Absolutely useless. Even with a password reset, can't log in to cancel an order.

the app is broken. it will not let me log in. it keeps saying that my password needs to have a letter and a number and a capital. not only does my password meet those requirements, I'm not creating an Edo account. I already have one. I'm trying to log in with my current account and it will not keep me saying that my password needs to have a letter and number and whatever. piece of junk app

The latest update is terrible. it keeps crashing every time it tries to think.. I'm guessing a sever thing.. regardless, it doesn't seem well tested, and it's getting worse over the past few months I've been using it. update: the UI is a bit better now. BUT now they have the gaul to just connect to your Google account without permission! be sure to remove their spying from your connected apps (app works exactly the same without)!
Stupidest app ever. I placed an order at 9pm, the google location of the store says that it closes at 10pm, I try calling them, but nobody answers, the app tells me that my order will be ready for tomorrow at 10:00 am. Why can't I cancel an order that was not fullfilled, and I have to pick it up tomorrow instead of now like I wanted to.... I am at work tomorrow so now I will have to look for an option to have food tonight elsewhere....

App doesn't work. Tried placing an order. App took forever to load and then gave an error message. It redeemed all my Edo coins yet didn't place the order. I tried placing again and it says something went wrong again. Fix this stupid app and give me my coins back.
What's the point of order ahead when the restaurants DON'T APPEAR ON THE APP. Only certain ones do that are in another state? Can't do it. Fix this
App refused 3/4 of my credit cards, and took significantly longer than talking to the cashier. Requiring an app to get a combo deal that is advertised in-store is awful. I won't be returning to Edo any time soon.
App throws a "not authorized" error when I try to pay. So now I have to go to the store and order and waste time instead of ordering ahead. Too bad. Was good the first time I used it. Liked the discounts and coins through the app too. Not going to bother next time.

I live 20 blocks away they have to make 4 turns to be at my address, it says that they do not deliver to my address, where the hell do they deliver. I'm in Red Deer AB

It doesn't let me order anything. I click on something I want to add to cart, and when I finish with the selections on the item, it doesn't show any button to add to cart. I even asked a worker at edo and they had no idea what the issue was.
Stuck on payment screen loop. Getting food somewhere else. Removed old cards like someone suggested. Still same problem.
Prices more expensive in store by almost $4 average depending on the item. Using yakisoba chicken n beef as my example. $16.75 in store but just $13.95 in the app. HOWEVER, payment never works anymore on the app. Processing and processing forever but never goes through, forcing you to buy in store. Just started recently. Scammers. But clever.
Not accepting Payments. So ordered food from another Restaurant via their app with the same card. Not me, it's you.

Absolutely a SCAM, the app never works when you want to order online, even though the email and password are correct. DISGUSTING.
A complete joke that in order to place on online order and get deal/points you HAVE to pay online. Zero option for cash inside on pick up. Which makes zero sense. Some people carry and live off cash. At least have the option to scan the app and order in store. Wasted 30 minutes making an order on the app for my family to find out that was a waste of time because cash isn't an option. Not pleased. Edo Japan is better than this.
Should earn zero star. This rewards program feels like a scam. Once in a while it works when I order food in person. I now have money in my account which feels useless. And so many times I earned no reward points because the restaurant could not get it to work. They really do try. Phone number, email... sometimes it work, sometimes it does not.
Why do you have to pay on the app? Why not pay in person?? Good idea bad execution.
Was going to try the app, but it won't let me pay when I get there. Only a fool would put payment information into a phone.
It requires a cancelation option, after the app screwed up the loction when I changed the payment option, I had to travel an hour the next day to pick up my order after making numerous phone calls. Nobody knew how to cancel or transfer an order!!
Daylight savings time just happened and now the app doesn't work
since u have change the app I have had nothing but problems ordering. gave up don't order any more 😒
Very frustrated with the app update. Why fix something when it's not broken. All my free meal rewards was lost and I can't log on to my account, they want you to start a new one. I have a lot of free meals on that account. So I didn't go there anymore I was so annoyed.
App won't install because it doesn't recognize postal codes. Looks like we're ordering Noodlebox.

Doesn't work at every Edo locations. You need to then manually ask for help on the assistance on the app to get your points. Don't forget your receipt or you won't be able to get your point.
