I'm not complaining about the price I'm complaining that I paid for a service and cannot use it. I would advise everyone to be careful about sending multiple messages without a reply. The ladies I was chatting with have no idea why I have stopped messaging them
mostly I found fake accounts. when I stopped using it I got a bank fraud charge claim from them charging me without informing me. it was hard to get ahold of them until they emailed me. now I'm in an argument to cancel and pay a charge I never asked for. they say it's part of the policy I agreed to, that it would be automatically charged years down the line... people forget! people need reminders for something years later! now I have to redownload this to jump through cancelation hoops.
Outrageously long registration process. I'd like if one of these apps could let you see whether there's any users in your area before you complete the registration.

went through the whole start answering all questions. I wanted to try the 3 day trial if I liked it then pay. Free trial doesn't mean pay first then try and deleted. Maybe too many are deleting after 3 days. I just deleted the whole thing.

literally a dead app. showed me a bunch of blurred profiles making me think there were people in my areas. after sub nothing local. absolutely nothing local. now locked into three months. biggest waste of money. super scam.
Absolutely garbage. I matched with a girlie, only to find out that I couldn't message her without buying premium. You also need to pay to unlock the feature of ***seeing how far away they are.*** Skip this one if you're looking for a partner.

you got to pay just to see anyone. so you probably got to pay for read messages, and send messages, and view likes, there are better apps out there than this 1

don't go for this app it's a money grab app. everything is behind a paywall. to see and read messages requires a pay to upgrade. everything is a money grab. it will be nice for free communication and see their profile picture some more free items. like gifts I can see the payment on that. see and read there messages and write unlimited messaging and there profile picture the show be free includes swipe. but like video chat person I can see the can be premium access.

I can't even look at this person's profile. she's active too, thanks!! what a great birthday present, a bot message! the message doesn't even make sense like it's broken English! absolute garbage probably the worst one that you could be on!
dont join eharmony I joined for less than a month and im being charged for 2 years... they don't have an option for a month subscription... other dating sites have the option to do so... I feel like I was taken advantage cause im stupid
I can't recommend eHarmony. You can't meaningfully see the available dating pool until after you pay. After subscribing, I found only a handful of matches, even after expanding my age range, distance, and changing cities. I asked to cancel, but they refused to stop the remaining payments. They even deleted my account, then charged me again the following month. Read the reviews before signing up-I wish I had. total scam

Bad business. They encourage you to pay for a ridiculously long subscription. If you actually find someone to date and no longer need the app, they require you to continue paying for the app even if it's a year out and you're not even using their services.
PREDATORY SCAM. AVOID! As a free user, they bait you. The second you pay, the mask falls: it’s a ghost town of fake, robotic accounts. In all of Utah, there are under 10 real people. The ratio feels like 99.95% male, and their "marriage ads" are completely doctored lies. When I exposed this and tried to cancel, they hid behind a mandatory 3-month term to hold my money hostage. They block refunds because extortion is their business model. They trap you with fraud and rob you via contract.
Absolutely do not download. All I got was scam responses and now the company is trying to strong arm me into paying for a year. Literally download anything but this and I promise your experience will be better
they will charge you for every little thing. app is essentially useless without a subscription. they will auto renew your subscription for a longer period then your original subscription and will not prorate even if you cancel a day or two after the charge. 1 year of fees in my case. terrible customer service. only way to contact them is through email where you only get back canned responses that seem very formulaic and likely AI generated. they have no interest in the customer experience.
It's supposed to be one of the best dating apps but I find it one of the worst. Many profiles don't have any pics and the amount of info is minimal. Don't waste your money.
Shows people close in the free, but as soon as you pay, way too much, now there is barely any 100 miles away. Strange that all the ones that were close dissappear as soon as you pay. Going to look for a refund or dispute the charges. What a total scam.
canceling my subscription has been, and continues to be, a headache. They have a nasty little term wherein they'll automatically resubscribe you and continue to charge you several months after your payment subscription period is supposed to have been finished. Would absolutely never use this service again.
Waste of Money. Everything about them is a waste. The selection is poor at best and they trap you into a subscription that you can't get out of. Would give a 0 if I could.

Sure does suck that you gotta pay 3 months worth and not just a single month to try it out, especially when the pool in your area is extremely low to begin with. I honestly would've given this a chance had that been the case.
Awful App. Little space to actually write anything meaningful about yourself or to read about others. Their compatibility matrix means nothing. .....and worst of all there's hardly any people on here even with a 150 mile radius set - total waste of money after I paid for an annual subscription! I won't be renewing it again!

It's a waste of money. You can't see who likes you, or respond without paying. then once you pay, the selection is week. no good profiles.
Could not login on mobile app because every email with a verification code was blank. Account setup on desktop requiring a webcam for some kind of verification that I wasn't a bot or something also failed to load after I enabled my laptop webcam.
Should have read the reviews here and on BBB. lots of complaints of high price for a terrible product. Had to beg customer service to delete account. They continue to bill me after account was deleted.
Expensive, few people, defective. This is one of the most expensive apps out here, so that would be my first complaint. The second one is that I'm hardly getting any matches. To compound the problem, about 90% of the time, the pictures for the people don't show up. I've contacted them about this and apparently they do not care. I'm very sorry that I gave them any money. I'm seeing and meeting way more people on the Facebook dating site. If I could go back, I would not have given them a cent.

Went through the whole trouble of making the whole account and taking the personality test just for it to need a subscription to even be usable. Kind of sad.
impossible to take for a test run. after 30 minutes of questions they won't even show the other users profile pics. don't bother replying with but this or but that. its just nonsense.
PLEASE BE WARNED before you purchase the premium subscription; you get locked in for the full 6/12 month period. I signed up and decided within a month that i didnt like the service and cancelled only to discover deductions are still made every month. It seems 'cancel anytime' means something different on this platform.
