Garbage

I cant watch Prime Video with out it buffering, happens on all devices. DONT GO EERO. If it requires a daily restart, there's something wrong. 2gbs download and 400mbs upload. Additionally having speed issues not ping with any gaming.
Terrible product with terrible support that wants you to pay for basic router functions. It's all messed up or meshed up like they say. don't want or need a 3rd party dropping the ball when it comes to your network. Half my network shows on the eero insights web browser? and only some show on the new usless eero app? DEVELOPERS SHOULD BE FIRED! app dosen't send or receive invites. if forcing to use the app why the terrible website?Just look at all the 1 star reviews that they refuse to reply to.
this app is absolutely useless, as reliable as the fibrus internet connection. says everything is green and perfect when both modems have red lights and nothings connected. can't wait until the contract ends, sick of disconnecting and reconnecting devices. never an issue with previous providers.
If there is an update that disconnects me from the Internet a notification before it happens would be awesome. The lingering dread of being in a competitive match and getting banned for a couple of hours because this app gives no warning for an update.
Too many updates...... Plus after installing updates my alexa devices have issues playing Amazon music or they stop while playing radio stations. I'm sorry I went with eero 6+.
has been excellent until just recently..says theres a software update but yet it won't let me install it..contact CS and they are a joke..cant help with anything
Eero has been a headache. Updates are supposed to run 2-3 AM, yet I constantly have to install them manually when my internet starts lagging, interrupting everyone at home. The app’s speed tests are just as bad, always showing “peak performance” even when speeds are clearly slow. I’ve seen repeated slowdowns under the same conditions it claims are fine. Hard to trust a system that can’t report issues accurately. Plenty of better options out there.
Can not delete devices from the database. SUPER STUPID!!
kinda sucks you can't assign a device to a certain eero, always connects my computer to one much further away with low connection.
Bru this whole app is actually a waste of time, like why is the app telling me that I already have an account with that number when I've literally just downloaded it.
straight up lies about speeds. my internet is down and the app is saying i have great speed. I even unplugged my modem and the app still said i have 1gbps.
took forever to get it to work
Absolute rubbish, waste of time, can't fathom this stupid error system out, there are better things to spend your time on.....
Instructions could be improved.
