Very good in what it does, what is paying for parking. But... You can not tell me it's not possible to stop the payment automatically when you noticed my location has changed, or at least send a notification.
I have been using EasyPark for years without issues, but recently I experienced a critical failure. The app glitched during a parking session, and as a result, the parking was not properly registered or paid. This led to a fine, even though I relied entirely on the app. For a service that people trust to handle payments and avoid penalties, this is a serious reliability problem. If the system fails even once, the financial risk is transferred entirely to the user, which is unacceptable.
Got the subscription, set my parking in the app, it disappeared from the history and I got a 100 euro fine in the mail for not having set the parking. Useless app, save your money and use something else.
Parking app with an unclear pricing structure. If you sign up, you’ll be charged a monthly subscription fee on top of the parking costs, even if you stop using the app. Cancellation is only possible via a cumbersome and confusing procedure on the website (not via the app). There are better alternatives.
worst app. in the past you could set the time duration of a parking session. But presently it starts the meter and if you forget to stop it, you end up paying a big amount to EasyPark. I am looking for alternatives to EasyPark.
You will never recieve a code to log in through SMS. So you will never be able to log in.

I have the app on both my polestar and my phone. Polestar app has a feature of stopping parking automatically when the car is moving. BUT IT DOESN'T WORK when you start parking under one profile and driving with another. Because of that yesterday I paid for 12 hours of parking instead of 15 minutes. What is even more frustrating is that THEY DON'T HAVE any customer support. They only have useless chatgpt based ai assistent

cancelling this app as I have been wrongly charged for 1 full day of parking instead of 2 hrs. when called customer service, they state the parking was not stopped. I did stop it and something must have gone wrong with the app: result I can not be reimbursed for something that was not my mistake. well done guys!
logged of automatically at night during parking sessions, resulting in getting a parking fine. customer service not helpful at all. on top of this they increased their service fee. avoid at all costs, enough alternatives available

Deze onzin app daarom nu ook verwijderd van mijn telefoon. Beter bij Yellowpark of andere aanbieders dan deze geldwolven.

EasyPark heeft zomaar geld afgeschreven zonder dat ik de app heb gebruikt. Emailen heeft geen nut want je krijgt een AI email terug, ik heb gevraagd naar iemand die mij kan helpen maar niks. 0 sterren als dit kon. Vermijd deze app!!
With recent updates the app is not much helpful: shows some default prices to charge while the parking is free at that time or day. Opening the parking details screen doesn't give the breakdown of days and times with costs per hour. Can use it only for places where I know the old prices upfront at that moment but no more trust.

Scam app, rarely need tobuse it but for years it kept notifying me of active session and now they are suddenly turned off and gave me a maximum bill

when are you going to update the number of cars you can park for a business account....because 2 is a disgrace to think as a business you can only have 2 cars parked...we need the app how it used to be....1 star is because this createa such a problem with my parking situation for my company

Before the big pricing update this was my go to parking app. Unfortunately the developers became greedy and now the service is heavily overpriced. My advice: go and try any of the numerous alternatives available. You'll get the exact same functionality for a more reasonable fee
Due to the outage on October 22 I couldn't start a parking session for 1.5 hours. As a result got fined. This app was working way better when it was still park mobile. I'm looking for alternatives now.
app itself was working pretty ok. but the prices and the way company approaches clients is far below the expectations. They did some changes in 2024 in the system and they lost all of the invoices... So I cannot get the information for my tax office. No words for that.
Service fees seem to increase every time I open the app. Will be uninstalling and using the parking meters again.

The Play Integrity API used by your app is banning the use of GrapheneOS, which passes the basic integrity level and the miscellaneous checks for licensing, where Play Protect, my banking apps, etc. work fine. You should stop banning GrapheneOS, which is a much more secure OS. You could use the standard Android hardware attestation API to verify the hardware, OS and app with GrapheneOS. Otherwise, no more hefty fees for you.
SMS with The validation code not sent. Stuck in the parking space, nobody picks up the phone, will miss my flight!
What a lack of user experience. - Half of the text are not translated. - code from sms cannot be copy pasted. There's no additional information on the choices you have to make. Payment systems do not work. and if you try to connect they will disconnect. it's a trap!
better off with qpark. fees are costly for daily user.
I've been using EasyPark Small (the pay-per-use option) for a while, but the recent change in the service fee-effective May 1, 2025-is the final straw. Previously, I paid a flat €0.39 per parking session, regardless of duration. Now, the fee has changed to 15% of the parking cost, with a minimum of €0.19, a maximum of €0.70 per hour. That means a typical two-hour parking session at €4/hour now incurs €1.20 in service fee. Done with the service fee and overpriced Easypark usage.
Was charged for parking returned rental car (license plate was saved in the app) although I did not agree to automatic camera parking. Was told there is nothing they can do to stop the session, but thankfully I found out how to do it in the app (when starting a new session). Horrible customer service and nonexistent security.

The administration fees are daylight robbery. There are plenty of alternatives available. Shame.
Reminder was set to SMS (€0,25) every 30 minutes *by default*. This should be and probably is illegal.
