worst food delivery app ever the food arrival kept increasing, so after an hour i decided to cancel it , first it took a lot of time to connect to help and support and even the person on the other end kept saying to wait ultimately I asked for refund and cancel it as it did not arrive after an hour the support agent said that they will proceed with the refund but I never got my refund and now the app doesn't even let me check the status of my complaint, infact they just totally removed it

on first order they give me an offer of buy 1 get 1 for that I placed 2 different products on cart on that eligibility offer but received only 1 each 2 products not got buy 1 get 1 offer, after that delivery boy took my phone without my permission rated restaurant and food 5 star without my concern, after chat with customer support they are saying apologise but not solution for my buy 1 get 1 offer till now it's not resolved

Absolutely pathetic experience with EatSure. Customer support is useless - they just copy-paste replies without solving anything. I waited for hours for a proper resolution but got nothing except excuses. Missing items, delayed responses, and zero accountability. They care more about avoiding refunds than helping customers. This app used to be good, but now the service quality has completely gone downhill. Very disappointing experience. Everyone Never ordering again."

The overall quality of food was not good. nothing was there in any burger, no onion, tomato, cucumber or lettuce. Also, sauce is not there on one side if each burger and other items as mentioned in the burger is also not there. this is the worst burger I have ever had in any QSR chain. I will request the main chef, to visit the burger King chain and try and eat the basic burger of that chain an d then see the difference. overall food experience 0/10
I have ordered from eatsure I have placed on 12.30am but almost 2 clock I didn't receive my there have cancelled My order please not order from this application waste of time

Worst app, cancelled the order without even informing. That too after one hour delay, rescheduling order. Please don't buy from this app, had to wait 2 hours for food to end up cancellation.

This is worst experience.The delivery executive lied about the delivery. No one came to my address, and no delivered. The delivery boy called me to come another address I refused him. I have already requested a refund, which was unfairly denied based on this lie.
The company is running a scam. support system is a facade. no one wants to help.
Extremely disappointed. As an Elite member, I meet the ₹449 criteria, but the free dish benefit only works for some region. Chat Support is useless, they only offer manual COD orders, preventing me from using my wallet balance. To make matters worse, they promised a ₹100 refund for the trouble but only credited ₹10. I chose EatSure over international brands to support Indian business, but the service & technical glitches are unacceptable. Avoid if you expect loyalty benefits to actually work.
