Why would you reset all the CJ each time the internet connection is lost for a second? I've wasted an hour and still wasn't able to buy a ticket because it resets the session and all the steps!
Can't use the app, all I keep getting is "There had been a problem, check your Internet connection and try again. Refresh page" just to go through it all again.
How can an app be so bad? I think I tried to make the same reservation 5 times now. It's just amazing, it won't move forward, it will give me an error and refuse to start over, I can't go back and edit my choices. It's just mind-blowing. 4.2 stars!? I wonder how many of these reviews are legitimate, all I can see is one star from real customers.

I never ever thought I would have been able to find a Worse app then TUI. Well folks. here it is. Easy Jet. The true winner of the Worse Holiday app of all time. utterly useless in every way.

ok if things go smoothly but with a cancelled flight there is no opportunity to rebook, no refund voucher received and impossible to contact.
Absolute garbage. Notifications are stuck and never replaced with the proper new ones. I'm stuck with a message for a flight that landed hours ago. No notification about the second flight...

The UI is awful will show you flights outside of the days you pick with no information and then charges you to change them with 0 grace period. Complete Scam

it's designed to confuse you and trick into buy more than what you need.
I am beyond frustrated with easyJet’s booking system. I booked a return flight and only required extra hold luggage for one leg of the journey. However, their "Manage Booking" system is intentionally designed to make this impossible. It forces you to add the luggage to both flights, doubling the cost unnecessarily. When you try to resolve this, you’re met with a brick wall. There is no option to deselect a single leg online, and it feels like a calculated move to force passengers to pay the exo
doesn't have gate information, even though other airlines do at the same airport. doesn't allow pre booking of fast track security at both airports. too many clicks to get to boarding pass. because I've opened the phone a few times the app has now given me 9 notifications for the same thing and won't let me clear any of them. sends unimportant updates out in early hours of the morning, thanks for the wake up /s. app needs work .. then the flights...shambles is the only word.
app froze trying to check in, website glitched too and I missed check in, the single most important thing this app can do and it fails

I am due to travel today, and I have just been informed of yet another issue with this airline. It is extremely disappointing to experience the same kind of disruption again. Unfortunately, there always seems to be some sort of problem, and it has become very frustrating. Passengers rely on airlines to operate efficiently and respect their travel plans. Repeated disruptions create unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This ongoing pattern is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
Forced app update is annoying whilst travelling. The boarding pass can't be downloaded as pdfs. (Update thanks but i don't want to use google pay to save my boarding pass, i just want a pdf. November 2022 update: Rating downgraded ; I have reverted to paper boarding pass. Update 31/01/23 why you do not allow taking screen shots of a search result?? Update 30/10/23 cannot add holiday booking whilst already departed. 15/02/26 if reinstalling app you lose all your bookings even ones booked online!

quite poor app, it does not even offer a stupid feature of saving names and passports for future flight and it drops your selections and all steps you did for doing something else on your phone for few seconds !

A serious contender for the clunkiest app I've ever used. A four second delay on anything you press, absolutely ridiculous.
***BEWARE*** An ASA ruling came after an investigation by consumer group Which?. It revealed the price for adding a large cabin bag was more than £5.99 on all 520 easyJet flights it analysed! The lowest price found was £23.49, with the average costing £30
I can't book flights. have installed uninstalled, nothing changes. this started last year, still the same.
This has so few options, it's pointless.
Full of fake 5 star reviews on here despite the rest of the Universe saying what a useless terrible app it is because it is! Who designed this new app? The clear or confirm buttons are so far at the bottom of the screen that they overlap the normal android 3 buttons making the easyJet app completely unusable. well done 🙄 Uninstalling. I don't recommend you use this piece of junk. Find another airline instead.
Installed it then. Used it for 30 seconds then uninstalled it. Bad app
so unresponsive, links and buttons not working. often the continue button is under the android controls so trying to select causes the app to close/ switches windowd, etc.... many selections have tiny active spots requiring you to guess where they want you to actually click. This interface so rapidily tests your patience that it is not worth installing. So I gave up trying to book a holiday with them and will be going elsewhere. just cant be bothered with this level of random functionality.

Literally gave me a wrong departure time and made me miss my flight. On the day told me tge flight was delayed by 30mins up until the flight actually departed as scheduled.

I had a very disappointing experience with EasyJet and feel compelled to warn other travellers. Our flight from Hurghada to Gatwick on 26 December 2025 was originally scheduled for 20:15, as confirmed in the booking email. EasyJet later changed the departure time to 17:30 but failed to send any text message, app alert, or proper notification.
