the most counterintuitive ui in an app I've ever seen
it is really bad
provides false information. it's 5:10pm and we're sitting in the plane going nowhere, it says we departed 4:35pm! They do it everytime, everywhere. I'm starting to wonder if for economy class you just sit in the airplane and pretend like it's flying... PS: the original departure time was 16:20
worst. can't even add an extra hold luggage, with only one payment option.

You have to click 500 times on "show flights" to get the app to show you available flights. On top of that, the platform has rejected Revolut and Payoneer payments, which has never ever happened to me before anywhere. To make the matter worse, every attempt to book through the website or app resulted in the message "please use an approved channel to make your booking". So I followed the advice and booked through Ryanair instead. 🙄
Worst app on my phone. Frustrates me on a regular basis! There's a really odd way to navigate to the "easyJet Holidays" section, and it always automatically brings you back to "easyJet Flights". Have to click and scroll way more than necessary. Had issues with booking seats, then went round in circles trying to check-in. Couldn't use my sign-in which I've used every other time and had to enter my flight details instead. I don't know why everything is made so difficult!
I was forced to download the app to get the boarding passes on my Google wallet. completely pointless and immediately deleted the app after. not pleased
always late. no one to call after 20h. no one to guide u when late. no refund.
absolutely useless these days. crashes constantly within minutes of trying to lookup/book flights. Easier to just go on skyscanners
Often while trying to check in for a flight, the app gets stuck on one of its many upsell pages. On a recent flight I had to check in at the airport due to a problem with the app.
Awful, vile toilet smell in the cabin, coming back from Agadir, and as usual passengers with no regard to passengers in the seats in front of them,endlessly pushing the seats. As usual apathetic uninterested crew. Why don't you make passengers be aware of others in the safety briefing.
My middle school boy could program a more useful App, honestly.

App is awful and buggy. Booked hundreds of flights over the years. Can't even book a flight now due to app error messages. For days now and flights gone up in price. Call up and told to do online because it's cheaper. I give up. Wouldn't wish your company on an Enemy

Check-in experience horrible: fields are not visible while writing, passport number hidden and impossible to verify it's correctness, back action not handled properly often with error messages. As usual checking became another attempt to sell unwanted upgrades. The application is super slow, boarding passes don't match with purchased options.

Why would you reset all the CJ each time the internet connection is lost for a second? I've wasted an hour and still wasn't able to buy a ticket because it resets the session and all the steps!
Can't use the app, all I keep getting is "There had been a problem, check your Internet connection and try again. Refresh page" just to go through it all again.
How can an app be so bad? I think I tried to make the same reservation 5 times now. It's just amazing, it won't move forward, it will give me an error and refuse to start over, I can't go back and edit my choices. It's just mind-blowing. 4.2 stars!? I wonder how many of these reviews are legitimate, all I can see is one star from real customers.
absoutle waste of time of an app. So many bugs and glitches. the two things you want from this app, to be able to purchase flights and check in for flights. its vertucally impossible due to the constant crashing and bugs. Even ryanairs app is more proffesional than this!!! sort it out easyjet

I never ever thought I would have been able to find a Worse app then TUI. Well folks. here it is. Easy Jet. The true winner of the Worse Holiday app of all time. utterly useless in every way.

ok if things go smoothly but with a cancelled flight there is no opportunity to rebook, no refund voucher received and impossible to contact.
Absolute garbage. Notifications are stuck and never replaced with the proper new ones. I'm stuck with a message for a flight that landed hours ago. No notification about the second flight...

The UI is awful will show you flights outside of the days you pick with no information and then charges you to change them with 0 grace period. Complete Scam

it's designed to confuse you and trick into buy more than what you need.
I am beyond frustrated with easyJet’s booking system. I booked a return flight and only required extra hold luggage for one leg of the journey. However, their "Manage Booking" system is intentionally designed to make this impossible. It forces you to add the luggage to both flights, doubling the cost unnecessarily. When you try to resolve this, you’re met with a brick wall. There is no option to deselect a single leg online, and it feels like a calculated move to force passengers to pay the exo
doesn't have gate information, even though other airlines do at the same airport. doesn't allow pre booking of fast track security at both airports. too many clicks to get to boarding pass. because I've opened the phone a few times the app has now given me 9 notifications for the same thing and won't let me clear any of them. sends unimportant updates out in early hours of the morning, thanks for the wake up /s. app needs work .. then the flights...shambles is the only word.
app froze trying to check in, website glitched too and I missed check in, the single most important thing this app can do and it fails
