It was a good app until they "Updated" it and wiped all the data and purchases. All my releases and custom releases are gone and I am struggling to see what exactly they updated. Nothing has changed aesthetically. In their attempt to make it "more like their IOS" version they've made it their "POS version" for Android. It used to be extremely easy and simple to use and efficient for signing on locations. Unfortunately now its a broken app thats no better than the old pin and paper releases.
after updating in 18 june2025 it stopped working and until now no solution provided by their help center even after contacting many times.
Glitched since last update, which deleted my custom releases and tells me I need to rebuy the add-on that allows custom releases. I rebuy, they refund, then ask me to buy it again. Frustrating and annoying! Also it now adds mandatory pointless gender and ethnicity fields regardless of whether or not you wish to use them. Guys, your app was 5* before the glitch. Fix and I'll amend the review, it's been weeks. Thanks.
This app is an absolute joke. Every update wipes out all my old data, like it's some kind of sick prank. It’s been broken for ages and the developers clearly don’t care.
Not able to do a search after name, not able to order fields. Badly made and expensive. Support is useless. Is full with bugs won't even start showing sql error, I even bought the enhanced Release what a waste
Waste of money. I got two forms signed and uploaded and my content was declined. Better be paper form by the look of it.

Lost all stored models info, releases every time I've reset my device. Without an export/import I wouldn't recommend spending money on it
app is slower then older app and have bugs. Now you have to take a photo every time.
Fails to even open!
Junk, I want my money bsck. My custom parts dont even show upon the release and the release only fills a quarter of the page, Cant beleive I paid 15 dollarss for someething I could have made better myself on Acrobat Nothing easy about this even their response is confusing. I can't find a token in the app.
disgusting. I bought this application on February 2021. After the last update application doesn't run. After cleaning cash and cleaning data there are no releases available at all. I was hoping, no I was sure, that all my releases are saved in some cloud or smt. It's absolutely disgusting 🤢. Don't waste your money on that application

It was excellent but after an update, ALL of my previous release forms have vanished! Invaluable information that cannot be gotten again! Such a huge disappointment 😞
The setup was choppy, and programming was rough. There are bugs that haven't been addressed. Issues such as camera picture compression and the ability to save to Google Drive with location designation. Good idea, but it feels more like an unfinished app. I am not going to ask for refund for the Pro version and the additional pack purchased. Knew the risk without a free trial version. Hopefully, this could become something better down the way.
Not all the features are available after purchase! Need to pay extra in the App again!
Dated. No longer sends releases via email or Dropbox. I've used this for years and it's been the standard. But nearly a year with no updates, it seems abandoned. Replies to critical feedback are met with rudeness and snark from the developer. GUI is dated and instructions are non exsistant, leaving you to stumble around to try and figure it out. Such a shame. Update: Please note the snarky response that addresses none of the problems and just gets offended
It was good but now it won't open at all! I deleted it then reinstalled it but still it won't open. This sucks when it's what use plan to use on a shot and it won't open. Always carry some paper ones with you at all times.
Lacks the ability to export models. Settings are not clear if active or not.
