how can you even take 83 minutes for an order from the restaurant 1.5 km away! food was literally Cold since it was already prepared 63 minutes ago waiting for someone to pick and deliver it.
worst food, worst service, almost all restaurant food is same and one only. worst biryanis taste. Don't install this app waste of money by stupid buy one get one indirectly charging double in this offer name.

Worst App. They don't even have their Website for Complaint and for Refund also they are cheating. Order is getting late by more than an hour because the rider is not getting assigned. Wasting our Precious Time. We need to keep on waiting and waiting. Such Apps should get Banned. Very Bad!!!

Extremely poor experience with this app. My order was never delivered to me yet it was marked delivered and on top of it they told me that a 100% cancellation fee. Never in my life have I encountered such poor customer service which is almost fraudulent.
If you make buy 1 get 1 free mandatory for items like rolls and bowls and not allow any coupons for a single item, the app and food service stop being attractive and it makes more sense to choose other alternatives. When the app was launched, it started with a great tag of pay what you see in menu, no added cost at checkout....now you've taken things in a completely opposite direction. whoever is managing the brand needs to sit and think seriously or you'll destroy a great product.

I ordered Chicken Biryani, but there was a quantity issue with the order. The biryani contained only one or two chicken pieces, which is far below the expected quantity. I tried reporting the issue through the Help section, but your virtual chatbot is unable to understand or properly address my concern. Please don't order anyone from this app
I had a bad experience using this app. My order has been cancelled twice in the span of a week. Every single time their excuse was they do not have ingredients to make the food. My simple suggestion is to not take orders if you can't make them. And if you take them, then do not abruptly cancel the order 20 MINUTES AFTER PLACING THE ORDER

worst customer care and policies... I got stale food to the point it was not even edible. I tried to ask for a refund because obviously the "quality" of the food we're provided. and they were giving us coupons which was not even 40% of the amount we paid for the food. Extremely frustrated we wasted our money and also had to buy food from another place. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I ordered food at 10:22 PM for an 11:10 PM delivery. It kept getting delayed.The delivery driver asked otp before delivery and stole my food without otp,Customer support bot for 15 minutes.agent finally joined, they were useless.offered a reorder, but after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes, they told me the restaurant was closed! It was past midnight, all places are closed They refused easy refunds and offered to reorder it tomorrow as a "compliment." I am hungry now, not tomorrow! Utter trash.
I have worst experience and order deliver on bilkul nhi dete hai aur order se cancel ka option hi hata dete hai if anyone use this app please be sure fir this type of fraud

Extremely disappointing experience with EatSure. Today I placed an order around 6:55 PM, but after a long and unreasonable delay, I had to cancel it. This is not my first bad experience. In a previous order, 2 items were missing and 3 items were incorrect. I even provided video evidence, yet my complaint was rejected. Repeated issues with delays, wrong orders, and poor complaint handling have made me lose trust in this platform. I am uninstalling the app and would not recommend it to anyone.
They don't deliver food, it's a time waste process.
