You're better off with Swiggy Dineout. App refused to process a payment, despite having a clear prepaid balance and then using my credit card. Kept saying "payment processing" but nothing would. happen. And it wasn't a network issue - tried at least 5 times on different networks and the restaurant wifi as well. Finally paid directly. Lost the discount. EasyDiner refused to pay for their fault - and I have that in writting from them. Also, try chatting with them via the app. You can't.

I could not contact the eazy diner help line . I tried a lot of times but it was unavailable

Easy Diner app asks you to update your Date of Birth and if you Checkin on your date of birth, they mention there is a surprise. I checked in on my birthday and spent about 5K but no surprise and no discount nothing . it's just to cheat and mislead customers
not a single prime restaurant is opening, it's just loading continuously not able to search any prime restaurant. Waste of time and money

Worst experience on eazydiner. I booked a table through Eazydiner app and they showed us many applicable bank offers and we also had available cards but when at the time of Payment, None of the Bank Offers were applicable and normally every resturant gives 10% discount but I thought I would get more on it but it was never applicable. Fake App showing only imaginary offers and One must think thrice before booking a table from Eazydiner.
Pathetic, never opens when it's time to pay the bill. what's the point

I'm not happy with the billing offer in starting your app shows you have to pay only 1300 out of 2000 but in reality I had paid 19 75 rupees (one thousand nine hundred seventy five rupees)
worst app
I reserved a table through this app, but when we arrived, the restaurant denied us entry, claiming that it was full and no seats were available. What's the point of a reservation if it isn't honored? I've had much better experiences with Zomato and Swiggy. This was my first experience with this app, and it will definitely be my last.
