This is a complete scam. First get the promotion done through an influencer and then give discount coupons of Rs 200 to the customer. Then if we apply a coupon of Rs 200 on a total of Rs 350, then the total amount to be paid will be Rs 310. These people do not know which math to use to calculate the bill amount.

Bad experience with Eatclub. Around 1 am, I ordered Rajma chawal for around Rs 170, they accidentally sent me some non-veg bowl. I contacted customer service through chat support and asked to refund my money and take your order back as I won't be able to eat it and I am a vegetarian. They said we can only give you Rs 100 return as credits at max for this. More than money I waited for my dinner at 1 am and getting to hear this reponse was truely unacceptable.
Order not delivered, still waiting for food and status updated as delivered. Pathetic app. No option to contact customer support just AI chatbot
Food order delivered at lightening speed. Order food at dinner time 8:00 pm. You will get it delivered before your bed time @ 11:15 pm. Eat club will ensure you won't go to bed empty stomach. I am truly thankful to eatclub for taking care of us. Never ever imagined such a prompt service even existed in this world. I can't even describe the food quality it's so delicious that I can't stop drooling even thinking of such tasty food after 2 days.

Pure clickbait, everytime I open the app everything is either sold out or unavailable. I never got to order from this app because it was always unavailable or overloaded . 👎👎👎

extremely disappointed at random delays with no notices. one of my orders was delayed by 2hrs and no response from customer support in spite of calling. the app falsely claimed that my order would arrive in 10 mins every sec I checked. nor could I cancel the order.
Non existent customer support. You will spend more time waiting for customer care to answer compared to eating their food. Better to order from an app that works.

Everything was going good until recently for the last few weeks whenever I order the estimated time is surprisingly very high and it keeps getting revised again and again. The outlet is hardly 5 mins away from my place and last order took two hours. When you go to the chat support it keeps showing you updated time again and again but it takes forever to deliver the order. Doesn't even allow you to cancel if you wish to. Absolutely worse experience.

Customers are kept waiting for an unreasonably long time before being connected to an executive, which itself reflects poor service management. Even after finally getting connected, the resolutions provided are unfair and do not properly address the issues raised regarding the food delivered.
sometimes the order is spoiled but sometimes it's good so i have a mixed experience but they should fix this by doing more audits or something like that to ensure the quality is good and best for the customer and no expired food is given to the customers.
Most of the times i see a message that there are multiple orders and not accepting any orders right now.. It makes me to chose other alternatives but not eatclub..
I don't when it comes to my turn all the registered restaurants flooded with order and it happens many times.
