I can't even set it up!
device won't boot up after 4 months and tech support is a joke. won't resolve issue. won't troubleshoot. don't respond
Device stopped working and now my calendar won't sync on my phone. Absolute waste of money. Also unable to get alerts for tasks like you do on calendar events. Unable to enter calendar events to repeat annually - have to go in and manually do it, which is a pain for family birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Not the most user friendly calendar and likely better options for American made devices.

it's impossible to connect to video appts through this. customer service is zilch
This was a waste of money. It keeps shutting off. Now it shut off and won't come back on. I have reached out to customer service when the issue started and they just told me to push the on button. I tried to reach out several more times, now they won't respond or after telling me once again to push the on button they quit responding. I want to send it back if I could
It is frustrating to use, doesn't work well with our Android phones and even the two 30 something users have trouble with it. It works great for our iPhone user but no one else. The interface on the wall calendar is not easy to work with. One good point is that it displays the pictures nicely.
This app does not work with Samsung S24+. I cannot use my device that this app syncs with. Please fix.

I am very tech savy but this app is difficult to use. If it wasnt required for my digital calendar I would not be using it. I also DO NOT like that I cant use it on my desktop. It is much easier to manage these types of things on my desktop instead of my small cell phone screen.
having trouble connecting my personal calendar
love the idea of the calendar, and if it didn't constantly glitch it would be amazing. The glitching started a month in, right after the return widow closed, and customer service was quick to reply. They told me they would get back to me within 24 hours of it going to the higher ups and I was hopeful, but it has been well over 1 month maybe even 2 months and I've heard nothing from them still... Incredibly disappointed with this product and customer services lack of response
won't link window/android calendar
I enjoy the Digital Frame, but this app is absolutely frustrating outside out the calendar and digital photos. The meal planning and list creators SEEM helpful, but yhe execution is atrocious.
hard to use. allow 1 single user, multi sync is not an option that works. Will be returned
The app works OK, but the Tabwee calendar is a POS. It does not work consistently. It does not display updated calendars or tasks. Waste of money.
I like the idea of an e-calendar. But we had a power failure and my calendar got disconnected with app and I don't know how to get it reconnected. And it isn't user friendly in any way shape or form. I'm fairly tech savvy but I can't figure it out. It should save your settings so that you can get back in again after a power failure for heaven's sake. I didn't purposely disconnect it. I can't use it.

They get so frustrated with how long it takes to check a single task as done that they quit. I've unplugged it several times to reboot it and that have helped. I keep hoping for an update that fixes the lag, but that has not happened.

When trying to add Food options for dinner or lunch or what ever, they put the "Done" button under the "back" button for the default on the phone, so there is no "saving" or "done" option as when you try to click it, it just goes back to previous page......hence Programming didnt take the time to look at Mobile version vs the Web Desktop Version so it doesnt work properly to where you can save things. Programing Needed!
this app kinda sucks. very glitchy. for some reason I suddenly can't send photos to add to the calendar. ive uninstalled the app, disconnected my account and reconnected it, everything i can think of. feeling frustrated. app support is no help when talking to a person

It's very hard to sync the calendar from the app to the frame
wrong brackets. Help section show different brackets. You won't be able to hang it.
Not syncing anymore with my Google Calendar; it just stopped syncing. WIFI, accounts, nothing has changed. The thing just stopped updating.

Questionable. I was excited to get this but I have struggled to figure out how to use it and so far customer support has been nonexistent. I am seriously contemplating returning it, as this was far too expensive for what I am getting. If I could get some better assistance I will change my review. If not, I will activate a return.
