スマホ機種変更したらOSが英語のせいか、英語版Eightしか出て来なく、これまで使っていたFacebook SSOも使えないため、アカウントにログインできない状況です。 アプリからも日本版に切り替える場所がないうえ、ヘルプサイトすら英語版しか出てきません。 相当こまります

Forever spam with no option to unsubscribe - you need to log in to to stop their frequent spam emails, but when I reset my account I found my account is deactivated because of being unused for so long, now there is no way to stop their spam emails. Absolutely unacceptable.
Unsubscribing for premium requires to send a support ticket via chat on zendesk. Why can't I unsubscribe in the app or in the browser?

What is the need for forceful submission of own business card before getting started. What if some wants to use this app to save others cards only. Bad app. There are lot many apps which can be used without even creating account.
No digitisation even after two weeks!!

Worst app. ... Card scanner first saves the data on phone this goes directly to their server for data collection. A bad application. Ignore this application. Cam Scanner is a better application.
