SO MANY ADS THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO USE. **FEE TO REMOve AFS IS EXCESSIVE

I only used this for 3 days. The app would/could not load several of my email accounts and drained my battery A LOT. I had to uninstall it.

y'all broke this a few months ago. crashes when switching back to it after it loses focus for a while.
No longer one time purchase. Had 3 accounts setup and made the mistake to login with my Google account, with no warning 2 accounts were removed. Terrible app, switching to Thunderbird
wasn't really free, only 2 accounts allowed on free, and didn't really do what it was supposed to do
You can only add only 1 account on free plan and nothing else but free ads too 😜 . thunderbird is far better .

Something Microsoft did broke the Outlook and Hotmail connection. Even if you try to reconnect your account it won't take your password. Many users having issue.
Nightmare update, now have to reauthorise all outlook accounts. I'm travelling. I don't have time to do this. Next time let us know that the update will break the app and needs work before pushing the update out.

Would not let me delete my joy mail, and if i check the wrong email i could not uncheck it. Instead it got locked into draft maki g mode. Give it a neg star
I've been using the pro version since long before subscriptions became a thing. I've had problems on and off, but now the text in emails I receive is so tiny I can't even read them. I don't know what caused it. Maybe an update or something, but I can't fix it. Wish I could give more stars but if I can't even read my emails, what good is it?
I also paid for the pro version many years ago and have also suffered their, in my opinion, rip off subscription model. My recommendation for everyone using this app is to install Thunderbird, this is an open source, cross platform and totally free, always, email app that does everything that rip off mail can do!
This app used to be my go to for email. The interface was quick and responsive. Slowly over the years they added intrusive adds which made it unusable and unstable. Now emails received fail to load and the app forces a full screen add that you need to X out every few emails you read. Hundreds of recent reviews do not lie. Such a shame for what was once a fantastic app.

App has full screen pop up ads!! And they want to charge $30 a year to remove them!!! Let me buy the app once for $10 and I would actually love this app! Edit: You want $99 for a one time purchase... of a phone app!!! You people are high!
march 2026 suddenly not working properly since the latest update. have to constantly force close. please fix. / 2022 hi. since the latest update sync can take 2mimutes, and opening an email can also take 2 minutes. AVOID THIS APP. SCAM. (Pls don't come and tell me this is a support issue.) I've been using the paid version of this app since the very early times , 2012 or so. BUT after some time they said that my paid PRO version is not supported anymore, need to switch to a yearly subscription (crazy expensive for an email app) I could manage saying no thx until my last device switch, but now I can not restore my purchase anymore. AVOID these guys tomorrow will come to you and ask more money. Thieves.
again email widget flickering when checking for new emails. checked in 4 different phones! with Samsung and nova launcher! have the aquamail for many years paid but this is really annoying
2 years later and this app still fails to recognize that I purchased pro long ago, demanding I pay for a subscription when I bought it years ago. Don't buy this rip off.

Love when it shows message number indicators for empty folders. It'd be nice if I STILL didn't have to manually check for new email every time, and the "persistent errors checking" all battery saver and sleep settings are off and I don't have this issue with any other app. Ridiculous you STILL can't stop a folder from syncing. May be time to look for something different.

Very Finicky and unreliable. I have multiple Gmail accounts connected to AquaMail and I keep getting every few days SSL certificate issues. I don't get these errors with any of my other email apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, etc. I try to reset The SSL errors and in a few days they come back. I paid for a subscription and I'm sorry I did.
While this is a good app for most email accounts, if you have a Microsoft account, DO NOT USE THIS APP. It will not allow me to login to my Microsoft account. I've spent an hour using the Microsoft authenticator app, passwords, text codes, standing on one foot facing north.... NOTHING WORKS.
Since the last update, Outlook mail is no longer syncing.
Should let know that it aint free. deceptive marketing
Works okay but the adds in the free version are extremely annoying and designed to take over your screen so you can't just close them. Wish my Bluemail hadn't stopped syncing-it was much better than this app. Paid version is not an option for me.
