Do NOT use this app. I used it one time for a car rental and they have been charging me every month for 11 months. No replies to my customer support tickets. I cancelled my account, still getting charged. I even cancelled my credit card over this and they still managed to charge me every month.

A plate I refused confirmation for was added intead of the one I did approve, resulting in a fine. Trying to talk to "customer care" is a joke, they refuse to acknowledge any issue, deny any claim and end the conversation before any resolution.
Diese App funktioniert schon von Anfang an nicht - bereits die Verifizierung der Telefonnummer scheitert entweder daran, dass gar keine SMS mit Verifikationscode abgesendet wird, oder dass der Verifikationscode, der versendet wurde, nicht akzeptiert wird. Unbrauchbar.

Tried to ' add a car ' but always get the " something went wrong try again later " error. I spoke to the help bot but unable to resolve the issue. So now will use another parking company

app got enshitified and doesn't let you pay for parking outside of your residential area for free. I am already paying you for the parking like what's your problem? how much money do you need?
Billed monthly since January 2026 without my consent. Only noticed in May, by which point I'd been charged for five months. No receipts in my email, no billing history in the app. If I hadn't checked my bank statement, I'd still be paying. A legitimate business sends a receipt every time it takes your money. The absence of one here isn't an oversight; it's how they quietly profit from people who never knowingly subscribed.

I got charged+10€ a month for a business account I didn't ask or use or can delete from the app!. Apparently you activated the account after I phone call I didn't ask for where you just talked about changing the billing frequency to monthly and no additional charges. Scammers!!
Be very careful, as it can happen that the app is unable to read GPS data (even though GPS is enabled on your phone and works properly in other apps such as Google Maps).

Be careful when you add a license plate for a rental car to the app. It works okay when you use it to park but you need to remove it lest you'll be charged when another party parks in an EasyPark location. We were charged for two parking sessions that someone else incurred. Unfortunately, EasyPark's customer service is AI supported so they had no ability to try to correct our situation, even as parking session had just started (very disappointing).
Literally can't even put your card details in properly. Basic feature.
Far from easy! Impossible to close account after using the app once to pay for parking on holiday. not worth the effort! I will never use again.
If I could give zero stars I would. Freaking ridiculous app. Wants so much from you and I can't get in anyway because I can't remember my old rego. Then it wouldn't let me clear it (just kept loading) and customer service didn't answer. So I can't actually pay. If I get a fine you better wave it!

After you enter all the information that changes the language to Italian. on an Android phone and it won't translate.

Used to be good. i got a new phone and when i try to login the app should resend me a code to login. I never receive the code so i cannot login and use the app.

City Of Melbourne should be ashamed of this. Couldn't arrange next morning parking until after midnight. No information on costs or time limits for the area i parked in. Finally managed to pay for parking, but got a ticket anyway! No help from customer support. City of Melbourne appears to run the app & issue the parking fines, what a scam!
be very careful of the convenience of the app. I received a fine although the app indicated that I could park in the zone. they charged a service and parking charges although it was forbidden to park in the space until 4 pm. always approach the machine and don't rely on the app as it just works on the GPS location and the terms of service is that the end user is responsible for everything. If i had gone to the pay machine I would have seen the restrictions. no goodwill from customer service

Beware of this app. It automatically resets notifications so they can charge you 15 cents per SMS. Even if you disable this adjustment, it will pop back to enabled so they can charge you. Obviously, this abusive behaviour goes against regulations.
Terrible app! Latest version is full of loops and blockages. Reinstalling doesn't help - it gets stuck in the verification process. Stay away if you have alternatives...
They need suspiciously a lot of information about you that are not related to parking at all

The last button to pay is named "start" ,it should be renamed to "pay", cause the button start means I am finished and the parking started...
Useless if you have a rental car and there is a problem with someone else's parking session! This app is so bad it should be illegal.
