reminders show a different time than the event making it a very confusing day
This calendar was great long enough for my family to depend on it. 5 months later,the tasks won't sync with my phone, and no one will help. They respond in the help center to ask what the problem is, did I try reinstalling tge app, and then ghost me. This is such a great idea, but the lack of customer service, especially with so many updates , makes it very unreliable.
I was good and easy to use now with the update it has become unuseable
I am not impressed with this app! It freezes, the data doesn't transfer to the calender, I keep removing the email address next to the name but it keeps coming back, I have to constantly resync the calender. It's a mess!
I wish someone would tell me how to get photos to device everything else works great
This used to be a very handy tool in my home. I have it hanging in the kitchen and this kept all of my family members up to date. everyone looked at it and we even had our dinner menus planned here. All of the sudden it started duplicating events and not deleting events that were taken off and everyone is confused. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service with nothing changed. they said they would send it up to the technical team. that was over a month ago. Waste of $300!
too many glitches. Not very dependable with too many issues, not syncing properly. not worth it.
cant click next on the login screen because the button is out of frame and I can scroll to it. may change rating if I could ever log in to use it
very hard to get around on this app. not user friendly at all. trying to correct time should be pretty basic but it's not. I got the calendar for Free. I'm sure glad didn't have topay for it.
product support is not good. my calender is always dropping our wifi so it doesn't load in new events. even when connected to wifi it takes hours. I've been in contact with support for over 2 months with no resolution.
Attempted multiple times to create account, was never able to (stated password issues, created about 5-7 different ones, w the required criteria, still wouldn't work). Uninstalled, then reinstalled, still no luck
Update messed up my calendar and the app on my phone. Tasks aren't updating and photos are missing on both the calendar and app. Both are also incredibly lagging now. I reset my calendar and it sort of helped, but uninstalling the app and reinstalling caused the app to stop working all together. I like the updated stuff, just wish it didn't break everything. Please fix.
not working properly since update since an update, My task list has stopped showing the names associated with my calendar and no matter how many times I try to add them they just do not show up. they still show up on the device and on my husband's phone, who is still running the app from before the update. I tried to access support through the app and it says I'm connected with Linda but she never responds. I'm so frustrated because this was my task list!!

Many needed options and some do not work. Disappointing. Great concept but undeveloped tech leaves you stuck. nooooo .. Now months later my e-calendar is blank. 😑

I want to have a way of setting all tabs to start on a Monday. I want the same settings I have on the screen for layout for the phone app. once I can do this it would be 5 stars

For grocery shopping list it should be able to order alphabetically even the items completed. Tasks boxes ticked and still unticked a few months later
First thing you should know, there is no customer service. Doesn't seem to matter until you need it. Worked well enough for about a year. Now it will not allow us to mark tasks as completed and keeps showing old tasks that it says have not been marked as completed for months. Restructured the tasks, checked the settings, reset the whole thing, reached out to customer service. Now it will not even go back to the picture slide show. It's a shame, it was working fine until the latest update.
Photo upload functionality is broken. When you select album, it'll pop-up the upload screen for a quarter of a second and then disappear. Very disappointed as it was a key feature in purchasing the linked smart wall display calendar.
This is good. It took a little while to get used to. But now that I have been using it every day it is excellent. I am decreasing my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because just today I realized that it does not connect to our wifi, it does not matter what I have tried it still does not connect. So when we want to input or change the information already put in it has to be done manually on the device. The app works great on our devices but will not communicate to the ecalendar.
does not work without wifi. it sucks.
The developers took away the ability to change profiles on events from synced calendars. I cannot imagine anyone using the app as their main phone calendar, as it doesn't even have a widget, so why would they take away such a useful feature?!
