I have used Swiggy and Dineout at many other places and never felt this kind of discrimination, but here, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional by 1st Cafe Marriott

booked at bara thai but table was not available and we were asked to sit outside. contacting eazy doner also took too long at 10 pm. and then they ask for restaurant to confirm whereas restaurant informed us that there is no need for confirmation and refund will be given

I request you to ensure that restaurants listed on your platform honor the payment methods and offers shown. Kindly verify and confirm with restaurants before listing them, so users don’t face such situations.
All credit cards got rejected for payment through eazydiner app for cashback and paid without cashback through UPI....WORST EXPERIENCE

27/04/26 I tried to book lunch for 5 people through this app at a 5 star restaurant in Kochi and the app shows 2000 INR for 2 people. My booking for 5 people, so I did input the detail and the app did a calculation and showed 2850 INR as total to pay for 5. The rate seemed suspicious and I called the restaurant directly, they informed per person its 1700 direct walkin and 2000 per person via this app (which comes with 20-25% discount). Why can't this app provide a proper calculation and price?

BEWARE Looks to be a fake app. They let you book and restaurants do not get intimations. You are made to wait. Then they show applicable discounts and you never get any discounts but pay the full bill. Have a chat link to help and they never respond. Shame.

this is the worst app to book and hoping to get a discount at the bill payment which this app shows you at the booking time. Today I made a reservation in a fiesta by barbeque nation at new market through this app and it shows a 400rs discount but when I open this aap to make payment,there isn't any discount ( only 50rs through upi),it makes me fool. don't use this aap, this is fraud 🤥.

Poor experience in Platform 65 restaurant in Vijayawada. They denied the discount offer and asked us to pay using different method. They should remove such restaurants from the listings.

The food has made me very sick that I ended up in the hospital the next morning with the food poison. My other family members have reported stomach upset issues, however thankfully for them it is under control. The restaurant must observe the hygiene and ensure the BBQ items are properly cooked. I had to spend more money on the hospital bill for myself than the restaurant bill we paid for the entire family. Moreover the sto.ach pain I went through the entire night with stomach upset and vomiting
visited Urban Zyka restaurant Maninagar, Ahmedabad staff was very rude, he did not accepted payment through EazyDiner app even they do not accept payment on card offer as well. it was very emberessing experience with guests. do not use this application if you want to protect your self respect. i used this app first time and got this experience today.

i selected veg in filter, and first restaurant and food it showed was hyderabad biriyani on the top with meat pieces, absolutely lost trust..i installed just 5 mins ago. but I am uninstalling right now..

hopeless ur app is showing 40% discount and while paying bill it changes to 10% and 25% clubbed with selected rare credit cards. diatrict app is more trust worthy. highly disaappointed with eazydinner app
it's a waste getting EasyDiner. their offers don't work on any card. It looks bogus. our Billing today at Phurr, Jayanagar, Bangalore was 23449/- and no offer worked on any select bank credit/ debit cards .. what a sham and such an embarrassment dolling out each card to be told it's not accepting. I wish I could attach the bill here as proof. Extremely Disappointed ☹️

This app is an absolute scam. It’s extremely deceptive about discounts-only after you finish the meal do you realize you’ve been tricked, as the final bill never matches the discounts shown in the app. You’re left with no option but to pay the full restaurant price.
Made a restaurant booking for 6 at Gola Sizzlers. Useless app it says waitlisted reservation. It remained waitlisted till after the scheduled time 🤣🤣🤣. I finally booked easily with Swiggy. Even rebates were better on Swiggy. I have not found Eazydiner to be of any use.
1. More vegetarian restaurants should be included. 2. True review of restaurants are not complete until and unless users are allowed to express their experience/pros and cons about the restaurant/cafes etc. Unfortunately such a box is not provided except few pre set buttons.
