Zero suport.
There is always some kind of problem logging in. Before was the password disappearing in the older version. And now in this version, after using my bank details to log in, it wants my phone number to text me a code. After giving the number the code does not come. Once again cant get in. The only reason I keep trying is to get the benefit. Otherwise this would have been uninstalled permanently years ago.

Aplicatia m-a delogat si nu mai ma pot loga in cont. Am sters cache, date, dezinstalat si reinstalat si degeaba.

Problema aplicatie, nu pot plati cu cardul vostru, o stea prea putin meritati cu minus.
this piece of garbage asks for the pin, says the session expires so asks for user and pass, then asks for pin and again says the session has expired. this is an app whose sole purpose is to check the amount remaining in the account. that is it, everything else is useless fluff. it can't even satisfy this basic function
Please fix your app it keeps showing session timeout...and keeps asking for login

Nu se poate termina inregistrarea contului. Am introdus nr de tel. n-am primit nici un sms, apoi dupa 3 minute am incercat iar si apoi dupa cateva incercari s-a blocat si zice sa incerc mai tarziu. Mai tarziu la fel blocat si "incearca mai tarziu" si a doua zi. Alpicatie... praf.
Mizerabilă experiență, Aplicația se deconectează de la contz autentificarea biometrică nu funcționează, mai rău te și blochează pentru încercări repetate eșuate.
App doesn't work and website is shutdown on purpose. What kind of company shuts down it's website on purpose?
dislike the design and layout. also why 2FA with phone# for this low risk application? if there was any other way to receive company benefits I would not use this service

Edenred forces you to use the app as their website is now down since 30th of march 2026. You can not check your accounts balance without a smartphone. You can not update your contact info without a smartphone. You are basically locked out or forced to use an app within the realm of Google or Apple. NOT happy.
Contul îmi este blocat în aplicație. Le-am scris sa îmi deblocheze dar nici un răspuns din partea lor. La telefon nu ai opțiune să vorbești cu operator. În aplicație nu ai opțiune de deblocare cont. Bravo pt performanță!

Am ținut cardul blocat pentru siguranță și îl activam doar la plăți. Din acest motiv, sumele pentru luna trecută nu au fost încărcate. Consider că este un bug: compania nu vede cardul ca blocat, eu nu am primit banii și nu a existat nicio reîncercare automată după deblocare.
Forced to use this junk spyware with ads to do what was perfectly possible on the website before. Edenred should be ashamed. Enshittification at it's best.

The app is just a wrapper for the old website which was much better. The app is just painfully slow.
After that update have seciruty bridge the app is open even if you have set fingerprint or pin with out asking nothing is just open
Paskimpia sovelluksia mitä olen koskaan käyttänyt. Erroria pukkaa joka välissä. En saa ostettua junalippuja kun en pääse katsomaan kortin tietoja tai siirtämään varoja eri "korttien" välillä.

Payment denied towards advertized online food delivery like glovo
The Fact that everytime i just try to use the App to See how much credit i have left i am already logged off is infuriating. Why did I even install the App then. Its just the Same as when opening the Site i still have to Login. Destroys all Benefits of even installing the App. Uninstalled will try again maybe in a year or so cake on top: Already have Biometrics saved but cant use Thema to Login Edit: Even if its that. Why tf cant i relogin with my saved Biometrics? It only Caches my email
"Fantasticka" aplikace. Nemohu se dockat, az ji budu moc prestat pouzivat. Pokud si chcete zjistit stav bodu ze sveho telefonu, a jste prihlaseni pres otisk prstu, aplikace nahodne prestane fungovat a chce po vas jmeno a heslo. Funkce "obnova hesla" funguje tez bajecne a konci zablokovanim uctu. Rozumim, ze se jedna o penize, ale takovyhle opruz jsem nezazil s zadnou dalsi aplikaci.

Horrible app stability, crashes all the time. Kicks me out after logging in. Crashes when searching for restaurants. Thank god we can add the card to Wallet and never open this app again!
Another useless update and the whole "security" circus starts again. Double annoyance points for forcing people to give out their phone numbers - as if i hadnt too much spam calls already. Why not make a seperate app to just show the card balance without all the fake "security" ? Update: congratulations, now the security circus includes an additional PIN for whatever which I don't have. Account blocked, no remedy available. great work.

Trash application. I follow the instruction to activate it. And its showing your "card activated" but after refreshing it. Booooommm!!! "NOT ACTIVATED STILL"

Does not work to login. An error occured. Please try again.. one error fixed, other occurs. Always something wrong with this app. Now getting service unreachable.. update review 5 years later: this app is still a disgrace. still you are randomly logged out or your fingerprint has been disabled or login does not work at all. Always takes forever to load. And after some recent update i was logged out, finally logged in again and my card is gone. Its asking me to re-add it. luckly it still in gwal
