I just found out that I was subscribed with this and Google as a third party and has a connected e-wallet was been charged for a whole year plan. I remember trying to reach out both you and Google pay but states that its not refundable. I don't how it happens but I never use tha app and service.
June 27/26: New charge pending. June 7/26: Still have not heard back!! There is no way to cancel your subscription! it says to cancel through Google Store but it isn't listed as a subscription. I emailed them over a week ago, and haven't heard back. May 20/26 Received the response below today. I have already emailed twice and have not gotten a response. May 30/26 Got charged AGAIN!! Still haven't been contacted after emailing multiple times!! I will be disputing the charges with my credit card.

I wanted to try the app and paid for a week, now i receive 40 euro notice from my bank without my consent. in the app my profile is "free" with option to upgrade to PRO?!?! How am I paying for something i dont want, but im still with free account... wrote to their sapport with no response from them. be careful. not a good product.

I've tried logging my meals 3 times and it is keeps deleting what I've saved. Same with importing and saving recipes. I save one and then when I try to find it, it's not there. I'm not happy with this app. There are no instructions and it doesn't work. Also, the "high protein meal plan" in the ads doesn't exist.
Charge for a 12-week subscription, not due to run out until 29th July, yet I'm showing as free user and being made to by another subscription rather than having my current one restored. Oh and the subscriptions ARE NOT DEALT WITH BY GOOGLEPLAY can provide picture as evidence.
I would give zero if I could, I downloaded this app, which was absolutely awful, very slow limited food option etc, then I was charged for 3 months subscription on the last day of the trial, when I emailed them they said they would refund me once I cancelled the subscription for 3 months. Ever since cancelling the unwanted subscription and no refund, I've heard nothing from them, I've had no replies back to me email. This app is a scam.

Dont buy!!! I bought this app specifically for the photo food tracking and macro calculation. It worked for a short while, but now it is completely dead. Absolutely nothing works: photo recognition fails, manual text entry doesn't respond, and even selecting items from the database does nothing. To make things worse, I contacted customer support days ago since I am a paying user, and I have received zero response. They gladly took my money but completely abandoned the app and their customers.
this app is a scam. It is not even possible to cancel the subscription. I have contacted the company via an email and haven't even received a reply. Yet they are still retrieving money from my account!

incapable app, cannot add recipes even though i tried 10 diff recipes from different sources. took a pic of clean egg bacon breakfast, could not understand what it is. i feel bad that i paid for it, if possible i would like my money back. not suitable for any turk who likes good food and variety

I have been charged for something I never agreed too. I tried 1 week package they had but never got the service. their CS said they r working in and then all of a sudden I see 39.99 eur charge on my card. when I log into the app still says no subscription. I am contacting my bank to block this app I want my money back.
kindly refund my money and do not charge me anymore. I have tried everything possible to get a reund following your steps to no avail fo not charge my bank, I repeat do not charge my bank.
the app itself as an app is nice, but is not practical AT ALL. IS IMPOSSIBLE TO LOG IN FOOD, no matter what options I try the calories are always WRONG. honestly I would like a refund, I've been using the app for one day, I paid the year subscription and I'm so disappointed, the meal planning ignores my dietary restrictions, I can't get the calories right, is a pretty app but so useless.

Very long set of questions to realise it's yet another bloody subscription service. What am I a cash cow. Blimey I'll definitely lose weight then as I won't be able to afford the recipes or the food. Annoyed
horrible app l, don't bother buying this even with the discounts.
After checking the app out, I found out it was not for me. I canceled it 3 days before the trial period ended and later I find out the money was withdrawn from my bank. I emailed them to have the problem resolved and they have not been able to help. This is upsetting and very frustrating.
horrible app, they show u r purchasing a free trail and charge you for whole year that is freaking 4k. you won't even get your queries heard by human they just reply with automated msgs. later when I checked numerous people have faced the same issue
I accidentally purchased the yearly subscription and canceled it shortly afterward. I contacted the developer multiple times, provided all requested information including my Google Play Order ID and email address. Update: I contacted the new support email provided in the developer response and still only received automated replies with no actual resolution or human support. I already canceled the subscription and provided all requested information multiple times.

I was offered to try a 7-day free trial but they charged me for the whole year. I canceled my subscription a few minutes after I was charged but they won't refund me. It's stupid. The app is not even working well and the diet plan makes no sense.

This app is a scam I joined for a month then emailed to cancel as you cant get full access. I did not receive a reply the initial sign up was a triall price of $7.99 they then took $68.99 from my bank account after I had emailed to cancel. I have seen terrible reviews on trust pilot they have done this to many customers this company is based in Dubai I have contacted my bank and they are contacting eatr cancelled debit card to prevent any more payments coming out .Do not use this app !
