I'm giving this one star and it's going to stay that way until eBay gives me a way to block live videos from my feed. live videos are for YouTube; this is an e-commerce platform. eBay went through the effort of implementing live videos when the app is still clunky compared to in the browser on desktop? AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T MADE DARK MODE FOR DESKTOP!? Priorities eBay - you have things to fix before adding new features - get your act together.
Why I had two sales that were minds.. Why Did you take away from my money for your labels. Ya have False Advertisement, because you say it's all are money that we sell.. Plz let me know what's really going on!!! Also it's True You Can't touch your fund or send it to yourself... I would like to know WHY!! IF THAT'S ARE MONEY...:(
Experience has gone massively downhill over the years, now you get "LIVE!" ads everywhere that they're pushing, with no way to close or disable them. I use this a lot less now due to it (and the spam notifications), FB market and vinted fill the gap old ebay once did. 99% of your search results are chinese dropshipped tat unrelated to your search too.
got suspended for no reason
"Find a royal mail location" is a useless donut unable to load but the purpose of the "Message seller" button is to waste the buyers time to write a msg get no reply try again... a super tiny pop up msg "WE'RE SORRY THE SELLER HAS CHOSEN NOT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES". seller sends expensive item via Evri delivered in a unaccept🤬 up state but eBay will hold my refund for 7 DAYS after seller receives return to check condition for their failure. 🤡🤡

not a good company. they are willing to screw over buyers over as little as a lowzy $44. no longer trust or respect ebay at all. you have just lost a vast majority my business. hope the $44 was worth it. i will be posting over social media over this

ebay is no longer supporting a secure Android based OS called GrapheneOS! Please reconsider your app strategy for Android based and secure devices!

Check the value of the Authorization HTTP request header.' nonsense. That's not something I can do, eBay.
terrible interface, why would you possibly think the text field should be s locked as visible on the bottom, it's always supposed to be at the top and scroll away
no customer support, no help for sellers, i think its a scam after ive paid for 4 labels for the same item and ebay is telling me to pay a third time to ship it privately and customer service just cuts me off when I try to answer their questions. updated to add ive sold $160 between two items and have lost $30.
Do not use service. Not only are most items scams, but they will make closing your account a nightmare. I've been going on with them for days now, they lie, they misdirect, they do everything but close your account. No company without some seriously shadey things going on in the background would make things this difficult.

have the latest app but keeps saying to update when trying to access eBay live? even did a reinstall and still Live cannot be accessed.
Drafted items often don't save -and even if you stay in the app it often crashes when uploading photos both taken within the app and from camera roll. (even when selecting allow permission on both) it's incredibly frustrating to have written a long description and then it get erased 'just like that -.-

My device needed an update from the mothership. Once the update was installed, I had to reinstall this now usless app. Now, I'm unable to use the app unless google Play Store is enabled on my device. Ebay just lost another customer as the other alternative/option using this platform is just too painful to use smdh 😑
You need to call me. You allowed a purchase 6/25/26 for $10.59 for 300 pipe cleaners. Where is my order? Where is my money? Return my money and quit trying to rip people off!
Changing my 5 star to 1 star. Enough is enough. This app has a history of bugs that make it frustrating to use, but it was still usable, you just had to work around its quirks. The recent update has completely broken the app and made it unusable. When trying to list an item, repeated errors occur kicking you out of the listing, and the "buy shipping label" button has lost all functionality after inputting dimensions, so I have to use a mobile browser just to buy a shipping label or list an item.
The eBay app has gone down the pan, constant eBay live notifications and pushes, done with it so uninstalled.

app frequently is not working properly. some token issue when signing in, even with the right credentials. problems when signing in in different countries (Germany/italy) lost some time because of those issues when i was looking for sold prices of an item i was about to buy somewhere else. Because of the issues i missed out on the item in the end, because it was bought by someone else. ebay website works well though, even on the phone.

putting the search bar on the bottom is a terrible idea. why does ebay do what they can to make the app worse? now when I go to scroll half the time it thinks I want to search and I lose my place. frustrating
Shockingly terrible service. I was banned on my first purchase and given no reason and couldn't appeal despite this my purchase still went through even though I wouldn't have been able to access my account for any support had my order gone wrong.

Every purchase on this horrid site is a gamble. Sellers listing items that are incorrect, different listing photos to the products you receive, items that say will "suit a certain vehicle" and are completely incorrect. You buy something on Ebay, and you play the lottery as to whether you'll actually receive something that is what you want.

Ebay response to me was very vague. They also blocked the seller from issuing my refund. I have been a buyer on Ebay for 15 years. Have their policies changed? I guess I won't be buying on Ebay.
FEEBAY. Used to be awesome and fun! But anymore it just costs too much to sell most things on ebay anymore. They average taking 20% of the final sales price for themselves, so you have to make sure your profit margin is greater than 20% if you want to make anything. Your profit margin has to be 40% if you want to make the same amount ebay does. It just seems exorbitant compared to Whatnot's lower fees and Facebook Marketplace having basically no fees. 10% seems fair. Make ebay great again!
This app on my Android phone is poor. It is not nearly up to date with my information. It's fine on my desktop machine.
Still getting no Internet connection randomly. also get BIN price must be over 0.99 when the price is over 0.99.
App works okay but please allow people to remove the eBay Live nonsense from the homepage and from searches
