times to no avail.

Doesnt have actual cash rewards available. like visa/Mc. or paypal cashouts. Min cash cash out is $20. Seems very high on non cash rewards. they do have lots of giftcards. but its not like its can ask for one with the amount I have in my acct. i picked amazon gc. min is $20 then went to $50. I only have $30 in my acct. I should be able to type in reward amt if its over thier min required. Also wi be deleting after I can accumulate another $10 to cash out another gc.
two stars I don't have or use a vpn on my phone but it refuses to let me do any surveys or games saying vpn detected not worth the headache
