worst app and company. can't even mark lines on road to ensure enough spaces. they charge double for 4 hr vs 10 hr. app doesn't charge when it says it will and if you spend funds in between it saying its charged you and when it actually does it suspends your account immediately if it can't get money out instead of notifying you to either transfer money in as it's having issues or providing an easy unsuspendable option. they don't maintain the physical machines either even if you call
forced to migrate from 4411... app is a mess, and your turnknob is not fun just needlessly inaccurate. forced to kove to a less streamlined app with less easy options

Texts me a code to verify my phone number, I type in the code, says my code is invalid. Every subsequent code I get resent is also somehow invalid. Says "if your phone number is invalid go back and change it" how is that possible if I'm getting a text with a code then lmao.

Asi 3x mi bylo aplikaci stazena jina suma nez uvadi lokalni provozovatel parkoviste, a kterou taky na miste v automatu realne zaplatite(jednalo se asi o dvojnasobek). Po kontaktovani customer supportu mi bylo receno at vsechno sepisu do emailu a odeslu na jejich adresu. myslite ze jsem dostal nejakou odpoved? Nedostal. Od ty doby aplikaci nepouzivam.
Tried to use this while in Europe and it just keeps giving a "Something went wrong " message. No customer support available except an unhelpful ChatBot. Unfortunately the review system doesn't allow for zero stars.
it does not work today
No proper filtering or searching for parking spots. One has to manually click on each and every single one to see the prices. Also misleading prices in Norrköping, many spots list no price and yet when clicking further, the app wants 25 kr/hour. Also, the app does not list the base fee in the price, one only sees it when clicking further and doing the math, which seems very shady. I hope that government regulators will outlaw such business practices. Many of the reviews here seem quite fake.
J'ai sélectionné une durée de stationnement de moins de 1h équivalente à un prix de 2 € et après avoir cliqué "commencer le stationnement", l'application a débuté un stationnement avec la durée maximum équivalente un prix de 35 € j'ai contacté le service client, la mairie... j'ai perdu beaucoup de temps pour ça et ce n'est pas encore corriger
hidden fees revealed only after booking. if in Switzerland use Twint for the same service bit for free.
Tried to start a parking session 29 May '26: correct zone and details, app said session "started", but later I find that it didn't really, and I got a parking ticket. No history in the app to show parking enforcement that I tried, but the app failed to maintain the session. A $135 fine later, I've realised EasyPark can fail after it starts a session with no warning or logs. EDIT (14/6/26): EasyPark helped by checking server logs, but found no record for this event, no other assistance provided.
Bug: app does not let you park again in the same general area, even if you move your car. Oh, and I had no idea until reading other reviews that the app charges a substantial mark-up, whereas I incorrectly believed EasyPark to be the default and only payment method and had no idea there was any surcharge. Is this even legal under Australian law?

This app charges you automatically after the free trial with NO WAY TO OPT OUT. The customer support number does not work.
This app is a trap. It displays parking zones for parkings it doesn't service. I received a police ticket for parking paid through EasyPark that it doesn't service.
cant proceed past terms and conditions no matter how many times i agree or uninstall and reinstall, useless waste of time that actually lost me money already

I am trying to register for parking, but the app continuously reports network issues although every other app works.
The app chose the wrong carpark so I was overhcharged; AI-only customer care hopeless. The eventual email from a human at EasyPark was dismissive and arrogant, saying that I should deal with the car park owner (despite EasyPark being the company taking your money). I had to get my bank to reverse the payment (they agreed that the situation with EasyPark was poor). EasyPark is the worst of the parking apps in Iceland. Parka is much better.
yes Another failure update, This latest version took me 15 minutes to accept my parking, every step of the way takes minutes to process, finally accepted my parking 17 minutes later, this app used to be a really good app, still haven't fixed my saved parkings! Can no longer save the parking codes where I park so now have to go through the stupid time consuming inaccurate search to find the correct park code and now risk using the wrong code! now how about fixing my saved parkings!

Aplikace pro automobil Volvo mě okradla. Po ukončení 30 min parkování které mělo být zdarma mi strhla 330 Kč. S podporou není možné vést dialog, pouze posílají stále dokola tu stejnou šablonu. Na call centru mi nedokázali pomoct a položili mi telefon (Petra Maková).

Will secretly subscribe you to their subscription without letting you know. Scam. Shame on the cities that advertise this.
downloaded the app and registered my number plate and card which was easy enough. however very first attempt to pay for parking returned error messages. The AI bot help assistant could not resolve. just said to force close and try again. no other options to pay for parking as the actual physical payment terminal was out of service and looked like it had been for years.
I selected the parking zone, found "Park here" button (weirdly hidden under i sign), pressed it, and nothing happened. Fortunately, I don't get fined because the buggy app is the only method to pay for municipal parking in that area.
App was just useless from the get-go in Spain. The send sms code button didn't work ... unresponsive button. I tried with my Moroccan cell number and then with my US cell number. Same thing ... couldn't send and receive the sms to validate the creation of my account.
Not easy at all. A thousand unnecessary steps to login. Obvious interface bugs. Charges a fee on top of the parking one.
Impossible à utiliser. Ne marche pas. Interface pas ergonomique du tout, plein de dark patterns. La version précédente (flowbird) marchai très bien. Just came back to write a review and I saw it left one before ! Today in English ! Insane stupid interface full of dark patterns. This is unbelievable cities rely on this service.
Not easy! Worst app I've seen. -Gives "parking not started" error with ZERO explanation of the problem. Ended up wasting 20 minutes then bought a paper ticket.

Started crashing insta on my phone after years of use, also doesn't tell you the price rate before you start a parking. Sometimes not at all. Had to downgrade version to use it again
App keeps closing and won't allow me to use and I don't have any alternative for work parking so at a loss to understand what is happening. I have uninstalled app and re installed it but the problem is the same
worthless. never got charging to work at multiple locations and chargers. use a different app if possible.
forced to migrate from flowbird to this overpriced app. too bad for flowbird, shame to be replaced by this thing...
