scam- don't try it. Everything, including basic photos, are hidden behind a pay wall that requires a minimum 6 month commitment too. They advertise half off the first month but then fail to honor it.
You have to pay just to see photos? That is absolutely absurd! This app is ridiculously useless.

app won't let you delete your profile and everything it says to do to delete the profile isn't actually there. signing up was a problem felt like a 20-minute essay that made me want to go drown myself

Do not be scammed 73% of harmony trust pilot reviews are 1 star pretty much all are for the same reason being unable to unsubscribe in the colling off period without costing them more money. It's an expensive app. But when u join they don't tell you the charge for their in depth personality profile costing £130 but then they say they will drop this by 50% because your leaving totalling a full amount of £65 to leave even if you just joined less than 24 hours ago. DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAM.
good but then I found someone somewhere else and it's unfair I am stuck with paid subscription. I thought I could end it when done. didn't realize I would have to pay after canceling it. I CANCELLED IT and I Am STILL GETTING CHARGED. where is an number for customer service representative?
Do not use. after 1 week, you run out of options. no-one is here. do not subscribe. I tried to cancle but received an email from debt collectors.

app sucks i only used it for 2days an i contact them about the app an they indicated they would refund my money 7-10 business days an it never happen a month later ther still taken money out of my account even after askin to delete my account there still goin forwards with collecting money even when i only used it for 2days this dont make sense the app really sucks too
cant do anything without paying. no, not completely free but at least the basics. like seeing their picture and being able to message once matched and also location so people are at least in some realistic travel distance. where a subscription unlocks everything like the other apps. this is unusable
Terrible application. In one of the most populated areas of the country, Los Angeles theres no real prospects. Bots are removed constantly which is nice. Not worth the money. I wish I read the reviews before purchase. Look at the comments from eharmony, clearly do not care about the people they claim to care for. This is not to find the one, this is to scam good people out of their hard earned money. Please do yourself a favor and skip this app.

Thought I'd cancelled but apparently not. Now trying to figure out how to do it.
I think this app prices itself out of actually bringing many potential singles in to meet. All I get done doing is typing out messages to women that never actually join. I got suckered into joining by this same tactic. I took the leap, from notifications that I had likes and messages. Both messages were from fake accounts Eharmony then blocked & nothing from the likes. Now I'm committed to $300 I opened my email this morning to 6 notifications of scam profiles in a row from eharmony.
0/10. Free app is useless. Hypothetically, someone's wife leaves them, so they are sad, lonely, and turn to a self proclaimed expert. Once you fork over too much money, there are like 20 people in a normal search radius. Are they real? Try it out for a month, that's too long, I already clicked on their terms, meaning they want a year's payment. They threaten to send to collections! mi amore. How romantic! And once you pay, they will keep sending notices because they can't be bothered to be good.

This made me feel bad about myself like I had no chance of finding some (very dark place)... tried a different app/site and got tones more... requested a refund but dont have any confidence In seeing any of it (and am only on day 2). leaving 1 start as there no option for 0
I accidentally signed up for a year subscription and when I tried to cancel it there was no understanding they did not care and now its been sent to collection. terrible experience to go through after going through a divorce. im giving up on dating worst experience.

Before you buy, be aware it is NOT a typical pay monthly subscription, it's a 12 month contract that needs to be paid off, even if you cancel after your 14 day cooling off period. Read the small print guys! An extremely aggressive marketing strategy and a really shady policy which can easily lead unsuspecting users into paying full price, which seems purposely done so. A borderline scam. Thankfully I didn't purchase and get hit with a cancellation fee by these pirates.
This service is so expensive that I never even logged in to the app. Given the price, there aren't going to be many members in your pool. Save yourself the money and don't bother.
Subscription is way over priced. The worst dating app. 9/10 don't recommend. You have to contact support in order to delete your account.
data harvesting company. They will refuse to delete your profile when contacted directly. Intentionally there is not way for the end user to delete their profile themself either. they're running a scam operation and should shut down.

This app is a desert. Nobody here even with minimum preferences set up (15 miles geographical radius in Sydney as only filter). And you can only realise this once you've paid. Tried to get my money back straight away, and they refused. Don't get scammed, walk away!
Genuinely bad. Not enough people to bother paying and won't even let you message with your match without money. Even worse, the app will prevent you from moving discussion off app. Edit: And the response is always copy-pasted, not acknowledging the fact that their app is dead. there are not enough people to justify the price. clearly 200 employees is too many.
do not pay for a subscription they will not cancel when you ask them after your terms and it is overpriced. there is not enough people and the local area and every chat is only through email or online I cannot get somebody on the phone.

I've been on this app for 2 or 3 months with premium and my profile has 6 VIEWS. I live in a city with over a million people. That is absurd. You won't find anyone here.
I thought eharmony would be better than the other apps based on what they say in their commercials, all the questions you answer while setting up your profile, and how expensive it is.... I was 100% wrong. Please do not waste your time or $. They make you pay a minimum of 3 months up front and it is a waste. There are so few women on here, my radius search was complete after around 25 women. Even when I expand my radius and adjust filters, only a couple more showed up, many of which are fake.

literally the worst dating app possible cause you cant even change your location if needed to and you have to pay to see people's pics hands down this app either should've never existed or this app need to stop promoting itself as the #1 trusted dating app or just do better
