Extremely poor application; it automatically renews for 99€, and there's no discernible method to halt this annual procedure. I earnestly hope someone can aid us in discovering a means to cease this recurrent exploitation. It's a significant deception.

Pésima experiencia con eDreams. Pagué 1€ por una opción de “congelar precio” y en ningún momento quedó claro que eso implicaba una suscripción. Poco después me cobraron 9,99€ sin aviso claro, y más tarde otro cargo adicional de 9,99€. El proceso no es transparente y puede inducir a error fácilmente. Además, intentar gestionar la suscripción o eliminar el método de pago es complicado y poco funcional. He tenido que cancelar la suscripción por mi cuenta y aún estoy reclamando los cargos.

I need my money back it's been 34 days. instead of 7days has you say. your services are poor and annoying. I am a prime subscriber and I'll be unsubcribing.
worst agency ever. if tickets are cancelled from the airline itself they will make you wait ages to get your money back. I don't recommend at all.

I am deeply disappointed with eDreams. I booked a flight from Germany to Amsterdam, but three days before departure I became seriously ill and my doctor advised me not to travel because of the risk of infecting others. I contacted eDreams to cancel and request a partial refund, but was only told the ticket was nonrefundable. As a premium member, I expected understanding and support. Instead, I was ignored and received no proper follow up. Very heartless customer service in my case.
Very bad experience, i brought ticket from Aleppo to Copenhagen, instead of giving me one ticket they gave me two separate tickets and the Torchish Erlans told me I needed one ticket I never recommend buying on their way.

I went to the airline's website after and bought the ticket cheaper. I also have cancelled the prime subscription and keep getting charged month after month.
cheats and liers, they promise something and never fulfill. waiting on a refund from a flight cancelled almost 2 months ago . keep being told timeframes they dont keep to, more than 3 times!. ask for a manager to call me me back 3 times. again given time frames that they dont keep to. still waiting for a call back!! cant believe there is such bad customer service in this day and age. terrible! do not use do not download. absolutely dishonorable cheats! am tottaly disgusted
very bad , they don't even let you unsubscribe online only by phone call, so they can get your money, and also you can find the same deals just search through internet and you don't need this E PROBLEM Really this is the name they deserve

Seriously, don't bother. Prime membership is a waste of time. customer service is awful. they refused my refund initially, then agreed but I still dont have it they refused to refund to my card, only to their 'wallet' on the app. Do yourself a favour and avoid!

edreams is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Extremely poor service. My flight was cancelled 24 days ago, but eDreams kept it 'Confirmed' in their system. They only realized it was cancelled after I called them multiple times at my own expense. Even after admitting the cancellation, they are still withholding my refund. Customer support is a joke-only bots and no real help. I am a Prime member, and this is how they treat loyalty. Stay away from this agency if you value your money!

Prix attractifs en apparence, mais attention : eDreams ne précise pas clairement que le billet peut être sans bagage en soute. J’ai réservé un vol Luxair pour un séjour d’un mois à Malte, en pensant naturellement que les bagages étaient inclus, surtout qu’avec Luxair ils sont généralement pris en compte sur ce type de vol. À l’aéroport, mauvaise surprise : aucun bagage en soute prévu, j’ai dû payer 75 € supplémentaires à l’aller, et encore 75 € au retour. Franchement, je ne connais personne
very Bad Experience. There are little mistake in my name on ticket. airline told me you should told edreams its easy. but edreams not help me for this. then i cancel my ticket with lose my money. they not reply. Now I am waiting my refund they not help me for refund. don't trust Edreams
they rejected my card payment due to some technical issues, I called the bank and the bank doesn't have any evidence of their cancellation. their ai assistant in the chat when asked to sent confirmation it just sent an email with sry nothing were taken from your account and book again and it closed the chat
Worst scam company I’ve ever dealt with! I signed up for a 1-month Prime trial to save some money on a ticket, planning to cancel afterwards, but there was no way to do it-site and chatbot were useless. Whenever I told their stupid little chatbot I wanted to cancel, it just gave me non-working phone numbers. After hours, I found a working number. They tried to stop me from canceling, then claimed I was on a yearly plan billed monthly, even though I selected one month. Terrible customer service!

Don’t subscribe to them. I called last year to cancel my subscription, and this year I woke up to see they charged me again. The prices are high - a Cluj-New York flight was £1200, while on eSky it was £700 including luggage.
Super bad service and not the best app if you want peace of mind. I had a name change issue and even after their email confirmation of name change I had to pay penalties to the airline as they only changed name on 1 flight and didn't on the other which put me in a really bad spot. I would not trust this app I learnt the hard way.

The app works & if nothing goes wrong (& you manage to dodge the PRIME extortion) you might think this is a great company. HOWEVER you will regret it when something goes wrong and you need customer service. They will not inform you of flight cancellations of changes. You will need to call airlines yourself to get info and eNightmares will wave any responsibility about communicating with you. Use at your own risk, cost and peril. I will NOT, never again.
the app stopped working (stuck in first screen)
worst customer service ever. they are scammers. not replying messages. changed my flight wihtout askin my permission with double check in. I had no visa and could not get refund. dont use them. on customer services waited 5 hours and they just hanged.
BIG SCAM, I booked a flight with them and I had to pay again to airline at airport because airline didn't had recod of payment from them. After paying again I ended up paying increased price of flight on the day. well for refund they did only promised to refund the amount(which is still due) that I used to book the flight in first place. so all differences will go from my pocket after even paying for prime membership. Eventually I end up paying much more than the actual price of flight.
