WiFi works reliably, the app wants you to subscribe for basic functionality. I cannot view monthly data usage unless I pay for a subscription! Also missing some common sense features such as listing devices on order based on their IP address. I also believe the client list has very often has stale information. App is always trying to upsell their eero+ and frankly I am annoyed they want you to pay for basic usage information.

Non- sheeping limiteding microsoftware in the rich pant. I can't waiting to got Asus router with Merlin. eRRotarhed is screwdriver everybody with the walled garden ecosystem -sense off proprietary are non-sense and Asus wrt merlin make more sense than eRRotarhed. !I intentionally scrambled my grammar because proprietary issues so I speak like your ERROTARhED proprietary language levels
I thought it did not need to be hard wired into the modem
you need to list patch notes with each update. should not have to go to the website to see the basics. poor. Will increase stars with the required change.

VPN doesn't work. Reported to eero support two months ago. All I get are email replies saying 'does it work now?". pathetic
An absolute nightmare to setup. Forces u to install the setup unclear app and yet doesn't work. besides over prices.
quit hiding the restart network button. and fix it so it actually works. If I want to run around my house manually resetting routers, I'd have gone to Walmart and found the cheapest option
it really is not necessarily as everything should be 'plug and play'. the units work, so apart from tracking me there is no need

hard to get going with multiple connection problems. impossible without a smart phone is an oversight
Might be worth it if the system stayed up and running and an after hours crew were working like they're supposed to, they do have plenty of people that work from home ya know. I'm thinking about staying with Spectrum till these guys get their comedy act together this turned out to be a rated X show with a whole bunch of people grabbing their ankles and I'm one of em 🤔
STOP RESTARTING MY ACCESS POINT! Reliability issues from constant updates (for more subscriptions I don't want) cause my smart devices to disconnect and sometimes don't reconnect. Eero was good before Amazon utterly destroyed it with constant updates. I use it in BRIDGE mode for godsake!
no idea how to switch ISPs. i signed up with a new ISP but eero wouldn't let me switch. useless
