I would not buy from this app they lie and steal from you I ordered the package that says it was delivered and I got an email shown that from the postal service it was not delivered or any package I screenshotted eBay but they don't won't answer I got proof from the postal service from emails where packages being delivered and which package with tracking numbers the one they provide shows that they never delivered another package that day with a different tracking number that was delivered
Just let everyone know ebay guarantee is no longer a thing sellers can send your anything and ebay dose nothing help so be careful more scams then not

BEWARE: If you disable the "General" notifications channel, the app will funnel marketing notifications to "Order Updates," so you will be spammed no matter what.
Completely unsuable. Unable to do anything at all on the app without it saying "token invalid" and constantly going round a loop of trying to do something, going to the login screen, typing my details and repeat. However on a browser it will work. Tried uninstalling and reinstall and it's still the same loop and now unable to verify device.

I got banned for no reason, contacted support 5 times. They kept saying the same thing: my account was putting other ebay users at risk. What did I do exactly? I have no clue and neither do ebay apparently as they didn't give me a valid reason either. Terrible, terrible app
Beware of buying items from eBay. They allow sellers to rip off their customers by using false package tracking information and then claiming your package was delivered when it was not.
Do Not Use Ebay Authenticators. I've never had trouble with Ebay. I lost a friend and we knew he was going, he told me to buy myself a watch. so I used Ebay Authenticators. How is it they now can't find my house? I get get daily deliveries so they know where I live. 2 weeks later and still no watch, they won't even let me collect it. I was trying to cheer myself up, not drain every last bit of life I have left. and DPD's call centre is worse than useless. I would rate - stars if I could.
my selling experience has been terrible with Ebay using their shipping labels. I highly recommend not using ebay shipping labels to ship items you are selling. you can not track your item it takes double the time or longer to ship and you wont know if the buyer receives their package or not. I've shipped several items months ago and still showing not shipped. I've had a buyer reach out to me to let me know they received the package but its still showing not delivered. Customer service suck

I've spent thousands on eBay,had a 100% positive rating and one day I bought a alternator from luxfineparts on eBay and when it was delivered, I received a empty box, I contacted eBay and the seller and the seller of luxfineparts wanted me to take down my negative review,I have ring doorbell and two other security cameras on my front porch where it was deliver, I opened it in front of the camera's,sent eBay the video and they still denied my refund, so much for buyer protection, I deleted eBay!

Buying with the app is ok, it's all the rest of it. constantly getting notifications 'buy this, buy that, don't miss this deal, buy it quick before it's gone!' constant pressure to buy something even though I've only added to wish list. not good.
ebay has gone way down hill. the people working for them are not in tune with reality and cannot comprehend or process basic information. none of them seem to want to do any work either. they do not actually refund you when you get ripped as well so their money back guarantee is fraudulent. F ebay unfortunately.

Cannot make any purchases in the app. Search items stopped listing after 50 or so items. Why bother having the app installed if I have to do everything again in the web?

Sort this app out. Allows me to install it on my Samsung A6 tablet, proudly displaying "Made for tablets", but when I try to open it I get "This version is no longer supported, please upgrade", but guess what? Yep, no upgrade!
It says not compatible with my LG V60
They lied about offering me £5 off in the app. Turns out there is a £50 minimum purchase. Lie of omission. This has wasted a lot of my time to install the app, find out I'd been lied to, and uninstall it again.
No one wants your AI garbage. No one wants live video autoplaying in the eBay app. Not a single person. Still waiting for an option to hide eBay Live trash.
The app is good as a buyer but as a seller they charge almost 15% for their fees. If you don't promote your listings then eBay won't show them on a Google search anymore and they are hard to find even when searching using the app. If your item has the same title they will not show it on the similar products so people will not see it when they are scrolling. ebay is making it hard for the normal person selling a few items a year.

App is down...again and again. Can't see feedback or profile. Everyone one at ebay should be fired. Hard to imagine they pay these people and nothing works. Find a new work force.
hate the new selling system.. so inflexible bring back the old one! I won't be using this service to sell items as it stands!!
Won't let me upload the new app. So blocked from using ebay untill I purchase a new phone. Well I can't purchase a new phone if I can't get on your site to get one. Duh.
Fees are too high. The delay in updating payment is ridiculous. The hold on your funds until order is received and then a 3 day hold after is ridiculous + the extra 24 hours after it's supposed to be available. 7+ days to get paid is ridiculous.

Heavily promoting "eBay Live" but no option to stop these auto-playing streams
Please disable the authentication pop up. It's unnecessary and it slows browsing down . This is a great way to make users see less.
Allowing all of these live pre-bids was not a good move for eBay. I'm trying to sort auctions by "Ending Soonest" and the first 50 results are from sellers promoting their live auctions. This completely ruins the experience
checking one's own feedback just comes up blank. hate the new eBay live all over my home screen. I don't want home-shopping style service thanks
Notifications for auctions don't exist apparently. The app loves to notify for random other stuff that doesn't matter at all
