Thats shady, I was in your app the entire entry questionnaire before you gave trail and than 50% off option.
Tried to cancel shortly after my money was taken as I didnt find the ap worked that well for me. absolutely no response for refund, I wouldn't recommend it.
A plan that makes promises but once you subscribe, you find that the plan is unworkable. Ridiculous suggestions such as cooking a 40.minute meal for breakfast. Save your money and avoid

I have noted that despite purchasing the professional version, only 49 recipes are currently displayed, rather than the anticipated 1000+ previously available.
recommend being VERY careful when purchasing this app using their "not sure yet" discount as that option does give you any trail period...and I'm out that $$$ for an app that cannot create meal plans. I went through all the wizards immediately after purchase, and when I asked to create meals plans, it said no plans were available based on exclusion selection. I excluded Lamb, Kale and green peppers from their very limited exclusion list. And manually logging meals is a nightmare! BEWARE!!

Cheaters
This is absolute garbage. The "meal" plans are things like just pulled pork, or some random side dish, or keto ice cream for dinner. Or things like "whole wheat cereal" when you've noted in every possible place that meals need to be lactose and gluten free. It is also impossible to cancel, and customer service is non-existent. Just don't waste your money or your time with this. At best, it's terrible, at worst, it feels like it is a scam.

This app seems like a scam to me. Initially, I paid around $5 for a custom plan. I signed up and started a trial, but the plan was not visible in the app. I have mailed about the issue, but I have received no feedback. Because of that, I cancelled the subscription. A few days later, I was charged $40 for the full plan, even though I had already cancelled it and received a confirmation from the app..
asked for easy and budget friendly got hard and expensive. wanted free trial and got charged. do not recommend this app
The worst app ever: you have to pass a billion-question entrance exam to get into the app, with no skip options.
Do NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR DO THE FREE TRIAL. I signed up for the free trial (had to put in my VISA), I took a look at the program realized it wasn't for me and within just a few minutes, I cancelled. I received an email confirming my cancelation. I have now been charged 4 times in one week totalling over $130.00. My bank says all I can do is cancel my VISA and get a whole new card. I have emailed eatr, no response and the phone # is bogus. BEWARE! edit: Their response is a crock!

scam!!!! takes your money as soon as you sign up for the 7 day trial and 2 random charges that were linked to nothing. customer service non existent. I had to block my card! I emailed customer service 4 days ago and got completely ignored! beware!!!
Not happy with the app. Can't create meal plan at all, so it is just waste of the money. Disappointed.

There was supposed to be a 7-day free trial, but they billed me for the 3 month plan, even though it stated I would not be billed yet. The dates in the meal plan are off by one day, and the meal ideas are the same ones you can find in any other app. This app is not unique, over-priced, and not worth it.
Tried it for 7 days free. Then debited my account. Am unable to cancel my subscription as it doesn't send the email to sign in?? Hopefully with cancelling the account and removing the app works. very disappointed

the recipes are OK but breakfasts are very weird, more like a lunch. with high cholesterol I felt I was eating a lot of fats, didn't appear to be 'healthy' eating. disappointed in this app, waste of money

I was charged immediately after agreeing to the 7-day free trial. Contacted the support team only to get an AI bot sending me all over to grab my order ID email from Google and telling it what system I use etc, only to be told I can't be refunded since the subscription is through Google not the app (yet I could get a subscription refund from any other subscription through the playstore) and being told it was an Apple issue??? (I use Samsung and told it so). Don't download this scam app.

Uninstalled within 10 minutes. Why do I need to answer a thousand questions about myself to use a meal planning and recipes app? This is crazy.

This sounds great, in theory. The issue is misinformation about calories and nutritional info of the recipes, AND the recipe suggestions for the meal plans. I selected KETO meal plan and my recipe suggestions included pasta, bread, and other high carbohydrate recipes. Ehen you select exclusions in the filter options, they don't work. Pasta and rice were still showing up in the recipes suggested for Keto recipes, despite my excluding those specific items. I do not trust the calorie counts.
Misleading “free trial”. I was charged ₹4050 immediately without clear indication that billing starts the same day. I cancelled the same day and did not use the app at all, yet no refund was provided initially. Support also did not respond. Only after raising a dispute did I receive a refund. Seeing similar complaints, this feels like a subscription trap. Please be very careful before subscribing.

This app feels misleading and borderline a scam. I intended to try the free trial first, but it charged me immediately and activated a subscription without giving any real trial experience. There is little to no customer support, so if something goes wrong, you’re stuck. The content is also poorly suited for Indian users, with very limited recipes and an odd assumption that all Indians are vegetarian. There are far better, more transparent apps available. I would strongly recommend avoiding this

This app is a scam. I got charged the monthly fee in under 30 days and the Manage Subscription page is blank. There's nowhere to cancel and they aren't replying to the customer service email.
